Food took 45 minutes to come out. It destroyed my lunch break and by the time I could sit down and eat the food steamed in the container and got cold. The burgers were probably really good warm, but they really needed ketchup which was a little hard to get my hands on by the time I started my shift back up. Generally speaking, as a burger joint they do usually have a great burger. My experience was lacking this time around, but it's usually not that bad.

There's just a few downsides I would like to share-they could really use one of those heater things by the front door, that keeps the cold air out. If you're not sitting in the bar, but at a booth on the left side, you will get a blast of cold air whenever someone enters or exits the joint. Also, I saw at least 3 Uber Eats types waiting a long time to pick up delivery orders. They should speed that up if possible.

Also, they always have an expansive draft beer list so it's fun to try new ones. They bring you a bowl of dill pickle slices to compliment the "burger" theme, but if I had one wish, it would be for Plan B to go back to the awesome pickle wedges from years ago. PS. Hamburger and Grilled Chicken is what you would expect it to be and I enjoyed them . What really is special about the place is it's family run with the salad place next to it. You get the feeling that your business is appreciated. You always get a warm welcome and thanked for stopping by. It's the small things. Lastly it's located in the State House Square food court which can be loud if it's full but this day had a nice quiet feel to eat to enjoy a peaceful meal.

On a Tuesday night, our table sat for a full hour before anyone even took our drink order. Several servers walked past us without greeting us or checking in. After about 20 minutes without even being acknowledged, I asked a waitress walking by if she could please send a server to our table. After 30 minutes without a server, I asked the host if she could assign someone to us. We then waited nearly another half hour before one of the many servers finally acknowledged us. After waiting an hour for service and asking multiple staff members for help, we were finally able to place our orders. Unfortunately, the food was not the quality I've typically received from Plan B. The nachos were not hot, and when we needed drink refills, we waited another 30 minutes. Our waitress did comp our drinks, which I appreciated, but it did not make up for the overall experience. The explanation we received was that the bartender was in training. That does not explain why our table sat unattended for an hour, why multiple servers walked by without acknowledging us, or why it took multiple requests to the staff before anyone took responsibility for our table. Training a bartender should never result in guests being completely ignored. This was a clear breakdown in communication and management, and it made for one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.
