Very simple order...cheeseburger combo with no tomato or onion plus no salt fries & kids nugget meal with ranch. I got a hamburger (NO cheese) including tomato, & heavily salted fries. And, no ranch included for nuggets. You have one job...smh. Not pleased. read more

I would rather give no stars but I'll just say this. I pulled up in drive through. A Hispanic lady with heavy sloppy makeup opens the window. Takes my money hands me two bags and says anything else? I asked for sour cream for what I thought was my baked potatoe. My husband goes through the bag and we are missing the potatoe. I look back at her and she rolls her eyes so hard at us. I wanted to ask her if she had something in her eye but I kept my cool. I asked her and she said well I didn't charge u for it. I said well I ordered it. She says well I heard you but I didn't put it on. Ummmmmm do you want me to charge u for one? I sat there like ummm you heard me but just didn't feel like ordering it for me? Lol I said ummmmm guess not. And left. She was so rude with her twitch of her eyes rolling to the back of her head. So extremely disrespectful and blatantly rude saying yeah I heard you but I didn't put it on! No sorry about that no my bad nothing!!!! There's plenty of names that I have for her but I'll say I will no be going back here. Should have took the reviews previously put on here as a red flag. Awful. Hope the manager fires her. read more

I just came back from this Wendy's and I was pretty disappointed. Usually in drive-thru's after you order the screen tells recalls what you ordered, however this one didn't. Another thing that I didn't like was that there was no receipt after I paid. Also, it wasn't until after I pulled away did I realize that they were missing 1-2 item from my order, my large fries as well as onion and cheese on the Chili...even though they asked if I wanted any. It wasn't necessarily a busy night, there were about 3-4 small groups in the place and about 4+ in the drive-thru. Looking at my spicy chicken sandwich, it looks pretty sad. It's smushed, one peice of wilted lettus and a sad little tomato I ended up just picking out. Unfortunately there aren't that many wendy's nearby here but after today, might not go back to this one. read more

So I just went through the drive-thru and asked for a chili with extra onions and cheese. She asked me if I wanted extra onions and extra cheese. I said, no, just extra onions and cheese, plus 2 frosties. When I drove up to the window and she gave me the cost, I asked her if she had included 2 frosties. She said, no, only one; so she had to amend the order/receipt. When I got home and removed the utensils (she gave me 3 spoons for my 3 items), but 2 of them were soiled!! YUK!!. I checked the bag to see if the chili had spilled, but nope; the bag is clean inside. So why did she give me used spoons? Oh well, I was home so I got my own spoon and sat down to eat. Now I open the chili and there's NO CHEESE. Seriously? And while I was waiting for my order, she spent the whole time running her mouth with someone else in Spanish about personal matters. And she didn't even give me a receipt so I can't prove what I ordered or the name of the moron that served me. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR WORK! IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S HARD!!! I am obsessed with Wendy's n this location is right next to my house so I go in regretting most visits. 8 out of 10 times I go in they mess up my order I get jr cheese burger only lettuce cheese n mayo bc that's how my mom always got it. They forget the cheese almost every time then this last visit on Saturday around noon I ordered a broccoli and cheese potato and burger as I waited for my order a huge cockroach ran right in front of my by the time I got my camera out it ran under the forks n napkin counter Also before I left I checked my burger knowing how often they mess it up and went home not thinking they would be able to mess up the potato I ended up with a bacon cheese potato that I couldn't eat considering I hate bacon. I've just about had it with this location I'm very upset then I now how to drive and extra 5 or 10 miles to a different location just bc this place can't get it right. read more

I've never had a bad experience at a Wendy's, and I've been to several. Their chicken nuggets and fish sandwich are great for the price and that it's fast food. But last night the service was below zero and not even one star, thanks to the staff at La Habra. No greeting, no thank you, just took the money, barked at someone in the back to get something for her highness, and I couldn't wait to leave the window. I didn't get her name, and there was no name on the receipt, but whoever worked Monday night, March 23 at the drive-thru, STAY AWAY from this place! read more

I decided to go to Wendy's on 10/14 around 2:00 because the chick fil a line was too long to wait and I needed to back to work quickly. I actually wish I would have just waited in line for chick fil a. The two women working the window were so rude. The window opened and the lady just tells me my total. No smile, no hello how are you today? She takes my card and the next lady opens the window to hand me my drink and she was in such a hurry she didn't hear me ask may I have a bbq sauce. The other lady opens the window to hand me my card and was in such a hurry didn't hear me ask AGAIN! I sit there and wait for them to open the window and the lady says what I can I get you? I just want a bbq sauce for the 3rd time!! Next time take a moment to listen to your customer and actually show that you appreciate their business. You guys should take some lessons from chick fil a and their services! I will take my business there no matter the length of the line to be shown appreciation for giving my business! read more

We love La Habra Wendy's!!! It's always my family's first choice when it comes to fast food. The last time we were in, I left my purse on the back of a chair and didn't realize it till we got home. When I called, they said they had found it and one of the employees was even willing to bring it to my house after work. Thank you for the awesome customer service!! The large women in the blue shirt was extremely rude. Me and my lady were waiting for our food. I had gotten a baconator with baconator fries, she had gotten chicken nuggets, baconator fries, and a chicken sandwhich for later. We were handed the first bag and told they were waiting for the baconator fries. In the first bag was my ladies chicken nuggets and chicken sandwhich. Not a big deal, just figured theyd give me my baconator later. She gave us the bag with two baconator fries, but no baconator. I asked her where the baconator was and she said she gave it to us. I told her she didnt and showed her the bag. She said that she saw us looking at it (we were checking my ladys chicken sandwhich) with a lot of attitude. We told her no, and that she fogot to give it to us. She acted put out and exasperated, turning to the person in the back asking about the baconator. The lady gave her the baconator because they did in fact forget it. She then turned to us and, without an apology, gave us my baconator. Wouldnt even look at us or anything. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Look, I'm a very hard person to upset. I'm an understanding person; but this place is a literal dump. The trash cans are always full can't throw your food away. When you're waiting in line no one acknowledges you they just keep doing what they're doing until they're ready to take your order, no "I'll be with you in just a second" or anything. It's like this place hired all of the employees even Wal Mart wouldn't hire. They always get my order wrong, today I ordered a 4 for 4 and on the tray was only the burger. Like its not hard to read the screen I worked fast food before its not difficult. When I got my food the fries were dark and cold and my nuggets were barely cooked and cold in the middle they weren't even that golden color just pale. Sometimes they'll get your fries just right, I mean perfect, but they'll over salt them like there's no tomorrow. Like another review I just read, burn this place to the ground. read more
