    Steak and shrimp
    Irene Y.

I really love the small coffee shops! They remind me of the ones back home that had just plain good comfort food! This location didn't disappoint! The cafe was not too busy and I have been wanting to try the food! We ordered steak and shrimp plus the club sandwich that had crinkle cut fries and salads. The side salad was overflowing with greens and the fixings. Our server remembered that my husband is allergic to fresh tomatoes and she put everything on the side. She brought plates with the salads and we were able to enjoy them. He loved the sandwich and was piled high with bacon and turkey. My steak was a little thin but had tons of flavor as you could tell it was fire grilled! The shrimp were crispy! The mashed potatoes were made with fresh red potatoes which are the best kind! Will definitely be back as everyone was super friendly and the service was great!

LOVE this place! So affordable! My daughter and I shared a plate of chicken fried steak. My friend who brought us, got the pork chop. OMG....bone in and juicy! Both plates for $12 each. Get the biscuits and gravy as the "bread" side! You can get toast any time! Service was awesome! They kept refilling our coffee, like it was a never ending cup!!

Quesadilla Burger ($10.99 special of the day) with my choice of macaroni salad as the side

It's not a great sign when the side salad is the best part. Triple B is the restaurant of the Rainbow Club Casino on Water Street in Henderson. There are probably only two reasons to come here: free weekly coupons from the players club mailers, or spending points earned via slots with the players card. Maybe a third, one-time reason, actually. I had a free entree from the first-time sign-up package. But I first got a salad with my choice of thousand island dressing. I only needed one cup of dressing for the salad, but I got two for some reason. The plant stuff was fresh and the generous amount of shredded cheese wasn't too bad. The entree was the Open Faced Hot Beef sandwich (usually $12.99). I was turned off immediately when I saw that they used average grocery store sliced white bread. Even worse, the beef wasn't tough and salty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine, but I ran out of it halfway through and could no longer mask the beef. I tried giving up on the meat and topped the limp bread with some of the jams available tableside. Then I stopped. On my second visit, I had a coupon for a Shrimp Louie Stuffed Avocado (normally $10.99). All of it was just way too bland. The dressing lacked any form of acidity or sweetness. I would have even welcomed something spicy even though I'm sensitive about that flavor. I stopped in again last night and opted for a special of the day, the Quesadilla Burger ($10.99). This was the most acceptable dish yet, but it still wasn't great. My patties were cooked beyond the requested medium, the cheese factor was minimal, and the generic mild salsa and sour cream felt like they were freshly removed from jars. As with other nearby casinos, checks are provided at the table but settled at the cash register near the exit. The most useful part may be their TVs with the internal ad loops, which often show you that you can actually use casino points at nearby restaurants which are consistently better. I will likely not return to Triple B much if at all since their sister casino Emerald Island's lone eatery is hit or miss, as opposed to this place which is just miss or miss.

Came here on St Patrick's day, because the wait at Emerald Island grill was an hour, and here we were able to get seated right away. That should have told me something. We got seated and it took some time to get greeted, but the server was friendly, just busy. The food was OK, the fries were cold for all of our dishes so we asked for fresh fries, when the fries came out, you can tell that they are basically just fries that were fried again to send us out "fresh" fries. Not sure that I would come back here, the prices are more than next-door, and the food was mediocre at best.

4:45 pm visit on December 6th Review #58 of 2024. We popped in for a quick bite before the Christmas parade on Water Street, eager to sample their well-reviewed burgers, which are priced quite reasonably. We were seated around 5:15 pm, and the staff was impressive. Our server, Christy, was friendly and attentive. Our food started arriving around 5:50 pm. The place was bustling, but the kitchen did a great job of sending out orders as they came in. My wife quickly received her garden dinner salad, and it was spot on. The kids shared a Neapolitan shake and absolutely loved it. For my meal, I ordered the Fish & Chips, which were tasty but a tad on the oily side. I also had the triple cheeseburger, which was incredible, especially with the caramelized onions I requested--it really elevated the flavor. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, which were bursting with flavor. The mozzarella sticks had that delightful cheesy stretch, although the kids found them a bit lacking in taste. The chicken wings were perfectly breaded and had a great flavor. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and just right. My raspberry tea was a bit on the sweet side, so my wife had to dilute it with some water. The portion sizes were generous, especially given the prices. All in all, we had a great experience with both the food and the service. Andrew assisted Christy and did an excellent job, and Mirlaine (sp) was a delightful hostess and cashier. We would definitely return in the future, but at a less busy timeframe.

