Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Cheese Fries.
    Cindy Z.

Sadly if you're flying out of Terminal 7, there aren't many food options here. I didn't think a burger could go wrong, right? Nope, it was a very sad burger. There's a kiosk to order your food. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($9.99) and Cheese Fries ($6.49). Even though you get unlimited toppings and sauces, they're very skimpy and basic. The burger was smaller than a McChicken, so don't expect much. In addition, the additional cheese fries is just a side of cheese sauce for an extra $1.50 more, so totally not worth it. If you're going to be at Terminal 7, make sure you eat beforehand. Nothing else looked that appealing here either.

Congratulations for being the worst airport food I've ever purchased. Totally inedible. My chicken was so hard, I didn't think it got cooked all the way but my guess is they make a ton of these chicken Pattie's and probably crowd the fryer so they don't even cook all the way. It was so hard I could barely bite through it. Menu reads "unlimited toppings and sauces" yet my husband asked for bbq sauce which they have in 2oz cups and she just walked away and then mumbled no that's extra???? What. Do not eat here!!!!!! $30 wasted

All around terrible. The lady wouldn't give me a cup of ice without charging me $1.20. She was insanely rude. Then, I get my food and everything but the patty is hot. The cheese was slapped on there right out of the fridge. The buns must've come straight out of the bag. Don't come here.

$3 for a very small diet pepsi. Ripoff!

The customer is expected to place their own order at a kiosk. The service after that is not good. They failed to give me my drink so I had to request it and then I was shocked at how small it was for $3. The fries were cold so I had to return them to ask for fresh ones. I ordered no tomato and was given a tomato on my burger. I returned the meal for a refund and went elsewhere. Anywhere else should be selected

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered food here. They have a nice automated system where you order food on the tablet but the waiting time for the food is pretty random and customers were getting upset that their numbers have not been called. I didn't have to wait too long because I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with onions, lettuce, tomato and mushrooms but I was so disappointed when I got my sandwich. The burger was cold. The buns itself felt like they were taken straight out of the fridge and slapped on the sandwich. Even the mushroom and onions were cold. The chicken was warm but had little meat in it. I ended up throwing out the whole meal. Don't waste your money and time here!

In JFK airport terminal 7 near gate 3, this one draws lots or customers around 10 pm. The burgers are looking great, and they got fries and cheese fries. They do have an impossible burger, too. We ordered fries and cheese fries. The lines are long and took 15 minutes to place the order. But the food was given fast. The fries tasted okay. The cheese sauce was given on the side for the fries.

Food was fine for a takeaway at an airport, tasted good to me. Service was friendly and fast. My only complaint is I paid $4 extra for bacon and it wasn't on the sandwich :/

The photo of the chicken sandwich has cole slaw, but the establishment does not serve cole slaw. To be clear - it's not that they are out of cole slaw: They never served it. When I asked about it, the gentleman told me "Thats just an exhibit! Take it up with the management!"

For a small terminal with limited dining options, this place is actually not that bad. Single patty burger is decent size. Combo comes with fries and drinks, I think. Order takes few minutes get ready, even though there's no rush. I liked the bread, patty and cheese, but toppings are disappointing. Grilled onion was cold in mine. It's also super expensive, but so are all nearby places.

The only decent food spot in terminal 7. The burgers were ok, the fries had no salt, etc. Will remember to have food before coming here.

Absolute worst burger I've ever had in my life and that's saying a lot. Skip this disaster and get a ham sandwich from a vending machine.

Since we were dining in, they gave us a table number and we placed it in the holder so staff know where to bring the food. Our order didn't take very long to arrive to our table, just about 10 minutes. After finishing your meal, you bus your own table. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well. I really liked the inside decor and the laid back vibes. Black Label Burgers is great for a quick lunch, a night out with friends, or a family dinner. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy, always a good sign. I liked the local (Long Island) themed decor, friendly service, spacious parking lot, wide variety of self-serve beverages (tangy lemonade - yay!) and nicely padded booths. Definitely a cut above competitors like Shake Shack in that regard. I chose the signature black label burger made with dry aged beef and regular fries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item? I plan to try other menu items in the future to see if they hit my taste buds differently.

The space inside is pretty simple and minimalistic -- clean, modern, nothing overly fancy. It feels like the kind of place you pop into when you're craving a good burger without making a whole production out of dinner. They focus on smash burgers, so you get those crispy edges with a juicy center, which is always a win. Everything is 100% halal, which I appreciate, and the menu has a few fun options like the Jalapeño Thrill, Garlic Mushroom smash, and even a Morning Flare burger with a fried egg and beef bacon. There are chicken and veggie options too if that's more your speed. I kept it simple and ordered a burger with fries, and it really hit the spot.
