I went through the Culver's drive through last night as I wanted to try the Northern Atlantic Cod Sandwich. Be patient when you order this sandwich as it is made fresh when you order it. Even though it was deep fried, I couldn't taste or feel the oil that it was cooked in and the inside of the fish was thoroughly cooked, flaky and unblemished. The Culver employees were very friendly. I'd buy this again. I think that I'll have to try the Walleye Sandwich now! read more

I had a large order (7 people) in the middle of lunch rush (Tuesday 12:15). I went inside and ordered quickly. The employee taking my order was very efficient and got it completely accurate. Prepared fresh in under five minutes. The food was hot and tasty. It was well packaged for carry out. Loved the concrete ice cream. Like a better version of Dairy Queen Blizzards. Ultimately it's fast food. I wouldn't go far out of my way to go here, but it's definitely the best option in the area. A nice treat and good service. read more

Not sure whether I'd more highly recommend the butter burgers or the frozen custard but anyone eating here should be sure to try them both! I'm not one to crave "fast food" cheeseburgers but this place keeps me coming back for my fill again and again. Super casual atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Although I love the picnic tables with umbrellas on the patio, it's located right next to the parking lot and drive thru line with no fencing or separation so be aware if you are dining with little ones that may get up and wander (or if you don't like eating near car exhaust fumes). I've gone through the drive thru the majority of times I have visited and even if there is no one in line behind me they tend to hand you your drink and custard at the window then give you an order number sign and ask you to pull forward. During busy times it's typical to see multiple cars lined up around the building with their windows half way down and the order number sign hanging. The staff surely gets a lot of exercise walking food out to the cars and circling the building over and over again! The kid's meals are an awesome deal with a decent size burger, french fries, small drink and a scoop of custard for less than $6. The custard can be chocolate, vanilla or whatever their flavor of the day is! Before you throw the kid's meal bag away be sure to tear off your "tokens"- one is for the free scoop of custard (can be redeemed same visit or saved for later) and the other is a Scoopie token which you save up and redeem 10 for a free kid's meal (and then start collecting them all over again)! You can check their website to see each location's special flavor of the day. This is a good Culver's location. The biggest challenge is getting in! It is very popular and just getting into the parking lot sometimes can be a challenge. Culver's reminds me of a simpler time. I'm always transformed to being a kid and going to the local Ice Cream and Burger stand in New England. Sadly, in New England the restaurant always closed after Labor Day. The good news is Culver's is opened year round. It was our first time here Thursday evening, I was so impressed with how clean and fresh it smelled. Everyone was so friendly, the menu looked so colorful and vibrant. We tried the frozen custard in a cup and in a shake. They both were delicious can't wait to come by and get lunch or dinner! A friend from work visits here for the delicious food. Culver's is a step up from your standard fast food. The menu choices are more varied than your typical burger place. They offer salads, fish, and chicken sandwiches. Sides can include cheese curds (yum!!!), mashed potatoes, fries, and even steamed broccoli. Sometimes the buns are too cold--would be better if they were toastier. But the custard--oh the custard!!!! So many delicious flavors. We love to come and try so many of the flavors of the day and the concrete mixers. YUM! Service is great and the dining room is always clean and comfortable. I think the food was pretty decent and the service was top notch. It was very clean. HOWEVER... I did not order a side of Jesus with my burger. I almost choked when I looked up and saw scripture on the wall. And then when the Christian rock started playing, I thought I was being filmed for some kind of prank show. Is this normal down here in SC? Is this the hamburger Hobby Lobby? Are the ice cubes made with holy water? Is the MyPillow guy behind this? I could have used a warning of some sort. Their throughput in the drive thru is abismal! Part of the problem is their unecessary "welcome" when you drive up to the speaker to order. Something like "Welcome to Culvers... what can I make for you fresh today"? Way to much when all you want to is to place an order!!! Shorten that intro please!!!! Then they do not listen!!!
