While on a road trip we swung in here for lunch and had an enjoyable meal. There really isn't much else to say, however. It's a Wendy's that served up hot and tasty food, the staff was fine, and the restaurant and bathroom was well looked after and clean. Keep up the good work! read more

Wendy's 18011 Colorado Street, Hebron, IN 46341 May 15, 2021 Saturday- 3:30 PM  for late late lunch (hindsight tells me it was liner) 2 Adults (I was the one picking up the order) Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 3 stars Service - 3 stars Background - Road tripping and fast food was needed. Atmosphere - The restaurant is attached to a gas station/truck stop.  I was surprised by how large the dining area was.  I was not sure based on the table markings if the whole area was closed or just a few tables. Food - I was actually craving the spicy chicken sandwich.  The temperature was off the charts, like burn you mouth hot.  I now know what item I had to wait the 4 1/2 minutes for.  The sandwich was perfect, one bite was extremely spicy but that is fine with me.  The fries is what killed their score for food and service.  The sandwich was clearly just cooked, but the fries were room temp, very disappointing.  Wendy's fries are some of my favorite fast food fries.  Takeout food is difficult to correct. Service - Our cashier was friendly and ordering at the counter was easy.  After we walked to the pick up area a young lady told us it will be four and half minutes.  I am fine with this knowing my food will be fresh and a few extra minutes is not a big deal.  Hindsight again, why did they not freshly cook the French fries for my order?  Did they bag the fries immediately and waited for the sandwich to be finished four plus minutes later? Future - I doubt that I will be back in the area, but sure why not. read more

Absolutely disgusting! The floor was covered in stoped food and trash! I wish I wasn't in such a rush to get home because I would have just gone across the street to Denny's. I don't know if this place needs new staff or new management but you should change something! Very disappointing! read more

Wendy's - a kitchen with a sink and a microwave - Fast Food Near Me - Hebron, Indiana

I haven't been to Wendy's for a while and was pleasantly surprised to find several options on the menu. Fast food salads have really stepped up their game! I went with the lowest calorie option, which was a Power Mediterranean Chicken salad at only 430 calories for the full size. Weirdly enough, the website says it's 470, but that's splitting hairs. I was going to get a small Diet Coke (20 oz!) but was happy to see that they also had Coke Zero, so I drank that instead. The staff seemed to have a bit of trouble assembling my salad, probably because they don't make these very often. But it's nice that it was freshly made on the spot. I got a ginormous bowl of iceberg lettuce topped with a grilled chicken breast, feta cheese, chickpeas, white beans, hummus dressing, tiny bits of sun-dried tomato quinoa, croutons, and a light vinaigrette dressing. There wasn't that much quinoa, but the salad was still very tasty and delicious. And I hope it was a healthy lunch. read more

Wendy's - Power Mediterranean Chicken salad - Fast Food Near Me - Hebron, Indiana

Fast food places are almost always the same in their good-enough-ness. So it is notable when a place falls far enough below to warrant a complaint. There were several people here waiting for their food when I walked in. They were blocking the area to order and I originally thought it was an insane line to even place my order. But they were all just too impatient for their food and insisted on blocking the whole area. The wait for food was particularly ridiculous. There were breaks in the flow of people ordering. And instead of ever catching up during these lulls, they just kept falling further behind. And on top of that...my burger was rather pink. Which I don't mind in a finer, more reliable setting. But in a fast food spot connected to a truck stop gas station....I would prefer a much more reliable done-ness. Anyway...it was not a pleasant meal. And we opted for grabbing other sustenance from the gas station on the way out to make up for it. read more

The staff at the store was not like staff I've seen at other stores. They were yelling at each other instead of communicating kindly to each other, and they were more focused on the time rather than the quality of the orders. I was speaking in a clear tone and the lady at the register was complaining about not being able to hear me. read more

Hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It took 30 minutes to get our food. This place should be shut down. They were so unaware of what was going on that they accidentally gave me a extra chicken sandwich and they still managed to piss me off! Ridiculous. Shut this place down! read more

Stopped to grab a bite on our way to Chicago and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this Wendy's at the truck stop. We ordered baked potatoes and a half salad. I picked the strawberry mango salad and my friend got the chicken caesar salad. Both were fresh made, not served in a plastic container with a dated lid. It was surprisingly one of the best, most filling salads I've had in a long time. The staff was efficient, thorough and a crew member was busy cleaning the booths and tables. Food was ok. Service was fine. But I ordered a burger with no cheese and it came with extra cheese. It is a Wendy's problem though, not just this location. It is has happened in several different parts of the country. I can't keep coming back to that. Other restaurants actually give what you order. read more

I've been coming here a lot, because Wendy's undoubtedly has the best food in all of fast food. So far, every time I've gotten food from here, it's been top notch. I've never had anything bad come from here. It takes a few minutes to get your order but that's because they cook it fresh and it is well worth the wait. I've worked there for quit sometime and the place may "look nice" but the people who I worked with was horse shit! They treated you very badly and they had favorites. Yes I know some people have favorites but it was to the point they were babying them and they didn't give a crap about the others who also worked there. Everyone may seem like ur friend but they're not. Somebody dropped an Earring in the frosty machine and one of our store managers she had a frosty and it went into her frosty. This place is disgusting in the back kitchen. They have bugs everywhere and I was on sandwiches one day and I found a dead fly on the cheese so I threw the whole thing of cheese away and I got yelled at for throwing all of the cheese away when they told me next time to just throw away the cheese with the dead fly on it. The boss can be nice only if she wants but ofc she had her favorites. The managers were so bad u almost went home every night crying because of how shitty they treat you. It's not a nice friendly place to work at. It's actually toxic. I was so depressed when I worked there and now that I got out I am so happy with my life and my new amazing job!! read more