Janell is the best waitress. Triple B's is always a winner!

We have been here many times and the service and food is always good. They are very accommodating. These casinos are typically visited by locals so when we come in from out of town and in a large group, it can get very difficult but they always handle it perfectly. The food is always good and they have some great specials. This was a Friday visit so Fish & Chips were on the menu and I really enjoyed them. The dipper fries were really good and they always have a variety of new options. Janelle was awesome and made us feel like locals ourselves. Totally recommend coming here.

    Rueben & Fries

This diner is located in the Rainbow Casino. Our waitress was super nice and upbeat and the food came out pretty quick. The best thing we had were the crinkle fries. The Rueben had fatty meat, not a fan. The fried chicken ranged from over fried and sat too long to undercooked and not crispy. This place is a breakfast spot vs dine in dinner spot.

The service is always fast. The food is ok. For players we get three free meals a week so you can't complain about that.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour coated mozzarella sticks that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

Turns out she was the owner (Andrea). She was so friendly and helpful and just a delight! Once she seated us she came back and brought us a small cup of some type of cabbage soup to try, which was phenomenal! The menu is ginormous! Like the Cheesecake Factory menu... so much to see it takes a while to narrow things down. Our waitress was a young bubbly lady who was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took time to answer all our questions and just really looked like she liked her job (go figure!). The portion sizes are insane! The food was very hot and very tasty. I struggled to finish mine but once I removed the food from the bun, that seemed to help. Paying the bill was easy as they have the receipts with the QR code that goes right to the Toast app. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert but after we were done eating we did go look at all the goodies in the case. Quite a selection and lots of people in line. Kind of glad we live on the other side of town because if we lived closer we'd go broke from eating here more often lol. The reviews and comments on FB were spot on. This place really is great and we look forward to visiting again.

It's a very fixable issue…read morethough and I want to start ordering my work lunches from here regularly again so hopefully the owner takes this feedback. Issue: I always used to request one extra applesauce with my latkes because the tiny cup they give isn't enough for three latkes. But they've recently removed the freeform text field from their Uber Eats orders. Understandable, I know some people write crazy stuff there. But now how can I order the extra applesauce? There is not a checkbox within this item listing for me to request extra condiments. There isn't a standalone applesauce item I can add to my cart. There's just no way whatsoever now for me to continue ordering the latkes the way I want, so I've had to stop ordering here completely. This is really bumming me out! I miss my latkes!!! Please fix the way your order options are set up on Uber Eats so I can go back to ordering latkes all the time. This used to be my favorite place to order lunch, and I even left a glowing 5-star review to that effect less than two weeks ago! But without that second cup of applesauce, my whole ratio is thrown off. I will of course update this review to five stars again if this issue is fixed. Because at the ratio of two little applesauce cups to three latkes, this is truly a 10/10 work lunch and I want to go back to ordering again ASAP. PS: Even if extra applesauces and sour creams cost like .25 or .50 to add, I would still just be stoked to be able to add them.

The bad news is the rest of the sandwich was disappointing. I ordered the turkey and salami on sourdough. For my toppings I got tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, oil and red wine vinegar. After all it was Friday and I can always eat some good soup with a decent sandwich. I tried the soup first. It was so not hot that it was thick like paste! It was extremely salty and had a very bad fishy taste from the clams. Almost where I wonder if they were spoiled. I threw the remainder away. As I unwrapped the sandwich, I had to look back at my order to see if I ordered the kids size or something. Not only did it appear small in length, but there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. As you can see from the pictures, the turkey is barely even an ingredient at this point. Such a sad excuse for a sandwhich. Like I said though, the sourdough bread itself is great. Everything else, not so much. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to having a nice fresh sandwich shop close by.
