The food here is definitely worth the full price tag, but to get this kind of discount is really a great gesture. I ordered the veggie omelet with sourdough toast and hash browns and hub got the biscuits and gravy and had some of my toast and hash browns. The food was excellent...my omelet was one of best I have ever had, filled with veggies to the brim. The biscuits and gravy were equally great and they never miss on their sourdough toast. The hash browns were ok, if they were cooked longer they would have been great...but this will not factor in my rating because the stars were truly the stars. Our server was quick and efficient. I was using a 'free meal' coupon that I earn through gambling at Rainbow. I ordered the Double Hamburger Plate. I simply asked for it to be well-done. The Server gal who was very polite, and professional, told me that on the 'free meal' coupons they will not take any extra requests as to how the food is cooked. I told her I couldn't eat it red inside and that was their usual way to cook it - medium. She felt bad, and said the cooks would not do it and they'd get mad at her for asking. I could see that it was not something I could even reason with anyone about. I was embarrassed at making one simple request. I thanked the Server gal and left before ordering. Felt bad for her and she was very sorry she had to tell us no requests for free food prep. I gathered the customer was not important to the Triple B (franchise) located in the Rainbow Casino. The Restaurant they replaced after the Covid shutdown - the original Restaurant was fantastic. I wish they had not replaced it. Last time we were here was 4yrs ago when we first moved to the area. I recall they had a prime rib special and so we opted to try it again. Located in the Rainbow casino. The casino has been in the area for 50+ yrs and not too big so when you enter, go towards the back and you'll see this diner. It was not too busy at 8:30pm and were seated in the left side of the restaurant in a corner booth. It was nice and quiet, we enjoyed that. Drinks were brought out very quick. Waitress and wait staff helping her in the section were very nice and checked on us numerous times while we were there. We shared the prime rib special and got soup, shrimp cocktail and prime rib with corn and fries and a small piece of brownie for $24. Not a bad deal at all. Prime rib was a bit tough for most of the piece but the rest was decent to enjoy. It was good size. It was better 4yrs ago TBH. Towards the end of our meal, more ppl were seated in our area. I really love the small coffee shops! They remind me of the ones back home that had just plain good comfort food! This location didn't disappoint! The cafe was not too busy and I have been wanting to try the food! We ordered steak and shrimp plus the club sandwich that had crinkle cut fries and salads. The side salad was overflowing with greens and the fixings. Our server remembered that my husband is allergic to fresh tomatoes and she put everything on the side. She brought plates with the salads and we were able to enjoy them. He loved the sandwich and was piled high with bacon and turkey. My steak was a little thin but had tons of flavor as you could tell it was fire grilled! The shrimp were crispy! The mashed potatoes were made with fresh red potatoes which are the best kind! It's not a great sign when the side salad is the best part. Triple B is the restaurant of the Rainbow Club Casino on Water Street in Henderson. There are probably only two reasons to come here: free weekly coupons from the players club mailers, or spending points earned via slots with the players card. Maybe a third, one-time reason, actually. I had a free entree from the first-time sign-up package. But I first got a salad with my choice of thousand island dressing. I only needed one cup of dressing for the salad, but I got two for some reason. The plant stuff was fresh and the generous amount of shredded cheese wasn't too bad. The entree was the Open Faced Hot Beef sandwich (usually $12.99). I was turned off immediately when I saw that they used average grocery store sliced white bread. Even worse, the beef wasn't tough and salty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine, but I ran out of it halfway through and could no longer mask the beef. I tried giving up on the meat and topped the limp bread with some of the jams available tableside. Then I stopped. On my second visit, I had a coupon for a Shrimp Louie Stuffed Avocado (normally $10.99). All of it was just way too bland. The dressing lacked any form of acidity or sweetness. I would have even welcomed something spicy even though I'm sensitive about that flavor. I stopped in again last night and opted for a special of the day, the Quesadilla Burger ($10.99). This was the most acceptable dish yet, but it still wasn't great. My patties were cooked beyond the requested medium, the cheese factor was minimal, and the generic mild salsa and sour cream felt like they were freshly removed from jars. As with other nearby casinos, checks are provided at the table but settled at the cash register near the exit. The most useful part may be their TVs with the internal ad loops, which often show you that you can actually use casino points at nearby restaurants which are consistently better. I will likely not return to Triple B much if at all since their sister casino Emerald Island's lone eatery is hit or miss, as opposed to this place which is just miss or miss. read more

