It Wendy's. It's fast food. It's not ab5 star restaurant. However, the employees here appear to actually WANT to be here. They seem to be enjoying their jobs and working together as a team. Too many times I've gone into places just to be treated like I'm an interruption. But the folks here are nice and friendly and even smile. I wish there were more locations like this one. And the stories always clean with several TV's on so you can watching something (other than your phone) while you eat. Cobb salad and a water had become my normal Friday lunch here and I look forward to it every week. read more

Chicken sandwich mean, chicken sandwich biggie bag, and kids 4p meal. All food was cold and tasted old. I went through the drive through around 2pm. The customer service is horrible! When giving back my change, she did not put the money in my hand . She dropped it in the air so the coins fell on the ground. She saw it and flippantly said , " Sorry!" And then slammed the drive thru door shut while I was saying something. Did not come out to help pick up the coins even through they are in filth on the ground . When passing me my bag , I confronted her about it and she just shrugged her shoulders. Rude! Pretty Disappointing Experience! I am a delivery driver and have had the pleasure of delivering from various Chick-fil-A's. This by far is the worse one. They treat their delivery drivers pretty rude. They have all their delivery drivers stand on a wall. There's no standing room. You are standing on top of each other and the person that is directing you there is rude. Wait times are awful! Even when they are not crowded! The kicker comes when they are more concerned with you verifying the order than making sure you have your drinks for the order. Customer service is nonexistent! read more

This place was so helpful during the hurricane! It had generators, wifi, and they definitely didn't kick us out when we charged all our stuff there everyday before the power came on. Not to mention, the food is absolutely amazing! This is the best place ever to just chillax while eating your Wendy's fries and nuggets with the ghost pepper sauce. I will say, the workers are a bit rude on the talking side. I saw a kid asking for their mom (which is a worker) but a blue short haired woman yelled at her saying that her mom is busy. I also hated how they don't talk at ALL! Every time I go there they get my food, they do their job, but they don't ever say anything. They just say bye! But honestly, 4.5 stars! read more

My go to place for an Apple Pecan salad which is normally very good. Stopped to get one today after taking my dog out. Took it To Go, so I couldn't taste the food until I got home. A few pieces of the chicken was fresh and tender. Most of the chicken though was tough and I could not eat it. i think it was leftover and became tough and hard when reheated. Just spent over $50 on breakfast for our team meeting. Had to wait over 20-minutes and then was shorted on the meals I purchased. Might be busy, but that doesn't mean you can't ensure the meal count is correct. What's worse is that the employee came out and repeated the order, so knew EXACTLY how many of each item I should've had and yet still gave me the wrong count. read more

We sat for over an 30 mins in the drive thru, we know they closed at 12Am but when we got in the line it was 11:30. They could have taken our order for us being there before they closed. We drive up to the window and the employee looked at us and then just acted like she didn't see us. I've had other problems at this Wendy's, almost every time. read more

Wendy's is Wendy's, so I'm not going to comment on the food. You all know what it is. However, I love how much this store feels like a casual dining experience. Plush chairs and a TV with ESPN means you'll enjoy sitting down and eating here, rather than just going for a quick bite in the drive-thru. Great place to chat with friends or read. Personally, I have a weak spot for these kind of places, and I'm happy some Wendy franchisers have taken up on the cue from trendsetters like McDonald's. We have been coming to this location since they opened and eat here quite often. We have even visited 2 times in one day. The place is clean, good variety of food and the service is friendly. However I was deeply disturbed tonight . My dining experience was disrupted by an employee 's child repeatedly throwing herself against the window. Seems she waits there while her mother works. We were not the only ones disturbed by this behavior. This was the 2nd time this happened at this location. We will not be returning. read more

I eat here a lot bc I work close to it. They have been good to me. I have never had a problem with the food and the upscale renovation is unlike any wendys i have ever seen. Even during rush lunch hour, the drive thru isnt really ever that bad and has a good flow to it, compare to others. Night and day compared to damn Hardees, thats for sure! read more

Well we have always liked the food here and service has been okay. Tonight the guy Christian who took our order was very nice and polite. The manager (short blonde hair with pony tail) completely ignored my daughter for five minutes as she was at the counter trying to get more ranch dipping sauce. I used to be a Wendy's fan. I'm not big on fast food, but I liked being able to get a decent burger and a baked potato on the cheap. I'm curious as to why the supposed quarter pound single burger is now the same size as a junior burger. I paid $4 dollars for a sliver of oddly gummy meat that would fit in the palm of my freakishly tiny hand. Turns out the potato could as well, but it tasted okay. The design of the restaurant is quite trendy but it doesn't amount to a hill of beans if there are puddles of water all over the floor, and only one of the overcomplicated new soda machines is working properly. Let's face it, most of society can't handle a self-checkout, now you want to make pouring a drink a ten step computerized process. Floors not already puddle-rific were sticky. Trash overflowing. Girl at register seemed newish but did well and was polite, even though a manager arrived at her side to seemingly only tell her not to bother management over whatever her quick question was about. I dislike low level managers who try to behave like that, especially in front of customers. You correct employees in private. Being a bully doesn't elevate your authority.
