Crispy Chicken Biggie Bag: The chicken sandwich, spicy nuggets, and fries were hot and tasty, so clearly they was freshly made. All that and a soda for only $6. Ok, "Biggie" is an exaggeration. Service.. slow the staff must have forgotten about my little order of fries. They seemed to be upset I asked for hot fries vice the double fried greasy fries they gave me. The drive thru is not bad I prefer it over going inside to order. So I can't really speak towards the cleanliness of the restaurant or anything. I just know some of the workers could use remedial customer service training to keep them aligned with business objectives and growth. read more

Yesterday, I received a bogo coupon in the mail for the Frosty Fusion. I had not visited Wendy's in years. However, I always liked the regular Frosty, and this one appeared interesting. A few weeks ago, I watched a food influencer video reviewing this relatively new item. After that my interest was piqued, and then the coupon arrived in the mail. I decided to purchase two flavors, share one, but conduct a taste test on both. I ordered through the drive through lane, which appeared clean. The ordering process was relatively simple. The payment was processed efficiently and the two Frostys were ready in a reasonable amount of time. The coupon was for a small size, which was great. There were three flavor options. I ordered the Caramel crunch and Oreo brownie. The other flavor was Strawberry Pop-Tart. The finished appearance of the items was pretty good. However, they presented nothing like the coupon photo. Marketing photos will lure you in each time. The flavor of both was basic. There was no wow factor in any aspect. It was simply a vanilla Frosty with caramel pieces and Oreo pieces. Did an online order, figuring it was easier to get my order right. Waited forever in the drive thru then was given the wrong bag of food. Went back inside where didn't apologize, then proceeded to make the wrong order for me, ignoring me when I told them the correct order. Mistakes happen, but deliberately making the wrong food is something else. I can't get in contact with the store or corporate to ask about a refund, so I guess it's on me for even giving them my business in the first place. I won't make the mistake again. read more

They scheduled an interview last Friday and when I was interviewed, they only ask for my name and availability. Then I called them the week after on Monday to follow up on my application and was told to call them on Wednesday, and so I did only to be told that the hiring manager was in a meeting and was told to call them on Friday. And I did call them today and they said the hiring manager was supposed to be in at 10:30am, and so I waited and called at 10:35am and nobody picked up. So I called them back at 12:00pm and they told me that the hiring manager was volunteering for something and told me I should've called at 10:30am(which I did) and I told them I did and instead of taking accountability for their mess up, they decided to make up an excuse for not answering my call. So they told me to call back at 6:00pm, and so I called them at 6:10pm and the lady on the phone told me that the hiring manager left 20 minutes ago, meaning that they left before the time I was told to call to speak to him. And after the lady on the phone told me that, I ask when would be another good time to reach out to speak to him directly, and she hung up like why everybody who work there gotta act like a dick head read more

10 min standing by register and no order taken. I asked the DoorDash person in line if I'm supposed to order online. No one knew so I left another 5 min later. An employee said it would take a minute but then 5 more and not take. So I went to drive thru where I ordered and sat at the window 10 min and no payment asked or food given. Just went here after dropping the boys at the groomers and grabbed a bite during a busy lunch shift here. We ordered relatively quickly but it did take a lil bit for the food to come out.nwe don't mind waiting as long as our meals are correct. This time it wasn't but we were already gone when we realized the toppings were wrong. Both of us don't eat tomatoes on our sandwiches and there was a tomato on one and not the other. Came here to try their new ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich! If you like spicy you have to try it. It is actually spicy! They also have it in fry form as well. We also tried their limited time strawberry frosty which I thought they always had but I guess not. That was good as well. Lots of the tables needed to be wiped down. This location is busier than others, so it often takes a while to get your food just because of the number of people that come here. I would not say that service is slow just that they have more customers to handle. They have one of those newer soda machines that allows you to choose from many options on a touch screen. When I pulled up the voice I was met with was that of desperation and someone who seems to be pleading with the question of why do I even work here let alone care what you want to eat. Then when I made it to the drive through window, there was a huge argument going on in the kitchen between staff and management. Big Wendy's fan but this location is not the one. 2 stars because I received food after the 40 minute wait. At the time of this review, inside dining area is not open, nor can you order inside. The line at all times of the day is wrapped around the building, would be longer at dinner time but they can't physically hold any more cars in the line. Not sure if they are constantly understaffed or what the deal is but the line does. not. move. I have to agree with the other reviews. This is one of the worst Wendy's I ever been to. Order a simple $4 meal and they ripped me off on that order. The snack wrap looked and tasted like total crap. Actually toss it out the window after one bite. Wasn't even warm. The nuggets were supposed to be five nuggets but only got FOUR. So they're pulling a "Office Space" on everyone with the nuggets. Take one from everyone and no one would notice. Then the fries. They were only half way full. ???? Also tasted old even though they just opened less then a hour ago. Lastly. To add insult to injury. One of the most dirtiest Wendy's we have visited. Tables are not wiped. Floors are wet with soda and not mopped. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Service is slow. Only one cashier on a busy Saturday afternoon who took inside orders, made drinks, and served food. Other workers only concentrated on cooking and drive thru orders. Management needs to have more cashiers and cleaners. We should have gone next door to Chick Fila for a better dining experience. read more

My friend and I waited 30 minutes in a drive through. Atrocious. Literally the Worst Wendy's I've been to.

