I visited 3 times this past week and all 3 visits were highly disappointing. The first and second visit they were out of vanilla frosty the third visit they were out of large cups for chili and taco salad and the intercom was not working. The customer service person in drive thru actually took the butter out of my bag when I said I didn't want butter but extra sour cream instead for my potato because they were rationing butter. There's a reason this location has one star and you should trust the review. The only positive was the young man taking orders. He was great, but once it comes to filling the order, stand by to stand by. They suck! The first time my order was wrong, it was the wrong burger. When I pay for the expensive burger I don't want the Dave's Single. That's not an adequate substitute. I drove back, get them to fix the mistake. They give me all new food, "hot and fresh". I get home and NOPE! They messed it up AGAIN, except they went the extra mile and completely changed the order, giving me all Dave's singles. When I informed the "supervisor" I wanted a refund she had the look of annoyance on her face that actually made me considering getting not so patient with her incompetence. You know what you are going to get here. I prefer Wendy's over most of the chains. Spicy chicken anything is normally what I like to get. The chicken wrap was warm on the inside with a cold tortilla, take that how you eant. I see it as they actually warmed up the chicken separately and assembled it, so it's not a terrible thing. This was my first and LAST TIME patronizing this Wendy's location. I did an mobile order 25-30 minutes before I arrived and the drive thru line was super long, so I went inside to pick up my order because I had a hungry 5 year old and to no avail as I walked inside it was just as chaotic. I asked the cashier if I could pick up my mobile order inside as the line outside was too long, he nodded his head with uncertainty, so he called the manager over and he said yes I could he asked me to give the name of the order and he said " I'm I'll get it right now" 20 minutes later NADA. Another customer walked in ( corporate America) type and ask how long would be to get his food the same cashier looked spooked and answered " 10 minutes " the tall man said ok I'm going to hold you to it. 7 minutes later the guy had his food before my mobile order 30 minutes prior and two customers before his order I was like WTH I would have left and went up the street to McDonald's, but they had already charged me. Once I asked another manager about my order she looked at me with frustration and said " What's the name " after giving it she then said you supposed to be in the drive thru I turned and said oh heck no I ask the other manager she cut me off and Sasha was the only manager then I said well the supervisor ( that disappeared ) said he was getting my order ready. If I could leave a zero, I would. Giving them a single star is too much, and we've hoped over time they'd get their s**t together, but nope. Every experience I've had has been horrible, if it weren't for the fact that WENDYS food is decent, and that this location is down the street from me. EVERY order, wether it's over the app, from the drive thru, or inside the Wendy's they make a mistake. Theirs missing items, or wrong items, and then it seems like they're offended when we ask them for the rest of our food, or to fix the order. The morning manager today didn't believe that I wasn't given one of my items, and then went to the back to check the cameras and made snarky remarks about me to her employees in another language (that I fully understood). Theirs no level of professionalism here, the staff members don't know the menu, CANT and WONT try to be hospitable, theirs no basic customer service skills. We've tried putting in complaints to the managers and haven't seen any changes over the years. So the best we can do is warn everyone to either stay away, or be ready to stand up for your order. Make sure you're camera ready too because they'll check the cameras if you tell them they didn't give you something you ordered. And if you're really hungry, make sure to bring a snack too, cause you'll be waiting for at least 15-20 minutes to put your order in, then another 15-20 to get your order, and another 10-15 for them to fix your order after they f*** it up. read more

I've ordered the bourbon bacon burger from here several times, it doesn't come with enough bourbon sauce so but I don't mind paying for extra sauce. They charge you $.75 for extra sauce. The amount given is a teaspoon full. They get mad if you ask for more, want to charge more and just have the worst attitudes imaginable. The manager here said call customer service, I don't care loudly in front of other customers. Wow! The reviews for this store are almost all about the poor service. Believe me, they suck!
