**Drive Thru Review Only** We popped through the drive thru at this one for a quick grab-and-go style lunch. The little and husband were hungry and it was on the way to where we were going. The drive thru had a very small line and it moved quick. I had the double with cheese and a bottled water. Husband had a single meal and the little got a nugget meal with fries and a chocolate milk. Everything came out as ordered. There were no issues. You'll want to note that you'll need to tell them if you want condiments, they don't include any unless you ask for it. It's one of the newly remodeled stores so it looks really nice! Staff was quick. Overall: B Solid A OK experience, no complaints. read more

First time going to this Wendy's. I don't like the AI machine that greets you to get the order, I prefer to speak to a live person. The wait time in the drive thru was not too bad. Oh my god. The absolute worst service ever from a fast food restaurant. They threaten to call the cops after we complain about how we were in line for 30 minutes to get up to order. They said "well we only have two people work". Not my fault it's your manager's fault for being lazy. Everyone working tonight should be fired. Go to the Wendy's up the road that's in the Chevon. Couldn't take my order after I had gave it to the AI. They were also talking about my order as I got to the window and the cashier side, it's not on my screen to the other employees... Waited in line 20 minutes to be told at the window that they couldn't do anything and to go back around. They also stated that they could not give me their number nor the manager on duties name. They said "if you wanna have a problem, come back tomorrow and let them know... the manager on during the day will know who is here at night". This is a newer location as of 3/23. I had difficulty with the order kiosk and tr,ied to order at the counter but no one would wait on me.I switched kiosk to order and got my food after a 20 minute wait. They seem very busy but not putting food out quickly or correctly. I had to check my order and the person filling it wanted to argue about everything with me. I was supposed to get drinks and the had to find the receipt to see that I had four combos that come with drinks along with the rest of my order. One of the kids meals had fruit instead of fries and the baked potatoes had no butter or sour cream For faster service go through the drive thru. I am so happy to see a new Wendy's just down the street from us. This is the newest location in the area and it looks gorgeous. We decided a trip through the drive thru was in order to grab a snack. We were greeted quickly and the order tacker was extremely friendly and efficient. When we pulled around to the 1st window to pay, we were again greeted with a smile as the young man took our payment. When we pulled up to the 2nd window to get our order Justin was smiling and let us know that he had already put our receipt and ketchup in the bag and told us to have a great day! When we dug into the bag to sample our order, everything was hot, fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back for more visits! Happy dining! read more

We ordered one thing and were given another! I don't even know how to wrap my mind around this fiasco. We ordered a large, bacon jalapeño cheeseburger, but to say the least, that's not what we got in the slightest! To be completely honest, I don't even know where they got this order from - especially considering the rest of the order was correct! But we ordered a large, bacon jalapeño cheeseburger and we got a slab of meat, a single piece of lettuce, and some onion rings. Um... WHAT? And this was the receipt for the order they had put into the system. However, this isn't even close to what we ordered, to which I provided our own receipt. When we called, which was well over 15 times with a majority of those calls resulting in various employees hanging up on us. We got several different stories of how this happened, some of these stories included blaming the driver because they placed the order (who according to GrubHub doesn't place the orders), other stories said how GrubHub sent the order over incorrectly, etc. To say the least, we got several different stories, across several different employees. Not to mention the employees who said they weren't supervisors and then they were and... It was just a complete disaster. At one point they said they'd fix the order but we had to come get it. We ordered delivery because we have no way to go pick up food. So after an Uber there and back it would have been $20 for a replacement sandwich that was their f-up in the first place. They should have hired someone to deliver it or brought it to us theirselves. The mistake was theirs. There's zero reason why I should come out of pocket for a delivery that I had already paid for! As for the rest of the food? It wasn't any more impressive. All of the food tasted very old and dry. We'd never order here again. The customer service was atrocious and so was the food. read more

