I haven't been to Wendy's in a couple of years, I was in the area at the time and needed a quick bite to eat before heading into work. On this day it happened to be National Cheeseburger Day and seemed as though the drive-thru's of fast food places were all packed in the area except Wendy's. I came here and didn't see nothing about celebrating National Cheeseburger Day but I really wasn't looking for deal just a quick bite. I ended up ordering the Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger which turned out to be a very good burger with that extra "kick" of spice to layer out the taste buds. I also had a small fry and bottled water to drink with the meal. The drive-thru was very quick with only one car in front of me. The drive-thru attendant had my order ready to go in less than 5 mins, being very courteous and making sure I was satisfied with the items I ordered. Come to find out later, Wendy's was celebrating National Cheeseburger Day. You can get a free Dave's Single with any Wendy's purchase with an offer on the mobile app. I don't have their mobile app installed on my phone. :) read more

The Staff are wonderful, they have great customer service and they got all 3 different orders correct. We ordered the four for $4, At 9:30 a.m. and they told us it will be a few minutes because it has to be cooked to order sets it was during breakfast time . I will never have a problem with my food being cooked to order. Plus it was a 3 person order and they got all 3 correct. I really believe Wendy's is slipping. We paid 47.00 and barely got anything. We ordered iced Tea and after we paid and they gave us us the tea, they informed us they are all out of sugar." There is no excuse at all for a restaurant to run out of sugar except bad management. We ordered the queso fries...at 3.39 we expected more. It was basically less than a regular order of fries with barely any queso. They changed their menu and really jacked up the prices. For what we paid, we could have gone to wing stop. I'm usually prompted to write a review only if something is outstanding or something stirs my sense of indignation. This review is about the latter. The food at this Wendy's is actually very good, the best that I have tried at a Wendy's in Henderson. All of the male employees that I have dealt with at this Wendy's and a few of the female employees are generally very friendly and professional. Why the one star review, you ask? It's pretty much solely for the "charming" female manager with the light brown hair and tattoos on her arms and hands. She is unforgivably rude every time we drive up, which is pretty much every day. She has taken this odd vow of silence every time my son and I place an order. She holds out the bag of food in outraged silence, as disdainfully as possible and never, ever says thank you. She even tries very hard never to look us in the eye. The last few days she has literally turned her back on us at the drive thru window while she sticks her arm out with the bag of food as if she were afraid to come into any kind of contact with us whatsoever. I honestly don't know what this woman's problem is, or why she has decided that she should treat us this way. My son and I have never spoken to her badly or have been a disrespectful customer. A few times we have asked for things in a somewhat complicated way, but that's pretty much it. All I have to say is lady, if you hate your job so much - you really need to go into a new line of work. It's completely obvious to every customer that comes through that you hate your job and you can't stand a single one of your customers. If I were the management at this location, I would take a much closer look at this particular employee and observe how she treats people. read more

Came here for a quick bite as I had been prone to do since it's close to my home. Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Bacon was missing. To top it off, I pull to the window and there a 2 people there. The one guy was on his phone just kind of in the way. The girl working walks away with my card to charge me, comes back, hands my card to me along with my food. A few hours later I get a notification from my bank of a charge to GOOGLE ( I don't use ANDROID or the GOOGLE PLAY STORE). They reversed the charge. Hours after that my card was used to set up a recurring charge (to pay for a subscription) for $10 to YEP you guessed it: GOOGLE. This place made there did fast and fresh so fresh the shredded cheese didn't melt in to the big beefy bacon burger. The cheesy bun was amazing though. We upgraded our fries to the baconator fries and I was kind of disappointed in those although they had the cheese in the bacon they were just jumped in the sauce and not spread out. I had a good experience here. I was in the mood for some of their chili. I am not ashamed to say that I always enjoy Wendy's chili! Pretty darn good. Since it was just me, I went through the drive through to take lunch home. The lady taking my order could have picked up a personality on the way to work today... but I'm guessing maybe it's just been a long day for her. Otherwise the drive through went pretty smooth and quick. I saw they had new flatbread sandwiches. Guess I might as well try one right?! I chose the Smokey Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken option... of course with my chili on the side. On their sign in the drive through, it states the sandwich is only 370 calories and 22 g of protein! Sure! I'll give it a whirl! It was a smaller chicken sandwich but that's probably why only 370 calories. But it did have a great flavor with the smokey honey mustard sauce. The flatbread was great also with grains baked in which gave it a great flavor. Like I stated earlier, I always enjoy their chili. It's always hot and tasty. And a small cup of chili is actually pretty filling for me. You can get onions and cheese added to the top if you want that option. I'm not one to turn down cheese! Yummy. Ordered 2 value size sodas...if you see the receipt they charged for one value size and one "SM" small size ....now I noticed right away but am I really going to fight over 0.40cents? I went through the drive thru on Dec. 23, 2022 to pick up an uber eats order. When I got there it was 12:30 am there were 2 people ahead of me waiting for awhile without being able to place an order. When I got to the speaker no one was answering I assumed there was something wrong with the speaker so I pulled to the window and waited. At 12:43 the employee saw me I waived my phone at her to show I had a pickup order and she continued to the back of the kitchen. At 12:46 she motioned to me that they were closed, that location is opened until 1am. I waited almost 20 minutes to pick up an order and knowing uber the customer placed the order around 12-12:15am. I also work in the culinary field and I've also worked in retail we are always supposed to serve until closing. If a person walks in at 12:59 and we closed at 1 we still had to serve them the employees closed your establishment a half hour early which is not only taking money away from your business but it took money away from me too. read more

