My husband and I were in a hurry to eat lunch, and this Wendy's was nearby. At the ordering counter inside, we waited in a line of customers for several minutes before we could order. The menu listed burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, chicken wraps, salads, frosties, fries, potatoes, chili, cookies, cinnabons, and non-alcoholic beverages. We waited another several minutes for our foods to be handed to us. The dining room had many tables and chairs available, but some of them were dirty and needed to be cleaned. My husband and I ate two burgers, and they tasted as expected and good. My favorite is always the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. read more

The managers on shift were absolutely RUDE. I would NOT recommend this place for eating let alone to work. The team member in the front at the cash register had some kinda animal hair on his work shirt. Unkempt clothes. No name tag on his work shirt. read more

Very rude. I told the woman I wanted # 3, honey mustard. Long silence then rudely asked CRISPY OR SPICY. I once again said crispy. Asked what I wanted to drink and I said root beer. I go around to the second window she gives me my place I hand her my credit card and another person practically throws the bag and my face. I asked the first girl for a straw and she said isn't there a straw in the bag? My granddaughter said yes grandma, there is one here. Came here for a late-night snack, just wanted a Biggie Bag. When I was placing my order at the drive-thru, I felt rushed, and when I asked for sauce, the girl taking my order sounded annoyed. When I got up to the window to pay and receive my food, I was greeted by a worker who wouldn't even make eye contact with me. She didn't say a single word to me, and when handing me my drink, she squeezed it so it popped out of the top and spilled on my hand. I then sat there for about 6 minutes before being told that I had to pull forward to receive my food. When I finally got my food, the worker barely acknowledged my existence. On top of the negligence from the workers, the food was terrible. It was dry, made incorrectly, and I had to go back into the restaurant to get the sauce that I made sure I had asked for when I ordered. I completely understand not wanting to be at work, but you should never show that to your customers. I will not be coming here again. read more

At the Grove City, PA store, our order was placed between 6:20-6:30pm, 8/27/2024. Two Taco Salads ( they have changed and are a terrible choice now-when did you change and if I hadn't read your website I would never have known why there were 2 extra Chili's in the bag); 1 large Chili (same good quality); 1 large Triple Berry Frosty (it will be good when this is no longer the special flavor-extreme chemical flavor); 1 mini Triple Berry Frosty using my Key Card for 2024. We were not given our Receipt so I can't figure out how the bill totaled mid $30.'s. WE WERE GIVEN NO UTENSILS. Try eating chili, salad and Frosty without utensils in your car after you are 5 miles down the road. If I hadn't asked for napkins at the window there would not have been any of those, either. it was my worst experience at a Wendy's and I will wait a long time before I even consider returning. Ate inside the restaurant for lunch on the trek home from Erie to Pittsburgh. I'm not a huge Wendy's fan but I was overruled with the majority. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The cashier was fine. And I decided to try the new 3pc chicken tenders meal with a side and drink, a good value at $5.00. The chicken tenders were very very good and piping hot. They reminded me of chicken tenders you'd get on the boardwalk. I also got a side Caesar salad, and some of the lettuce was a bit wilted, but after picking some of that out it was fine. My food was sitting on the tray by the time I filled up my drink at the Coke machine. The restaurant itself was clean and well-stocked with plastic cutlery, drink lids, straws, and ketchup pumps were full. It also looks like it has been updated recently, with a large flat screen TV on either side of the dining area (both were tuned in to ESPN), and nice spacious seating. I would come back again as it was clean, decent food, and quick service! read more

If I could give less stars I would -5 star I ordered the pretzel pub cheese burger and was looking forward to seeing how good it really was and I got a cheap ass spicy chicken sandwich and it was busy ok I get that but I work in a actual restaurant and when we are busy we don't mess up like that and if we did we would be paying for that out of pocket. I'm not sure what the issue is at this location, but I have never waited as long for service at a fast food establishment in my entire life. I have visited at various times of the day and it is consistently slow. In fact, tonight I left without even ordering after sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes.
