Their food prep is terrible. Never have food ready. Make you wait. When they do give you the food you've wait for it is never cooked fully. I've been coming here for years and their quality has just gone down and down. Also tastes like they don't salt their fries. All that being said I do love some of the staff. But that doesn't excuse the lack of quality, I'm not sure if it's the management team or what. They really need to step it up if they want to last. I highly recommend the Wendy's near the GameStop. I was in this area for the very first time for work. I drove past this place then turned right around to come to get something to eat. This is my favorite fast food chain, and this place didn't fail me. I ordered the Biggie Bag Combo meal with the junior bacon cheeseburger, the usual 5 piece nuggets, small fries, and small drink. They delivered my order to as fast as I could fill my soda cup at the self serve machine. The meal tasted the same as what I'm used to and there was nothing g unusual or negative to report. They were having an employee meeting one table over, and a couple of the employees were scarfing down some fries. That would be hard for me to eat fast food like that everyday nowadays. This Wendy's is hit or miss... depending who is working possibly. The one thing I noticed that I don't appreciate is the fact that you can't always get a frosty. They are turning into Mc Donald's when it comes to the ice cream the machine is always broke. And you have to be careful because they will try to pass off an under processed frosty. Struck out on all counts, today. Hamburger was dry....both meat patty and bun. Not edible. Fries had serious aftertaste......clean the fryer, perhaps. No ice for the fountain drinks. Aw boo! Stumbling home from the Yelp event, my husband realized that he was so busy taking photos of Yelpers that he totally forgot to eat! As he had a few hours of photo editing (adjusting the colors, cropping, selecting photos, etc) we decided to grab a quick bite from Wendy's. Customer service is pretty bad here. Most of the employees pay no mind or attention to your needs. They tend to rush you out the door and they don't ask you if you need sauce, so make sure to tell them before they hand you your order. Overall, my food is always hot and the fries aren't stale. ive been coming here and for awhile the general manager bidya has been with the worst service of all the managers every time i come and shes working her team looks disorganized i get wrong orders or food isnt right. the place looks like a disaster. i dont know how the owner would keep her. i sometimes have been around when other mangers i think ranjana and hasna these managers are to be promoted. Why does the website offer an "order now" button, when every time you click on it (over the past several months) it says "this option is not available, check back soon!" And none of the nearby locations offer it either. Stopped one day because I had gotten hammered the night before (big time redskins win vs NY!) And didn't pack a lunch like I usually do. I wouldn't call it Hung over or sick but after a late night with lots of drink I wasn't looking to eat breakfast like I usually do. I got to 10:00 am and realized I was starting to drag at work. Had that "need something to eat" feeling. This location is close to where I am working and the supervisor said take an early lunch to kick the empty stomach feeling. He knew I was hitting the bottle hard the night before but I work hard, and hey unless you make a habbit of it we've all over done it on a work night before. Good guy. Was hoping for some taco bell but it wasn't open and Wendys grease should be good to absorb what was leftover in the stomach from last night. I go inside to order and wait. And wait... The one other guy that was waiting on his order said "i thought they were working today". He got his food and several employees just looked at me. Finally one woman decides she is ready to take my order. She looked depressed. I don't know why maybe she wasn't awake yet, maybe she had fought with her family, boyfriend/husband, boss, etc. All I can say is she looked like she needed a hug or a cup of coffee or both. I usually don't pay too much attention to average or subpar service as I typically ignore it unless it is horrible or great. At first I was irratated because I needed some food and had waited for a long time. I must say something didn't seem right. I actually felt sorry for her she didn't seem happy. On second thought I still find it irratating. That someone else who was having a better day didn't prevent me from standing there for 10 minutes. Just a strange experience here. Employees are very rude, they dont take their time with costumers they just want to rush you out. when i ordered a fullsize salad meal one they got my drink way off went from being a medium high c to a large sweet tea, next when i asked for no cheese there was cheese on my salad and the worst part was the tomatoes they were frozen and it looked like they were ripped apart by little kids it was not chopped up correctly. i usually go to the wendys in germantown they are the best the general manager is always walking around talking to costumers in the dinning room making sure they have had great service, but this place no i dont recommend read more