Just started a new job in the area and went here for lunch. Even though I had a keychain that I purchased earlier in the year to support adoption and get a free frosty with any purchase the guy taking the money today 6/18/20 at 1:30 PM still charged me for the frosty that was supposed to be free. Even after I told him and 2 other co workers that I wasn't supposed to be charged. Thanks for stealing from me. I know it is only like 2 dollars but I will never go to this place again. This is fast food. The price is cheap and you get a lot of food. The register kids and drive thru are friendly and helpful. I always double check my orders and they get it right 90 per cent of the time. This is fast food. If you want high end service or food - then go somewhere that charges a lot more. Where's the Beef? The Chicken sandwich looked like it was stamped from a machine. It had the texture of one of those big pink erasers you had from back when you were in school. The lettuce and tomato were anemic. The sandwich was was virtually tasteless. What the hell is this stuff made of? The fries were terrible and way, way over salted. The Chilli - more like tomato soup. "Where's the Beef?" Sparse is putting it mildly. What about the beans... I actually counted 2 in my large Chilli. This place is the pits. Today i decided to pick up Wendy's on Stephanie. I went inside as the drive thru line was very long. I was greeted and order was taken by a young man named Donovyn. Looking at my receipt he did take my order correct, As I ordered a classic chicken salad , however the kitchen made my salad wrong and put grilled and didn't include the pecans. Please know I wrote this review because My first impression of this restaurant (before I realized my order was wrong) was the lack of camaraderie amongst the staff. As if they want this young man to look bad or feel bad. The manager yelled at Donovyn, that she could not assist him, just as the female employee at the drive thru did not want to help him get an order out faster, in front everybody including the customer who wanted their food. Despite all, This young man went above and beyond with his kindness and service. He even helped carry out my drinks since it was slow inside. I want him to know his hard work is recognized, and as I learned his father was in the restaurant waiting for him, I was even more impressed he still took his time to help me rather than rush to clock out. Been living for 2 years near this Wendy's location in N Stephanie in Henderson. I gave them prolly 5th chance because I love Wendy's near my old place. But this Wendy's is just terrible. Keeps giving me the wrong order everytime I order. Ordered a $5 Big meal, ordered a double stack and gave me a plain burger single stack with cheese doesn't even have ketchup and mayo in it.. Went there today for the honey butter chicken biscuit that has been advertised for $1.99 there's even a huge sign with that price on it at the drive thru window. We stopped by this location for a quick bite today. We like the "summer berry salad" that we actually just had it at a different location a few days ago. However, they didn't serve us with the "summer berry salad" with spring mix, strawberries & blackberries but gave us iceberg salad instead. Even the picture on the ad also show spring mix vs iceberg lettuce. That'y not cool! They shouldn't substitute the type of the lettuce as they do make a huge difference! Snobby girl at the cash register, who was completely inconvenienced by my business, got my order wrong. Soda machine, which prides itself on giving you choices, only had Sprite Zero and Seagrams, so if that's your thing, you're in luck, here! Cold French fries to top it all off. I only usually post reviews on yelp when something really bothers me or when something is outstanding. This experience was annoying. Let me start with saying that the tall blonde boy working at this location tonight was super nice and is the only reason this is getting two stars. I would have otherwise given 1 star for the young brunette girl (receipt says her name is Ashley) working the cash register because SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. My boyfriend and I weren't greeted with a friendly "hello!" Or "hi, how the hell are ya?", instead we were greeted with a very short and rude sounding "FOR HERE OR TO GO". The thought of posting a review didn't cross my mind until an older lady walked up after us (she was obviously hard of hearing) and the cashier repeated herself 3 times, each time her tone got more snappy and rude.
