Ordered a Dave's double with bacon, no cheese extra pickles. I got a bacon king smh. I went back to tell them they fucked it up and I literally didn't get an apology or anything. So, for the past few months, I don't know what has happened to the quality of service but 3 to 4 times now in just the past few months I've gotten food from you guys on E Main ST. In Hendersonville, y'all have gotten EVERY ORDER WRONG! I don't know if it's the level of incompetence that's wrong or you're hiring ignorant adolescent adults out of High School that pay more attention to their phone up their butt or what but seriously... get it together and start checking the orders and hire people that are actually intellectual to do that instead of lazy teenagers that don't know how to do a job. Quick service and I recommend trying their breakfast!!!! I got the sausage egg croissant meal and it was amazing!!! Soft and light with a good kick of spice. And the potato wedges are something you won't find at any other drive thru breakfast. Really really good!!!! read more

Total disappointment, I ordered 2 Caesar Salad and they only put lettuce and cheese, Cobb Salad and nothing else they put egg, and I even asked for double bacon and paid for it and they didn't give it to me. They gave me everything in well-sealed bags, they also gave me They wanted to give me 2 drinks when I asked for 4, the girl at the window looked upset, there were people behind me and that's why I didn't check my order at the window, in that sense it was my mistake, but the truth is that it went too far to give me this bad service. Haha, to give me just lettuce, I would have been better off going to the store and buying one for 3 dls and it would have been better. read more

Food is typical Wendy's food, no better, no worse, but the service, especially at the window, is as bad as I've experienced. No professionalism, no personality, and a poor representation of customer service. Wrong drink handed out, and snatched back when I corrected her, wrong food bag handed out, deadpan look, snatched back in, no concern, no comment, no apology, nothing. So the food is fine. It's that great Wendy's burgers that are always amazing. It's the locations staff that I have issues with. I just moved to Hendersonville maybe six months ago. Fiancée and I eat there at least once a week. Though this last time is our last. Every time we have gone they have left something out of our order or have just gotten it flat out wrong. Everything from asking me "when you say spicy chicken sandwich...what do you mean?" To literally leaving out burgers and other things. Again, the food there is that good quality Wendy's standard juicy delicious burgers and chicken. Just tired of having to make so many trips and fight to get what I've ordered and paid for. read more

Went there with my grandchild. Drive thru was slow so we went inside to see if we could speed things up. Waited 15 minutes in line without having our order placed. Left for another option. Seems a lot of confusion behind the counter. Hope things get better soon. read more

Unfortunately, I have to leave a one star minimum. This review is from January 2018. We ordered multiple burgers, two had bites taken out of them from the kitchen and our two plain burgers had every ingredient in the kitchen on them. This is how we opened the burgers at home in the pictures. These are two different burgers. I informed the manager and told her I wanted the regional manager number. She told me to call the 800 number and I said fine, it's either that or Facebook. She took my number and had a general manager call me. I told her and sent the pics, she then informed me someone from corporate world be in touch. Well, corporate called and tried to convince me they were not bites.... Well, I wasn't biting on that excuse. Then she said their insurance would contact me. He called one time, I attempted to return his call no less than 20 times with no response and never an answered phone.... Wendy's is claiming touch free service in drive thru. I went thru drove thru yesterday and the cashier, after touching the card or cash from prior customers put my receipt in my bag. I asked her why she did that and she said "what huh". Fast food managers ATTENTION! Putting receipts in bags after cashier has touched who knows how many other cards and cash transactions prior to mine. Needless to say when she acted stupid I just do e away and threw my $13 meal away. read more

My experience today at Wendy's was not typical, thankfully. I ordered through the drive thru around 11:00 a.m. and got two 4 for $4 meals plus today's supposed FREE Friday nugs (nuggets). The French fries were stale and cold, and I was charged for the Free nugs!! When I got home, I called Wendy's to tell them and was told to bring in my receipt for a refund for the nugs, but it had to be TODAY! I have eaten at this Wendy's in the past but have never had such a bad experience as this. Could it be because of all the changes as a result of COVID19? I certainly hope this kind of thing doesn't happen again. read more

Boy, let me tell you about the Wendy's hamburger I had last weekend. It had been a long week, and I was excited to get some munchies for my big boy tum-tum. I ordered a Dave's Hot and Juicy double with fries and a large drink. I sat down and tucked my napkin into the collar of my shirt, ready to dig in. I picked up the sandwich with BOTH hands, and brought it towards my mouth. I opened wide, and sank my teeth into the burger, first through the top and bottom buns. My teeth finally made it through, and the fabulous combination of textures and flavors met my taste buds. I immediately lost feeling in my entire body. Then, one by one, I lost all of my senses. Vision was first. Every surface of the Wendy's began to fill with complicated patterns, and it began to seem as if I was looking through a kaleidoscope. Darkness inched from the corners of my vision until everything was black. Next was my hearing. (Note that I first lost the ability to feel, and throughout this entire episode I felt as if I was floating through space.) The voices of the customers around me began to shift in speed and pitch. They were no longer speaking a language I could understand. The volume began to fade, then ceased altogether. I at once understood what I was feeling. I was in the womb, and I had not yet experienced life. I was floating in pure nirvana, contempt with my ignorance of life's wonders. Oddly enough, the smell of the burger still lingered, even though I did not have a nose to smell it with. I experienced what seemed like months of pure blissful nothingness, when suddenly I felt that I did not belong. Everything seemed to be in a state of unrest, and I felt that something big was about to happen. My limited understanding of myself and the world around me would soon be shattered and assaulted with new senses and feelings. It began. I started to feel. I discovered that I was not floating, and that the walls of this purgatory began to squeeze against the body that I had just become aware of. I started to hear. Strange, primal sounds of pain and agony began to flood my ears. And with the brightness of a thousand suns, I saw the light. I was falling. So scared, so confused I was. I wanted to go back to my peaceful womb, free from the senses that were currently assaulting me. My small body struck the ground. I took a moment to gather my wit, then stood firmly on my four hooves and peered up at my mother cow who had just birthed me. I felt an immediate connection to her. I felt her motherly love. We frolicked through gorgeous meadows and chewed on delicious grass. I had no reason to be scared of the world, how silly I was! The world was simple and magical, and there was no part of it that seemed intimidating to me. I soon discovered another one of life's secrets, and it was the fact that I was not a baby calf, and that I was still an adult man, prancing on all fours naked around a Wendy's on a Saturday evening. The manager of the restaurant was crying hysterically, begging me to leave. Overall, I would give Wendy's five stars. Wendy's. Thank you for ruining my New Years. I came in last night around 8 o'clock and I was vomiting at about 9:30. I continued to spew throughout the night ruining most of my time especially with a female friend of mine. By the nights end I had thrown up so many times that all food left my system and I have since thrown up water 6 times. And now I just spewed slim chickens which is far superior to your POS restaurant. I used to love you and eat once a week but now? Hell no. Never again will I eat Wendy's. elderly parent when thru drive thru at 1:11 pm. ordered 2 combo meals. arrives at window and the girl hands her a bag with just 2 burgers in it. when she told her she ordered combos, miss smarty pants in her 40's standing behind the cashier said "well if she wasn't talking so loud we would have heard her". well miss smarty pants you should know better and have some manners since you a not a kid. what is wrong with people? she also brought the food out to the car and said her name was "luck" "in case you want to know". is she really threatening the customers? i hope they fire her. maybe she needs a job that does not require manners and honestly, not open her mouth. maybe her "luck" has run out. read more
