I have never had such terrible customer service. We handed the MANAGER a $20 bill and she hands us HALF OF 10 BILL. When we asked her if we could get another $10 or $5 or $1's she said she didn't have any. We asked her if we could have our money back and we would use our debit card and she refused to give us our money back. She kept saying "that is a $10"... no, that's half of a $10. Her poor staff was trying to help but she told them not to help us. Amazingly two $5's appeared in her drawer out of no where. She wouldn't give us a number or her name. The girl, NUBIA, working the window at 11:40pm July 28, 2024 was INSANELY rude. She dropped my drink in my hand before i had a firm grasp on it. When i asked to clarify a price cuz she input the wrong sandwich and sky rocketed my total she was insanely rude. Worst service I've ever received from a food chain in the area. The worst. People this place is a absolute mess the workers are the rejects of other fast food companies, pretty sure they hire people off the street. A family member recently ordered 2 frostys and received chili . You can't make this stuff up. I am disgusted with the service I received from the worker with a star tattoo behind her left ear. I believe I heard a co worker call her Maria. I made an order on uber eats for pick up and went through the drive thru. The person on the speaker told me to pull forward. When I got to the window Maria said "you need to come inside. The order is inside. Come get it." She refused to give me my order. I go inside and my order isn't even ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Ok so this place is a fast food restaurant but if you buy a meal is almost 8-10 $ so how can they give ugly old food, they can just say; we do not have it and that's it, I'm not a person who likes to complain but today they gave my husband the oldest baked potatoe they had, he was like: it's ok!! And i told him no they have to have something better so I return to the register and ask if they had a better one so she takes the potatoe back and brings what I think was the same one with more chives and more bacon on top (seriously) I'm sure the manager was aware of his potatoe problem and he just decided not to make any action. My husband ate it because he really was craving baked popates.
