I was in town to run the Sand Hollow Marathon and was staying at a nearby motel. I decided to get a cheap meal here for dinner to cut down on trip costs. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I placed my order on their mobile app and went inside to wait for my order. It was for a Dave's Double and a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe. It was a tad slow for a small order to be ready, but I did see a long line of cars for the drive-thru lane on my way in, so I expected there to be a wait. My potato was medium'ish with a side caved in and not warmed sufficiently to melt the cheese or at least it had congealed. Gack! Kids loved the "cool" soda machine where they could pick their own flavors! By the time we finished filling 4 drink cups, our food was out! I thanked the cashier and told them to have a wonderful day, they smiled and wished me the same. Food was as expected for a Wendy's, which is what you hope for in a chain restaurant. Always busy at the drive up due to Covid 19. Sometimes they do a great job moving the Que in a timely manner. Other times it seems like pulling hairs. Again most of the times they get your order right. As with other reviews cold, nasty food is put in some of our orders! Really??? Why???? At this location we double check order for correctness and freshness. Shouldn't even have to. Many times they have an all high school work force that seems to not care what's being served. My boyfriend and I came here after a days worth of hiking. We're visiting the area for Zion and wanted something quick. Despite the low rating of this location, we gave it a shot. Not going to bash this location for our $32 meal because that's the corporation, not the individual location picking the price on items/meals. I've ordered through the drive through several times at this location. Each time Ive had to park and go inside for some problem. This last time I asked for my receipt, which seemed to be a difficult request for some reason. The employee finally handed me a receipt and I pulled away from the window. It ended up being someone else's receipt . I parked and went inside to get my correct receipt but the employees were clueless and unprofessional. We just had a #1 and #6. They were both old fries were shriveled and cold. My Spicy Chicken San was 1 small piece of romaine with piece of tomato, a splash of mayo and was tepid to say the least. My husband's burger was also tepid to say the least. The cheese was still very firm and his veggies were better than mine. We paid $17.30 for this lunch which was a waste of $$'s. All over their window it says come in an order. Doors were locked til 10:05, employees watched us walk back and forth before opening the door. When we ordered some chili the girl had to go ask a guy if chili was "ready" then came back after them going back and forth arguing, saying it won't be ready. I wish I could give negative stars. We showed up and figured we would order lunch since it was 10:25. We waited and waited and had several workers walk by without greeting or asking us what we wanted. When they finally came up to the counter, it was 10:29, and were told we couldn't order lunch and had to order breakfast since it was before 10:30. So, we ordered breakfast. 10 minutes pass and we haven't seen the order so we go up and ask. They cleared the order on the screen, so they weren't working on anything and rather than asking us, they just ignored the fact that we didn't get our meal. Then, they told us they only had enough breakfast stuff to make 2 sandwiches and we ordered 4... So, we switched it to lunch sandwiches. Another 15 minutes pass before we finally get our food, where they were missing a sandwich, some fries and some French toast sticks we ordered. When we asked for syrup and sauces, it was all rude responses and reactions from the workers even though we had asked for them politely when we ordered. The place was not very clean and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. We ended up waiting 30 minutes to get our full order and the sandwiches looked like they just threw them together without even trying to make sure stuff wasn't everywhere when we opened the foil. If you read this, never go to this Wendy's. It needs to be shut down. read more

Service: - The cashier was really kind and patient with me, as I took forever to scan over the menu. Food: - The fries were amazing. They were piping hot and fresh, with the perfect amount of salt. This was probably my favorite part of the meal. - The chicken nuggets were just okay, nothing to rave about, but I wasn't expecting much ordering it. - The Frosty was incredible, as always. This Wendy's is one of the few fast food restaurants in town where I've had little or no problem over the last 1.5 years, till now. I even tipped every team member working on the 4th of July night here. But this time my 3 orders were a disaster. Double burger on wrong burger. Wrong condiments. Fries over salted. Getting the order all wrong I can get over but the quality was just horrible. I could only see one staff member, so I'm assuming on this Saturday night they were running on a skeleton crew. Okay. Blew it off a couple days. So today I pulled out those Boo Bucks I PURCHASED last October for Frostees. They expire? Looks like they are good for 2 months and then worthless. That just reaks of a marketing scam. With the travel and waiting in line, I can make burgers, fries, chili and milkshakes in the same or less time. Think I'm done here. Sometimes they have no salt on them and other times they are over salted! We always have to check that they got all of our food in the bag because a lot of times they forget a burger.