I stopped at this Wendy's location on my way to work this morning for breakfast. When I arrived at work I realized they had given me the wrong order and I attempted to call roughly 10 times over the course of several hours and no one answers the phone. It rings and rings then goes to a voicemail saying to try again later. They also did not provide me with a receipt, which is standard at any drive thru. They succeeded at taking our order and giving us food. That was the good part. But... the order for three people took 20 minutes to get out of the back. While the receipt had the correct order, our bag did not. The kid's meal didn't have any toys in it. One of the sides was incorrect, and one of the entrees was incorrect. I'm a huge fan of their food but this store needs to run a tighter ship. A few months ago, I came here late at night when it was still supposed to be open. No one answered me when going through the drive-thru. I came back today and had a mobile order. When I went through the drive-thru, the employee babbled something over the speaker. I told him I had a mobile order. He told me to wait. After a few minutes, I asked if he was still there. No answer. I walked in and saw that my order was on the screen as in-progress. As the employee was helping others, I saw that the status change to Ready. I told him that I was here for my order and he proceeded to making it. His colleague came by and told him to goto the window. He quickly made my sandwich and put everything in the bag. Apparently, I can't give less than a one star review for Wendys. This location is the absolute worst. I visited about a year ago, and was refused entry, thought it was just a fluke, but the inside was closed. I visted a couple days ago, and was told the inside was only open for DoorDash and to try the drive thru. This is absolutely nothing other than bad management. If you don't want to follow franchise rules, why not open your own business, and let it fail. Luckily, Chick Fil A, McDonalds, and probably over around 100 other restaurants are within drving distance. And, by the way, others on Nextdoor and other apps have noted that this location frequently just "closes" mid day or whenever they feel like it, with no explanation or reason. read more

I Ordered food at the drive-thru, the order taker was like a robot speaking through the mic , "Next, Next, next" -No conversation once I got to window to pay, I was given the bags without so much as a greeting, No requested napkins or condiments were placed in the bags. I waited for an additional minute or two before they came back to the window, and he asked me rudely, "what?" ....I was shocked and then mad! I mentioned I was still waiting for the rest of my order, then he shut the window and then came back and roughly handed me the bag with the missing items. After all that, the Food was cold, and the fries weren't even cooked all the way through. Went this morning to try there sausage eggs and no cheese muffin and I must say it wasn't all that. The muffin looked like they just took it out the pack and made my sandwich. Then I also asked for no cheese and low and behold there was cheese on it. But the sausage does have a decent taste after you remove it from the straight out the package muffin. Oh and then the manager young lady doesn't make you wanna come back through the drive-thru. She doesn't smile and she didn't even wanna deal with my offer that I had in my app. She's gonna say she doesn't know anything about it. No she just didn't want to do her job correctly. Located next to Arundel Mills mall, and shares a parking lot with Chick-fil-a. Between Chick-fil-a and Wendy's you can see the spectrum of the best and worst drive thru's. This Wendy's will only work 1 order at a time in the drive-thru. So the wait time is ridiculously long. Expect 5 minutes per person behind of the ordering area. Which basically means if anyone is waiting in the drive-thru line it's not worth it. I always see people abandon the drive thru line and go somewhere else, whenever I'm near this store. If you go inside there is usually little wait to order and they are fairly prompt at getting orders in. They do not operate like the drive-thru and will have multiple orders going. The wait time inside from my experience has been around 5-10 minutes. Though I've never seen more than 2-3 people waiting for food when I order, so I have no idea what a rush wait time is like. As far as food it's normal Wendy's. Decent burgers, ok fries and their best item is still a chocolate frosty. Pricier than other similar options, but in my opinion better enough to deal with this poorly run store once in a while. read more

If they're completely uninterested in selling food, I have to assume they are equally uninterested in proper food prep and basic sanitation. This was my second experience at this particular Wendys. Both times ended in the same unsatisfied experience. I spent almost my entire lunch break waiting in the drive through line on both occasions. All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich and what I got in return was a juvenile unprofessional trashy young female with attitude. My spicy chicken sandwich was dark and flat which means it had been sitting out for hours! I warned a customer who was behind me to check his food before he pulled off and the young female leaned into his car laughing and mocking me. I go to this location because it's the closest Wendy's to me if I'm craving some of their chili on a cold day, but I'm just going to have to make the drive elsewhere from now on because yesterday's experience was the worst yet. The drive-thru line is always super backed up because the service is extremely slow, so I was prepared for that. But then the woman who was manning the register had me repeat my order twice before finally entering it and asking if it was correct. She was a nice enough person, it was just irritating. The last straw came when I got up to the window to pick up my food, and the gentleman at that window literally (I'm not exaggerating here) shoved the drink and the bag of food into my face. I thought it was just over-eagerness to rush or something when it happened with the drink, but it happened again with the food. He reached well out of the window and into my car and aggressively pushed the bag at me. I was a little startled, but just said, "Thanks very much," and he closed the window without acknowledging I'd said anything at all. We all have stressful days, goodness knows, and this was lunch time at a busy location, but I couldn't believe how rude it was that the gentleman at the window not only didn't acknowledge me but literally shoved my order at me. It was the weirdest encounter I've ever had at a fast food place. Was hoping that the remodel would revamp this whole place, but it just didn't happen.
