After reading all of the reviews in its entirety, I strongly believe that the 5 starts are based upon their signature dishes. I really need to start with the customer service, it was trademark level, the gentleman taking my order, exceeded all of my expectations and delivered exceptional customer service and engagement. 5/5 and I would love to stop here, but I have to proceed with the entire visit. Walking in, the atmosphere seems pretty neat, offering countertop dining by standing and I discovered a very small cozy dining set-up on the Merrick Ave side entrance. So I'm led to believe that the cakes are one or two things. 1. Left in the cooler and not disposed when they are older than shelf life, or 2. Ordered from another facility as is, (old). I do need to mention the serious concerns for improvement, like when you are making the food and you leave it out on the counter waiting to add topping etc ... Make sure you don't have flies flying around landing on the food. I saw a fly do a touch and go like it was performing for an air show. See video! I won't be back to get there significant dishes or the burger as one Yelper advise. One star rounded up to two because of customer service but the other things mentioned kept it a low star review. My usual go to dish is Chicken w/ Rice and Salad but their fries, onion rings and burgers are decent too. They even have desserts like cakes and apple pies so you got a good selection of what you want to eat from here. Service is also very easy going too so you won't have any issue with making an order, at least on my end it was no problem. The place does get a 4 because their Chicken is a bit on the greasy side, especially the thighs but the chicken itself tastes good so it's easy to over look that.
