I simply love the option to mobile order I can place my online order and drive up to the drive-thru, give them my name and I am on my way. The newest feature at the drive-thru is they are in the growing trend of having AI take your order. On my visit today I did have to pull up because I made a last minute drive-thru order on my app but it did not take long before I received my sandwich. I think it's really cute how they keep the trend of the square burger even with their breakfast sandwiches. Yes the croissants are square and even the egg patty looks square and actually it's not an egg patty it's an actual egg. I switched out the Swiss cheese sauce for a slice of American cheese on my bacon egg and cheese croissant and everything was tasty. If you're looking for a different breakfast stop then other fast food places give Wendy's a try you might be surprised. read more

Roberto was RUDE and he was a manager didn't want to give me his name and he snatched my food from me after I told him I was missing a nugget . I had to go inside and refund a 16 dollar order . And he has the audacity to give me the wrong refund and when I corrected him he threw the 5 dollars on the counter . His attitude was HORRIBLE , this could've easily been corrected but he was too busy trying to be NASTY and condescending . He didn't even offer to correct it . He sat there with his arms crossed . Let me start of by saying the service was quick and staff were very friendly. However, the food was disgusting. I went on a weekday right as they started serving lunch. I got a Dave's double cheeseburger, fries, and a crispy chicken sandwich. Fries were good. The vegetables on my sandwiches tasted like they were prepared 4 days prior. Something was also off about the mayo--a subtle spoiled flavor. To top it off, they didn't use the same type of lettuce other Wendy's use, which is typically a big leafy green. On my burger was finely chopped iceberg lettuce. Although I always prefer a singular large piece of lettuce on a burger, I generally wouldn't mind the shredded iceberg; that is, if it tasted fresh (it didn't). It really bummed me out because in my opinion the best part of a Wendy's burger are the fresh veggies contrasting with the beef and cheese. I picked up my food in the drivethru (which was recently updated to utilize AI technology for ordering), so I didn't get to experience the interior ambiance. I will add, too, the location of this Wendy's is kind of in a weird spot. It is hidden in the back of a shopping plaza parking lot. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Food was a 2/10. read more

Over 20 visits as a door dash driver, or a customer myself, and I have only had one error, and that was quickly corrected They missed an order of fries. Typical Orlando area fast food restaurant. Don't bother coming after 9 o'clock at night. They are consistently understaffed and the employees do not seem to care or even attempt any sort of hurry. All this despite an insane line at the drive-through. I waited over 45 minutes in line at the drive-through. When I got back to my hotel, items were missing and my order was incorrect. I tried to mobile order ahead of time, but kept getting an error message. I am guessing an employee simply turned it off because they did not want to be bothered. read more

Worst experience. Went in tonight, on a Monday. We went up to order and the guy says "you can't eat in here we are closing." It was 9:00 pm and they close at 10:00 pm. Don't bother with this late night drive thru. It is by far the worst I have ever seen!! Ten cars lined up at 11pm and no way to back up or get out of line. Last two experiences at this Wendy's dining in were bad also. I concur with the majority of poor reviews. In April we found a hard price of rubber spatula in our burger and have not returned since. This Wendy's was always a convenient location for us when we lived in Celebration and if you are hungry and want to wait to get out of Disney property it is convenient for that too which is what we do most of the time is go through the drive thru for the value menu chicken sandwich and frosty with fries. The location had a recent remodel and the inside is actually really nice. The people in the drive thru have recently gotten our order the last few visits so before you take off I would recommend you check your bag and make sure that they have not ruined the order because lately we would order a jr cheese burger with no tomato and it would have tomato no cheese and added bacon which is not even close since neither my hubby or I a big fan of bacon. Then you would order a chicken sandwich and would end up with a jr cheeseburger. So just check your bag! read more

This was probably one of the worst fast experiences that I have ever had. Many issues combined to meet this happen. First, the posted hours on the app and the big sign on the store say that the store closes at 2AM. When I arrived the doors were locked and people were forced to use the drive thru. Second, the drive thru line was impossibly slow. Like one car every 7 minutes slow. Lastly, when I got the food (burger) it was cold! There were almost no positive aspects of the entire experience. This Wendy's is a lot more efficient than the BK and McDonalds down the street; however, it still has some areas that need improvement. They recently renovated this location inside and out, so it looks a lot more appealing even though it is not easily seen from 192. Half of the staff are friendly and attentive, and the other seems to hate what they do. This kind of 50-50 staff has a direct impact on the quality of work along with the variability of the overall experience. There will be times where the service is quick and efficient, and there are other times where you're wait time exceeds more than 15 minutes, the orders come out all wrong and cold. I always give fast food employees the benefit of the doubt and see how they rectify the situation. All in all, the quality of the food is always great, but the quality of the service is unpredictable. read more
