Should of looked at the low ratings this location has here on Yelp before I stopped by, now I see why! First of all used drive thru which had no cars in front or behind .. the girl on speaker takes our order, after we give the order she says "hold on a minute" we do, one minute ... two minutes... 3 minutes... and 4 minutes later she comes back on speaker and say "ok what did you want again?" Really!! You already took our order, repeated it and then just left! Now you come back to take it again? Ok , so again we order, same stuff. Move up to the window and she immediately takes our money and hands us our food?? Strange that we just had to re-order again after a wait at speaker and pull up to find the food ready so quick! Asked her what was the hold up at speaker and how can food be ready that fast after second order? She said "huh?' Forget it I said! Look in bag to check that 2 burgers and 2 fries were in there, looked ok. Drinks seemed fine too so we drive off. When we get on the road we're about a mile away headed home and wanted a bit of the frosty which is always thick and frozen... not this time, it was all liquid chocolate, not frozen at all! Thought oh well I'll put it in freezer when we get home, so let's have some of this coke we also have... No carbonation flat as could be!! Two wasted drinks, by now we are nearly home so instead of going back I decided never to eat here again! Well drove to this Wendy's rather than going to the one in Norwalk the one in Norwalk is this bad service drive-through and going inside and the manager over there is very rude. So we came to this one over here went to the drive-thru we usually get avocado or Waka mole sauce on their burgers today they seem to say that they don't have any which they do have the avocado salad which makes no sense we also asked for extra onions which we did not get. This place is so frustrating. When you go here after 10pm you can almost be assured that the frosty machine is down. Only about 1/10 trips will I actually be able to get the frosty I want. If it's broken all the time why not get a new machine? read more

Come here maybe once a week, usually a problem or two here or there but got the absolute worst service will not be back. Register person could not take orders correctly nor give orders right. Gave customer before me my order and them refused to give me my baked potato that I ordered instead of fries. A real ditz. Manager seemed to tell her I didn't pay for it which I did tempted to call and dispute on ATM. Called main office will see if I get a call back. NEED TRAINING at this location hate to give up on their chili but cannot accept incompetence. Took 45 minutes for order. read more

Food was ok, the fries were hot but tasted kind of old, the guy taking our order sounded like he was bored out of his mind and hated life, he also wasn't very friendly. This place has the worst service. After waiting almost two minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker. I waited another 10 MINUTES in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. The manager needs to get their sh*t together. If I ran that place, I would fire everyone of them. These people want $15 per hour. They are not even worth $5 at the level of service they provide. My wife went through the drive thru this evening. When she got home our order was incomplete. She called wendy's back to inform them that we were missing some food items. She spoke with the manager, Alberto who told her to ask for him when she returned. I drive back with her and asked for Alberto. When he came up to us he stated that we did not order a Dr. Pepper. I had to let him know that we did not come back for a Dr. Pepper. There is no way I would have driven back for a drink. Once we told him what items were missing he bagged them up and handed it to me without an apology. I thought that was very rude of him not to apologize. After all it was their fault. Not only did we have to drive back to pick up our missing food, we also had a cold meal because of it. Hey Alberto you need to be retrained in customer service and perhaps you should have your employees check the orders to make sure they are complete before handing the bags over to customers. Dont assume that the customer will be checking their bags before they drive off. From this point on, I will drive the extra miles to the Wendy's in Brea. Besides, it is much cleaner. read more

This Wendy's never fails to give bad customer service. The employees never smile and are never polite. The food is a hit or miss they dump a load of mayo on burgers. Also they apparently don't have coffee in the mornings. If you go through drive thru in the morning to get breakfast they won't help you so don't waste your time because they'll have you sitting there like an idiot yelling hello ?!? There's a reason why this place has an AVERAGE of 2 stars...which is horrible even for a cheap fast food joint. First off, I had an unfriendly young cashier (no big deal). He didn't give me my receipt (and I didn't insist either so...partially my fault). I ordered 10 pieces of spicy nuggets along with a double burger with no cheese. When I get my order, I quickly look in the bag and the nuggets seem to be all there...but a bit short (but I didn't want to pull out all of the nuggets when I was taking it to go, plus it was behind a lot of other stuff). I just trusted that every adult knows how to count to 10. When I get home, there are only 8 pieces of nuggets. On top of that, my "double burger" is a single burger...with cheese. I was contemplating of just letting it go and eating, but I was just getting mad thinking about it...something so simple to do, and they couldn't fulfill my order. So, I called and asked to talk to the manager. He says, I need a receipt and to come back. I angrily told him that the cashier didn't give my receipt. He then tells me to just bring it all back. At this point, I would have just accepted an apology and maybe a complimentary something on my next visit. It's never a good thing to tell a to-go customer to bring come back after they're already home! When I get there...they see that I'm really annoyed and the cashier guy asks me "you got the value fries, right?". At this point, does it matter?? Just give me any size fries, why don't you? I was telling them that I don't like coming all the way back after I had already arrived at home and the manager offered me a partially frozen salad...which I declined. I don't want an old salad that they were ready to throw away anyways (it was 15 mins to closing). Anyways...horrible place and I will never go back...I'm sure of that. read more

For sure the worst experience I had at a fast food restaurant. Went through the drive thru, where I felt rushed to finish my order. Went to the second window where she gave me the dollar I got back WITH NO CHANGE, RECEIPT, OUR DRINKS AND NO OPTION OF SAUCES. We got back into Wendy's where they were running all over to finish other people's orders, took them around 10 minutes to get their attention, while the lady that took out order MADE EYE CONTACT WITH US AND KEPT GIVING OTHER PEOPLE THEIR DRINKS. We finally got our drinks and then we found out THERE WERE NO LIDS!!!! We go back to ask and the lady had a whole stack just handing them out to everyone. I ordered, 2 orders of chicken nuggets, they gave me one, i ordered fries and a jr bacon cheeseburger. They gave me literally one napkin, and on bbq sauce. I think Wendy's is a good one. The Chicken sandwiches r good. The ice creams r good. The fries r good. There is also a drive thru.

I generally dine at this location a couple of times a month. I've always eaten inside and never used the drive-through. Service is good and workers are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Food quality is good and the size of the entrees is enough to fill most appetites. One of my favorites is their Chili w/onions and a chocolate frosty for dessert. I don't know where they get their chile, but it's delicious. read more

The WORST SERVICE at a Wendy's I've ever been to. They apparently can't handle having many customers. There was a long drive thru line so I walked in, immediately I noticed that they were very confused & disorganized! They were getting orders mixed up & incorrectly filled. After waiting longer than the car I would've been behind in drive thru, I got my order, it was missing a couple of items I had ordered, after informing them they just grabbed my bag & put in the two items & gave it back, never apologizing, in fact the person seemed bothered. I tried Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad last Sunday: The salad is a crisp salad made from eleven types of freshly chopped field greens topped with plump blueberries, sweet California strawberries, almonds roasted with sea salt, shaved Asiago cheese, with warm grilled chicken breast. Was delicious, however, not to fond of shaved asiago Cheese. Without the Asiago Cheese, it is Perfect! Loved it. read more

The food is ok. It's the same at all Wendy's. The one area that could set one Wendy's from the rest would be service. Sad to say these Wendy's didn't have it. It was horrible.