They have specialty theme nights during the week and weekends. Of course we have our favorite servers and never really had any complaints on our food. Came here on St Patrick's day, because the wait at Emerald Island grill was an hour, and here we were able to get seated right away. That should have told me something. We got seated and it took some time to get greeted, but the server was friendly, just busy. The food was OK, the fries were cold for all of our dishes so we asked for fresh fries, when the fries came out, you can tell that they are basically just fries that were fried again to send us out "fresh" fries. We are regulars at Rainbow Club and Emerald Island. We went to Rainbow to play some slots and have lunch. While playing slots, I talked to a very friendly slot attendant who I chat with often, and told him we were going to eat lunch. He suggested a new item on the menu, the deep fried BBQ pork riblets. I did see this on the daily specials menu and had to try. Also ordered the Miso Cod, which is also a pretty new item. Just wanted to say, they are soooo goooood! The chef actually came out to ask how the food was, and I told him that these items are going to be very, very popular! I will definately be coming back for this, and to try more new items. First time visiting and unfortunately it was a pretty poor experience. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger and waited nearly 20 minutes, eventually having to follow up with staff about my order. The burger was greasy, bland, and overall mediocre. The fries were undercooked and stuck together. What really surprised me was being charged an extra $1 for a to-go container with no verbal notice, signage, or menu disclosure. My total came to $17.10 after fees, tax, and tip, which felt excessive given the quality of the food and service. When you first walk towards it, it brings like a 50s diner vibe. When you get into the restaurant, it all goes down hill from there, the vibe is no longer there, it's a bit tight, not like normal restaurants where there's plenty of room to walk through. It is an older place, so that's understandable. The food though, I can say any of the hot sandwiches are a bit greasy, mine was greasy, made me rethink my choice, to go for a classic burger. You can never go wrong with that, and the vegetables would've made it not seem so greasy. The fries though, man those are good. Nice crisp texture to them. The service, it was good. The server definitely was like hovering over us, we just gotten the menu, and came up and asked if we were to order, lol, nah bud. I brought my 5 year old son, knowing he eats slower than the rest of us, I ordered his food first, by the way (they don't have a kids menu), so he could start eating before us. We popped in for a quick bite before the Christmas parade on Water Street, eager to sample their well-reviewed burgers, which are priced quite reasonably. We were seated around 5:15 pm, and the staff was impressive. Our server, Christy, was friendly and attentive. Our food started arriving around 5:50 pm. The place was bustling, but the kitchen did a great job of sending out orders as they came in. My wife quickly received her garden dinner salad, and it was spot on. The kids shared a Neapolitan shake and absolutely loved it. For my meal, I ordered the Fish & Chips, which were tasty but a tad on the oily side. I also had the triple cheeseburger, which was incredible, especially with the caramelized onions I requested--it really elevated the flavor. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, which were bursting with flavor. The mozzarella sticks had that delightful cheesy stretch, although the kids found them a bit lacking in taste. The chicken wings were perfectly breaded and had a great flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and just right. My raspberry tea was a bit on the sweet side, so my wife had to dilute it with some water. The portion sizes were generous, especially given the prices. All in all, we had a great experience with both the food and the service. Andrew assisted Christy and did an excellent job, and Mirlaine (sp) was a delightful hostess and cashier. We have been here many times and the service and food is always good. They are very accommodating. These casinos are typically visited by locals so when we come in from out of town and in a large group, it can get very difficult but they always handle it perfectly. The food is always good and they have some great specials. This was a Friday visit so Fish & Chips were on the menu and I really enjoyed them. I used to enjoy coming here. But, they have raised price, especially on the "specials." I feel that not only have the specials prices have increased but the portions appear to have gotten smaller & the quality has gone down. I was there for the Corned beef special. The corned beef seemed to be shredded and Luke warm. The cabbage was warmed than the corned beef. The potatoes were disappointing. Not sure how they were cooked. Small chunks of potatoes the seemed to be steamed and possibly placed on a flat grill to warm up? But very dry. Sad that the cabbage was the only highlight of the entire dish. read more

Attached is a photo of the order of pancakes I was given. I brought them back & asked for the manager. A seating hostess came by & took a picture of the pancakes. When I asked what that was about she said that she's going to show it to the chef because "he never believes us when we tell him about this". When the manager finally came by, he looked at the pancakes & said "that's not good", picked them up & I never saw him again. To be honest, I never knew there was a restaurant at thr Rainbow because I had never been here before. I was very pleased with Triple B's! There was another local casino we would visit for inexpensive but delicious food and this place is definitely my new spot. Thr service was great and servers were quick and attentive. Though the seating area is small, it has a large restaurant feel. I ordered the porterhouse medium rare, it was cooked slightly over that but a delicious steak nonetheless. The green beans were fresh and crisp and let me tell you, I don't know what they do to their gravy but I could DRINK IT! I haven't had such a delicious gravy in a very long time. The Thanksgiving burger was very delicious as well. The same gravy on my mash was on this burger and the house made cranberry sauce just gives it that extra oomph! Very, very good burger.