Not really sure whats happening at this place. I have been many times and it seems almost everyone that works here is full of attitide and they don't have time to be bothered by customers. The store is brand new and the nicest Wendys i have ever been to. The food is quite tasty. Just the attidues of the staff turn this great place into a poor experience. I stopped in for breakfast today and got the sausage egg croissant meal. The breafast potatoes were good and it was nice to see a non hasbrown option. We were out shopping and on our way to another store and I needed to stop and have lunch. Originally we were going to stop at a Burger King that we came across but the line at the drive-thru was completely stationary so I did not want to wait. We stumbled across this location for Wendy's and hit the drive-thru to get our lunch. It was fast and efficient to order. Employees were wearing masks and everyone was very courteous. I ordered a single cheeseburger from this location. I paid 4.60 for the burger. I was in line for a half an hour waiting, before I finally got my burger. The bag felt light so I pulled over in the parking lot to make sure I got the right item. They gave me a jr. cheeseburger. I got back in line to get what I ordered, the dining room is closed so I couldn't go in. When I finally got to the window they handed me ANOTHER jr. cheeseburger. A bunch of entitled teens who are rude as, it was bad enough that they got the order wrong but then when finding a piece of counter? About an inch in size in the loaded fries and Lazoro saying CHOKE ON IT that was the final F off! I only have left two reviews on two places so not that many places tick me off But I wish I could leave this place Zero stars but that's not an option so here I go with leaving it with one! I have two Wendy's close to me in the same radius and idk why I decided to go to this trash one but did. I sat in the drive thru for 35 min and get up to the speaker to order and they inform me they're only accepting cash at the drive thru but if I would like to come in and wait probably another 35 min inside that they'd gladly take my card. I told them I've already waited forever could I order at the drive thru and then just run in and pay and they proceeded to tell me no. Idk how hard it would've been to tape a sign that says cash only by the drive because I've def seen other fast food places do that but I guess that tells you how they run there business. First of all I was trying to use a coupon so I needed to order in person and not at the kiosk and they refused to take my order so I ended up not using the coupon . But the highest concern is that the person prepping the food was only wearing one glove . She was touching all of the cooked food (like assembling sandwiches ) with her bare hand . Door sign says the dining room closes at 11:00PM on Saturday, but this restaurant had its doors locked at 10:03PM. A customer that was already in the dining room opened the door for us. We ordered 10 chicken nuggets with fries and two drinks. After waiting for our name to appear on the screen as "ready" it suddenly disappeared from the screen altogether. My husband went to ask about our order and the girl at the counter had to go back in the register to verify our order. We finally got our order, but it took over 50 minutes. So much for "fast" food. The food was acceptable but the fires were sloppy and dead. The bathroom had 0% running water. It took 5 minutes for someone to take our order. It was FAR too cold. The trash was overpowering the can. The salt had yellow soda concentrate and it was EXTREMELY potent. The place was horrific. This is a pretty new location and the food and staff are usually on point. But lately, I'm not sure what's happening that the service and food has declined. My last experience was yesterday, even after requesting condiments such as ketchup and ranch when I got my bag they were missing, so I had to ask for them again. Once I got home, the chicken nuggets were burn and dry...either they had been sitting there or they had not change the frying oil all day. The burger patties also taste dry. I've experience freshly made burgers and hot fries from this location plenty of times, but again my last visits i could tell the food and service are not the same. We visited this newly opened Wendy's location. The premises was clean and tables wiped down and numerous. I ordered the cod sandwich which was awful. It was overcooked, chewy and I wondered if left over from the prior day. I couldn't finish the sandwich it was so unappetizing. I brought it back thinking I might be offered a newly made sandwich but I only received an acknowledgment of my unhappiness with the meal. I should have stuck with a burger. Tried to use the drive tru at about 12:20am the line was wrapped around the building which was understandable considering they're one of the few options open this late. So, I waited in line and noticed that it appeared they would only deal with one vehicle at a time. That is to say between the ordering speaker and the window no cars were stacked up. Once the car at the window left it appeared as though they would then take the next order and the next vehicle would pull around from the speaker. Noticing the slow rate of the line I decided I'll just wait it out. At about 1:00am I had only gotten halfway around the building and with about 8 cars still in front of me I gave up. I can't speak to what's going on inside but as a business having the drive tru process so slow is missing money. I don't know if it's a policy but both Wendy's near me seem to go to a one car/order at a time late at night. I don't know why this is and I hope it's not employees using the tactic to do as little work possible. read more
