When I walked into the restaurant, I went directly to the restroom. In the restroom, there was water pooled in several places on the floor. Then I went to the counter to order my meal. Three of the four menu screens were not working. So I ordered each of my items individually as I was not aware of any combo/meal deals. The young lady behind the counter handed me my cup for the soda machine. I went to fill my cup and the machine was out of my flavor of soda. So I moved to the other soda machine. It was disgustingly dirty. It looked as if someone had smeared feces on it. When they called my name to get my food, I picked it up at the counter and went to get some napkins. There was none in the dispenser, so I asked the cashier for napkins. She had to get me paper towels out of the towel dispenser above the employee's sink in the kitchen as they were out of napkins. If I could give 0 stars I would. Out of half drink products, out of half the food products. Finally found enough products that were in stock and find out it's EXACT cash or card only. I've come to this establishment multiple times and continue to because it's one of my favorite places to eat. Nonetheless, the service is horrible. There are multiple workers that seem to come and go. Customer service is unpredictable, you're either going to get a rude worker or a semi nice worker when ordering. The wait time is ridiculous. Both drive thru and walk in lines are extremely long. The place is dirty inside and out. The condiments are either scattered around the counter unorganized or there is none at all. My shoes stick to the floor when I walk. Overall, if you aren't in any sort of rush and want to wait for your food l, it's the perfect place for you. read more

if I could do less than a star I would. combine their BS with door dash and you have a stellar experience for getting screwed good and hard. Ordered food for door dash (exposed to COVID) and unable to leave. Meal came missing a whole combo meal. Tried to call the store and some idiot couldn't even put a recognizable sentence together but finally got out that it was the door dash driver that smuggled the sandwich out of the SEALED bag and was somehow able to make it appear that the stickers that sealed it were unbroken and never moved. Heck if that guy is that good, why is he doing door dash and not co-hosting with Chris Angel on the Vegas strip??! I went through the drive thru last nights and ordered 4 Dave's Singles, chilli fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich, but when I got home we only have 3 Dave's singles and a spicy chicken sandwich. I went back up to the store, without a receipt (because they didn't give me one or ask me for one, and instead of admitting that they messed up, worse happened. I was screamed at, called a bitch, and told I was wrong because she made them, not thinking thy maybe someone put the sandwich in the wrong bag. NEVER Again will I be disrespected at a fast food restaurant. We got there and they had a paper sign saying cash only, then an employee came out and said their speaker wasn't working so we had to order at the window. Not exactly the best start. I have only continue coming here because the food is actually somewhat decent and you do get some nice people but these past few weeks have been absolutely ridiculous with the wait time. I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes! That was only because I had already paid and didn't wanna be rude and ask for a refund once I had gotten my drinks. Within that time I saw over four people leave. I wanted to leave myself because of the ridiculously slow service but had already paid like I said. The place just feels dirty. The floors have a coat of grease on them. This restaurant is in serious need of a remodel. My son ordered the chicken nuggets kids meal and I asked for bbq sauce. When we got it there was no bbq sauce so we waited at the counter as all the workers ignored us and stood with their backs to us. I finally got one of them to get us the sauce. While standing there I saw the frosty machine leaking everywhere, all over the floor. I don't know why they feel the need to put up a barricade so people can't see the sandwiches being made. Makes me wonder and question what is being done to our food. Finally got to our seats after the ice machine was not producing any ice. But into a junior burger and it was raw/pink inside. The problem here is the drive thru has been needing to be re-paved for at least a couple years. It has a hump right at the speaker where you order and its really hard to see the menu because of the hump you drive over and the speaker being in the way in the first place. Then depending on who is working in the drive thru they only take one order at a time and process the vehicle thru. That is not good customer service but I assume it shows their drive thru time is fast but multiple people drive off and don't order at all because of this. I think this particular Wendy's needs a surprise visit from corporate because I really can't believe that what goes on here is by the book. read more

The reasons I continually visit: The food is excellent. The value for products like the 4x4 is beyond reproach. The Coca-Cola freestyle machine is an exceptional product. However, service is exceptionally slow for eat-in customers. The focus appears to be on the drive-thru. Another issue, the staff is always changing and inexperienced( the perpetual difficulty with entry level establishments). They do not have the knowledge or supervision to ensure that they manage time effectively. Consequently, the tables and condiment area is always a mess. The floors are also poorly maintained. I earned a Yelp badge as a "Maverick" today...I guess that is because I have to come to such a poorly reviewed establishment so many times. I can honestly say folks appear to try but there has been no visible appearance from any supervisors in any of my visits. I recommend that Wendy's management send an assist team to help improve site. I also recommend that they look to build team, define roles, improve efficiency, and focus on overall customer satisfaction. The best area fast food establishment that has this customer focused ethos is the Freddy's. The best in region is the Manhattan Chick-Fil-A. The difference in eating at both these establishments are the subtle ways they engage and interact with customers to give them the best experience possible. read more

Denied service because I was not in a car! I work 2 doors down in a dental office with McDonald's in between. I chose Wendy's and walked over for lunch and the lobby was closed, no big deal it's nice out so I got in line with drive through and chatted with a worker smoking out back while waiting. My turn to place my order and no one would take order. The worker came out 2 times asking if i have been helped and I said no. Cars were behind me waiting. Another worker came out with food laden gloves, apron and hairnet telling me she was sorry they can't take my order because I'm not in a car, safety reasons, I could have a gun. I was told to go back and get my car to get service. This is not right. When I'm hauling cattle to sale barn I've parked and walked drive through because covid closed the lobby without issues. Your lobby is closed for covid or reno, I'm in scrubs and walk drive through, denied. I could have a gun. Wendy's may want to reconsider discriminatory policies. read more

I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato, a Caesar side salad, a frosty, and a drink. Cashier had to ask if they still had any potatoes, other employee said yes. My receipt printed out at 1:59pm. I tried the Freestyle drink machine and sat down. The cashier had already put my Frosty on the meal tray (I was eating in). I thought "I ordered a couple of value side items - this shouldn't take long". TWENTY MINUTES LATER I finally get my order. Then I had to go back to the cashier to ask for the sour cream and salad dressing that she had forgot. Mind you it's not that busy in here for an afternoon. If I knew the baked potato was going to take that long, I prob would've ordered something else, but they didn't warn me. It's a good thing I had time but man, what if I was in a rush? What if i had been at the drive-thru? This is only the 2nd time I've been here. Hm... I love the value in the prices, but customer service seems a little lacking. Took forever to get our order in the dining room. There was one girl working at the front counter and about 6 or 7 people in the back. The line was long as it was dinner time and the poor girl was taking orders and making trays all by herself. I regret to say that this specific Wendy's has made little to no improvement. The average drive-thru time still exceeds 10 minutes. The average lobby time is slightly longer. The quality of their burgers is unchanged but I have a feeling that management is informing their employees to let the fryer oil remain longer given the fact that many times their fries are dark brown and hard. I think it's time to contact either the franchise owner or corporate offices to get better management in place. read more
