The drink menu was good too with lots of different draft beers and cocktails. We had the crispy Brussel sprouts -so good! The beer battered shrimp tacos on corn tortilla was really good and came with chips. Do try the "dirty soda"--vanilla root beer, coconut cream and lime. Loved it. Additionally, the staff never checked on us during our meal to see if everything was good or to refill our water. I'm torn between a 3-star and a 4-star review because service means everything, especially in this day and age where everything is outrageously expensive.

I had zero expectations walking in but I was impressed by what I found at Canyon Market. If you're staying in the area camping or in an airbnb where you can cook, this market has a nice array of groceries like produce, frozen goods, dairy, snacks and more. If you're in a hotel room or just need some provisions for a day hike in the park they also have premade options like grab and go sandwiches, power bars, water, and a good selection of beer for imbibing if you so choose. Like most shops in the area there's also a variety of camping supplies as well as tourist friendly items like t-shirts, hats, socks, etc. Basically they have a little bit of everything you may need while visiting Springdale!
