The quality of the Wednesday Addams meal was ok. It just chicken nuggets, French fries, and a frosty. I gave it a four because of the speedy service they provided at the drive thru and the food was fresh. I loved the theme as Wendy's promotes the highly anticipated Netflix series of Wednesday. I ordered food on the app for dine in, when I arrived at the restaurant I selected I'm . went to the counter after waiting five minutes for my food and she said that she couldn't help me find and it said that it was already picked up. I then asked for either a refund or for my for like any other way to resolve it, and I was told that the cashier could not help me at all whatsoever and basically my food was just taken. Then she got her manager, and the manager was so unbelievably kind. She had the food remade, and then she left to go on a break. The other workers proceeded to not make the food that the manager had told them to remake and we waited another 30 minutes for the food to come out. When the manager came back in from her break, she was super apologetic and super kind about the situation and she gave us double the food in response to our food, not being made after she told them to make our food. Overall, I will not be coming back this location, but the manager was fantastic and she deserves a raise. read more

Made racist remarks such as "whitey and shaggy" and flipping us off and berating us, with 3 different employees engaging in this harassment, including this 2 girls in the pictures with a manager standing behind them encouraging this behavior. This was after picking up my first DoorDash order inside, allowing 4 other people who came after me to get serve. Then they locked the door and force me to leave to make drive around to the window to get my second order even though they let another man get his order inside as they kicked me out. Im pregnant and I was completely humiliated, disrespected, harassed and treated different than the other customers as employees refuse to give me the order until my fiancé insisted to please give us the order as we were instructed, but instead they couldn't help themselves to stop disrespecting us both. It's disgusting that the manager allows this behavior and that these employees feel entitled to be able to act this way to their customers, especially in regards to the racism we faced. read more

Food is okay, Wendy's is Wendy's and will always taste the same. Workers are okay personality wise, but the service is SO slow. Probably the slowest Wendy's in all of Connecticut and I truck around the state daily for work. They always park you if you have a mobile order, no matter how early you place it and they take forever to bring it to you. Waited an hour for my order once just for them to say they forgot they were supposed to make it. Even worse, recently they have nothing out for customers to grab if running low. No napkins, no straws, no sauce cups to put ketchup in, no utensils--NOTHING. Asked the worker (who literally gave me my order) if I could have some more napkins and a ketchup packet and she said "no, sorry it's only for customers" which I was one and even if I wasn't...it's a napkin worth less than a cent a piece for Christ sake. Nothing against her personally as I know she doesn't make the policy, but if that's what this restaurant has to do to stay afloat you might wanna consider giving it up for good, especially when the service is sucks so bad. read more

It's consistently good. The staff is friendly. Only on rare occasion does something misfire. Occasionally the drive through is slow. I blame the customer more than the staff, some people have a large order and don't use the App It'd be nice if everyone did things are more accurate and the line would move more quickly. read more

The crew needs emergency customer serving refresher training. I ate lunch here today. I stood at the counter in front of a crewmember for a good three minutes. She never acknowledged me - oh no she was on a personal cell phone talking. A mgr noticed how I was not being helped and jumped in to take my order. She was not well trained either. If I could leave one star, I would, 20 minutes to get food, even though the food was already done for no telling how long, lady working the front walked up to us and walked away three times without saying anything or grabbing anything, we asked for the food multiple times, the manager said, leaving a bad review on the receipt survey is a threat, when questioned on how it is a threat. The manager said she now feels assaulted. So leaving and honest review is now tantamount to assault... Unfortunately, the other reviews are correct; this Wendys is awful. There always seems to be a wait even during off times with no line in the drive thru. No matter how few customers in the drive thru, I have always had to park and wait for someone to bring my food out to my car. Mind you, the most I get from here is usually a baked potato and a kiddie frostie... I'm not ordering food for a family of 6. The workers are usually dismissive and flippant. Maybe not outright rude, but whenever I pull up they are always talking to one another and when I try to ask them a question, they act as if I am a huge annoyance to their day. Just terrible. I don't know what is wrong with this Wendy's. I keep going because it is the most conveniently located and I love those chicken nuggets, but for some reason, they take FOREVER. I go through the drive thru and if I'm lucky, when it's my turn to order, someone immediately says "I'll be right with you" and makes me wait FOREVER. Usually, I have to wait FOREVER before I am even told that I will have to wait for them to take my order. It drives me nuts. Definitely not fast food. But the quality of the Wendy's is good. This Wendy's is slow and very unorganized. The food tasted and felt like it had been laying under heating lamp all day. Stopped by this Wendy's last night after a night out drinking for a late snack. I ordered a single regular cheese burger and a side of small fries. Got to to the window and they weren't sure what I ordered. I confirmed my other, got my meal and pulled off and realized it was all wrong. They must have given me someone else's meal because I had a Jr. Cheese burger small fries and a side of chicken nuggets. Because it was very late I did not bother to come back. I am not complaining about getting an extra order of nuggets but they were like rubber. The fries were mushy and bland and the burger was dry.
