Where to start? Every single time I visited this location and went through the drive-through. There has been some problem. I started to place my order and then I stated I wanted the eight dollar junior bacon cheeseburger meal deal, which was on a sign to the right of the Speaker box in the gravel. I was told that they do not have said me and the police pull up to the window because they were having trouble. After a few minutes of debate, they decided that no one told them anything about me, even though I showed them a picture and pointed to where it was next to the speaker box. Someone from the rear started yelling that there was no hamburger however, I ordered a bacon and cheese cheeseburger Meal and Service at meal since I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which takes extra time, I was asked to remove myself from the drive-through in order to not affect their time. There was no one behind me, so I sat there until they have the police come through and another person coming and asked me to move for the police officer. Now i've never had anything grossly wrong with my food but the service on the other hand... Very snippy and serves with heavy annoyance and attitude as if doing the job you applied for and serving customers is such an inconvenience. Normally i order a biggie bag and when asked what sauce I would like, i say barbecue. Half of the time i'm lucky to get ONE barbecue but don't ever ask for more than one or they'll charge you up! Today i pulled up to the drive thru and was taken back at the lack of cleanliness and straight up violation of food safety regulations as the cashiers weed pen was there in the open next to food under the warmer... Everyone has their things vaping and what not but really..? around the food??? seems highly disgusting if you ask me. read more

Took the better part of 5 minutes for some one to take my order. I was the only patron in the facility and there were at least 6 employees behind the counter and one meandering around the seating area. Order was totally entered wrong, had to wait for a manager to back out the things I didn't order. Girl kept explaining that she wasn't usually at this store and the register is different. Took several SEVERAL minutes to get the food. Breakfast sandwiches (one very small classic breakfast sandwich and a bacon egg cheese croissant- which was not a croissant at all, more like really dense, thick bread) were really cold, like they had been frozen and not yet thawed. Potatoes were hot and fresh, though. But I would call them steak fries, not breakfast fries. If Love's would have had breakfast food available at that time, this mess would have gone in the trash. I've heard others speak about their experience with Wendy's (grayson ky) water... I typically don't take off the lid and inspect, however after hearing about the others concerns, I now check every where I eat. The food was good and the young lady at the drive thru was really nice. But that water was not drinkable. read more

Always been a big fan of wendy's chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches. Well tonight my wife and I ordered them and instead of getting an actual chicken breast, thick and juicy, they were thin processed tasteless garbage. Last trip to Wendys to pay 8 dollars a meal for processed garbage. I could have gone to McDonald's and got a processed chicken sandwich for a little over a buck. read more

I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant in my life. I am never the type of person to go back in and complain, even if something is messed up because I know fast food is hard, and I don't want to complicate their jobs any more than they already are. However, this was the exception. First of all, when we first pulled to the window, no one was wearing any protection over their long hair, and it was not pulled up. It took way longer than usual to get our food, and when we did the order was completely wrong. We had two burgers and two chicken sandwiches, when we ordered two chicken sandwiches and abkids chicken nugget meal. The chicken sandwiches were thrown together, sauce was coming out the side of them, and all they had on them was pickle when they're supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, and bacon. We went back in to tell them what had been done, and they fixed it. But it doesn't stop there. Even after the order was fixed, the chicken and vegetables we're soggy, and there was a long hair on one of the sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting. read more
