Epic fail. Ordered crispy nuggets with honey mustard & a large chili. $8.60. I had the cashier a $10 bill, 2x quarters and a dime. They hand me my order and another gal hands me bbq. I said I asked for honey mustard. She said "oh, it says bbq." Meanwhile they have to get someone to open the register to make change. Cashier goes to hand me a $1 bill & a bunch of change. I say "I gave you $10.60." She begins to argue that I gave her $10.55. I just relent & hand her another dime (I only have quarters & dimes.). Again, they have to get someone to open the register to make changes. The man then hands me $2 and a nickel, and apologizes. I say again, I have her a $10, 2x quarters and a dime. Went in for lunch on a holiday and as always the flavors were great! Out of many choices, we always end up at this Wendy's! Prices are reasonable. Service is polite and quick! Our meal was brought to our table! The inside is clean although the fireplace was not on, there is plenty of comfortable seating for any combination of customers. Made me pay for ranch! I ordered a ton of food and said while ordering I wanted ranch but after I paid and asked for it he said that'd be $.50 per ranch! So tacky! And I had already asked for it and they never told me that. Then they made me park to wait for my food even though there was no one behind me just to fake the timing and make it look better than they are. And they put bacon on my sandwich when I asked for none but the worst is definitely the ranch charge and no other Wendy's I have ever been to has done that especially when I already was ordering food, maybe if someone just walked in without ordering asking for free ranch but for a customer it is just a sauce on the side, I got a ranch chicken sandwich and it came with almost no ranch so I definitely needed extra just to make it a normal ranch sandwich. read more

Food is always great, never gotten a bad burger or bad batch of fries. The only problem is that service is hit or miss. Some days you're served by fantastic people who are alert and maintain a good attitude. Usually high schoolers. Other days, the adult staff seems high as hell, barely able to speak a sentence or understand what you're saying. Once I ordered a burger and fries and she handed me the bag, then asked if I got my straw. THEN asked if I got my fries. After I said I didn't order a drink and yes, I got my fries, she just stood there dazed for 30 seconds before her coworker said have a nice day. So odd. read more

I am a Veteran, disabled, retired after 28-years military, and a Pentagon 9/11 Survivor. I stopped by the Wendy's in Key Largo FL on Sat, 21 Oct 23, and ordered a meal in the drive-thru. When I paid, I asked the (looked like the) manager at the window, if I could get a cup of water for my service dog. He refused. We spoke back and forth, but he just didn't want to be accommodating. It would have taken him 10 steps to go to his water fountain to fill a cup of water for me! Next, as he was handing me my order (I had already paid for it), I refused to accept it and drove away. I went next door to BURGER KING, did NOT order anything, and the nice lady at the window, happily and smiling, provided me a full cup of water for my dog !!! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ANOTHER WENDY'S. I am active with the Boy Scouts, my religious center, son's school, homeowner's association, and veterans organizations (VFW and American Legion). How are we in the future and yet Wendy's is still so incessant on staying in the past? Two words: Apple Pay. It astounds me how they still don't accept it. We stopped at this Wendy's going to and returning from Key West. We ate inside, didn't use the drive-through. The manager was pleasant, and even remembered us from our previous visit. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Im not one to ever even write reviews- but I wanted to take the time out of my day for this one. Unfortunately, this is the only Wendy's by my house, and they have not ONCE ever gotten my order correct. They forget to put half my order in the bag every time. Not once have they ever put my chicken nuggets in my bag, this time they left out my cheese fries. This has happened to me so many times I'm convinced they're just eating the nuggets themselves. I wouldn't waste my time here, the service was terrible. We ordered 4 nugget/tender meals and received two sauces (not even 4) although we asked for extras ahead of time upon ordering. The cashier was so rude, and handed me one sauce cup after I asked for extra a second time and told her I was willing to pay because I had already stated I would need more. They also forgot to give us our chili cheese fries, which I ended up going inside for. Literally would have felt better if the cashier was apologetic because they felt busy and overwhelmed but the girl had no remorse. i Wanted to take the time to write about Angel at the wendys on oversea rd. We are here from sarasota. We wanted Wendy's so bad and when we got into the busy drivethru they told us there was no chicken left, (only chicken nuggets) pregnant and craving Wendy's chicken salad, I was so upset! Not only did angel and the manager take some money off my entire total ( ordered 6 meals) they also took the time to actually cut up chicken nuggets and put on my salad. That IS customer service. I didn't mind paying the entire bill. Angel was sincerely apologetic, and so kind. Then to go the extra mile to be sure I had chicken on my salad! That is great customer service, and a great guy! Order a value meal and a lava cake. Had to wait 5 minutes to cook the chicken for the sandwich. Then we had to remind them to give us the curly fries. And had to wait another 5 minutes for the lava cake. They were all stoned, one guy had his pants so low I could see his camouflage underwear. Went through here yesterday. First it was the rudest lady at the driver through. Sorry to interrupt you, but I got hungry. We get to the window to discover she didn't even enter the order correct. I nicely told her a fry is not on my receipt and the cheeseburgers are entered wrong on the receipt. Annoyed she takes the bag back. Comes back a minute or later and gives us a bag. It was a drive through and at this point I wanted to get back on the road. Should of checked the bag before leaving I guess. Discovered all she did was give us the same wrong bag back. Seriously!
