Me and my husband ordered fries and a vanilla cookie Sunday we just left but the manager in training was extremely rude to the cashier when the cashier informed her that the vanilla machine wasn't working the girl just shouted at her to put it to temperature in a rude manner I get it if you're busy I work in fast food too but if you're training to be a shift lead or manager you never talk to your workers like that on top of that I needed a refund and she literally just walked away from the register and a different manager came to help refund my cookie Sunday and the cherry on top was that the cashier ran out of ones and the girl or manger in training or whatever she was only gave her 5 singles when she literally had none which is not enough for even one transaction very poor management training and customer service Latonia if I remember her name correctly deserves a raise for being treated so appallingly that girl in training had an attitude problem and I hope she learns how to treat people with respect read more

I'm literally sitting in the drive through and didn't order anything due to the customer service not being up to par. The girl behind the radio ask for my order three times and wasn't very competent with collecting my order which was small fries and a small drink. Due to that, making food wasn't going to be good in my opinion. This is the third time I've came here...second time I dealt with a person who was also incompetent and couldn't count money. My meal was $7 bucks or so. I gave the person a $10 and she gave me my food and $20 and closed the drive through window. I called for the girl and she NEVER came back!! Horrible service today. The guy working right now was not friendly. He took my order but when I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee he acted as if I was bugging him. He handed it to me black. Never thought to ask me so why the attitude. Then he starts with another order then gets back to me and hands me 4 packets of regular sugar and 6 imitation sugar. I handed them back and asked do I have to have this kind of sugar, I'd prefer regular sugar. He has attitude again then makes me wait. OK, so everyone know's what Wendy's is. I'm surprised this location isn't on here since it's been there for a while now... then again I'm not THAT surprised since not a lot of people know about it when I mention it (Off the 105 at Crenshaw) I'll keep this short and sweet. I like this Wendy's location because the building is newer, nice and clean (inside and out). There usually isn't too much of a line and there's plenty of parking. I will not be going back here, EVER! I ordered a 4 for $4 and found a LIVE ROACH, it literally fell out of my burger as i picked it up and crawled around the inside of the wrapper. This is the most disgusting thing ever. I've always over looked the incredibly long wait time and the employee's attitudes but this crossed the line for me. No wonder they have a "B" rating. Aside from this, the customer service was terrible... the woman helping us at the drive thru window was rude and unfriendly. We even got a glimpse of her yelling at other workers (the ones at the next window/other side of the kitchen) to "stop talking so much and pay attention" sounded like she was yelling at a bunch of children. We waited in the long drive through line for about 20 minutes before we got to the menu to order. We then waited at the menu for another 10 minutes. Not once did an employee say anything so we thought the intercom was broken. We drove around towards the window with 2 cars still ahead of us. We wait another 5 minutes or so to pull up to the window. We asked if the intercom was broken and we were told no. The lady told us that people keep pulling up to the window and ordering. People keep pulling up because they're not being greeted at the intercom, they're not being told that you'll be with them in just a moment, just dead silence. I decided to walk in. I noticed how clean the inside was. I watched the manager at that time expedite the people order before me. I thought once he was done he would take my order. But once he was done with expediting their order he walked away and started to assist drive thru without saying a word to me. Then the other person that was helping in drive thru saw I was waiting and she took my order. Which made no sense. He could have taken my order. I'm an ex-Wendy girl. I used to work at their Temple City, CA location when I was a teen back in the early '90's. I still get a hankering for it every once in a while. Everything is pretty tasty. I think they have one of the best Value Menu's in fast food. Value menu's include: small fries, chicken nuggets, side salad, chicken sandwich, Jr burgers and frostys! I don't really indulge in any of the burgers too often, but when I get the craving for Wendy's, I normally order a side salad, fries and a Frosty. It reminds me of my days as a teen! I love their grilled chicken salads, too!! This location is pretty clean. It's right off the freeway and super convenient. I've only been here a few times and I've never haed a problem. read more
