I haven't been to Wendy's in years so I decided to go and get a salad with no meat and a small fry my total came to $13 and then was told I had to pay extra for a dipping sauce. i asked 3 times before leaving, 2 times before paying, if the chicken in the salad was crispy or not and the person kept saying "yes there's chicken" with attitude so i asked again and he said "yes". i leave and go home to bring it to my sick mother in law and it is grilled chicken. so after my long work shift i had to drive back because i was just trying to treat her to something good. there was only one nice employee who made the employee who took, made and gave me my order, remake it. i was frustrated and just let them know that i would've ordered something different and that i was frustrated about it. no apology just here you go, i said thank you and then whispers of talking about me. i never go to wendy's for myself but now i won't even go for other people because as a fast food chain that just shouldn't be so common that the order is always wrong at this location. read more

I went there a couple days ago at night, and they told me to wait at the Window for my order and then they changed their mind and told me to go to the next window to get my food. They gave me my food, and I asked, don't I have to pay for it, and they said, you didn't pay for it,so I gave the person my credit card and then a couple days later in the same area, my credit card was used at another location without my permission. This is not a coincidence. I feel like someone took a picture of my credit card and used it this Friday night. I went through the drive thru this morning. I ordered an Egg and cheese crescent meal with American instead of the Swiss sauce and a black coffee. I also used my $2 off coupon on the app. I asked for a receipt and was told that the printer is broken. I said when will it be fixed, the man in the drive thru said he has no idea. I got singles burger and Spicey chicken from the Wendys on annapolis road lanham md. The Wendy's burger used to be the best burger it was thick moist tender and lots of flavor but now it was sooo so dry thin not like it used to be and the spicey chicken was very very dry and old and burnt. The fries used to be the best but now they are warm not crunchy and without any flavor. I had to throw the spicey chicken away with half of the singles burger. $14 for nothing . This WENDY'S is the indisputable HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD IN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; well at least that's what's provided to certain people... I brought my two younger children here for a quick bite to eat and man do I regret it! The overall quality of the food was decent, it was what was expected considering it was coming from a fast-food chain. It was the flatlined lack of customer service that really sucked. Placing my order with he young lady at the counter was like trying to communicate with a freaking Zombie. For everything I ordered, I received mumbled unintelligible grunts... However, the rascal in front of received impeccable service for his similar order as did the elderly gentlemen behind me with his grandchildren. The only difference that I could see was that they had dark complexions whereas I'm what they call in TRINIDAD a RED MAN! Although we were all eating in, the other gentlemen received their kids meals in the proper Kids Meal bag w/appropriate kids toys while my children's things were simply thrown on a dirty tray without a toy. Initially, I thought to myself they must have run out and simply forgot to mention it but then another customer came in with their child and once again received the proper Kid's Meal bag, food placed inside of it w/appropriate toy. Now I know that this is just a .25 cent toy that won't appreciate in value and to be honest will probably get lost between Wendy's and finally arriving home but "IT'S THE PRINCIPALITY" LOL. I felt like I was in a scene from Spike Lees 88' movie SCHOOL DAZE where there was a major rift between the light-skinned school population and the dark-skinned school population. It was ridiculous! Anyway, after voicing my concern and inquiring as to whether or not they would prorate my meals considering they were missing the advertised goods; they finally decided to give them to me... This establishment is Under construction we are forced to go through drive through. I was looking forward to this treat after a long week of 5 twelve hour shifts in the emergency room. My fiancé started off hello how aren't you, the employee responded how can I help you. Then upon my request to wait for fresh fries, he asked are the fries fresh the employee dismissed the question asked what else. My fiancé stated again are the fries fresh twice more before the employee responded with a tone "yes you get food and it's fresh right" in a sarcastic irritable tone. We could not back out and I wanted to speak to a manager to ensure this was not encouraged behavior. He was at the window my fiancé began to discuss the interaction the employee was disrespectful and dismissive still. Upon asking for the manager he exclaims "its a crazy nigger" the second gentleman came to the window defended his behavior and said "he answered you" that was not accurate, he did not condemn his employees calling us out our name. Y fiancé informed him this behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable; and demanded the employee apologize. The first employee returned disingenuously said "sorry, bye" and we left. Reiterating we maintained quite and polite tones, in the car, and wanted to educate and enlighten this behavior but we were met with insincerity. upon reaching out to corporate online (given late hour) I was not contacted. I'm thoroughly disappointed by this establishment and urge those not to financially support when there are other options in the area with phenomenal customer service! read more

The place has improved and the last time the burgers passed. The burgers tasted fine but still not warm enough. The fries were not hot but edible. If you want a hot burger and fries keep moving. But there was improvement from the last time. Look for the heavy set guy, he is the best of the lot. Good luck! read more

First offf compliments to the cook! My sandwich is always severed hot and fresh EVERY TIME I COME!!! That is the only reason I give this place 4 stars. Now... check your drinks before you leave and make sure they really soda and not carbonated water! French fries are always NASTY no matter where you go buttttttt I don't taste that old grease soooo they win in that category. Last but not least they good ole customer service... I went after work got to the drive thru sat for 30 minutes before the line even moved got to the speaker then Waited another 10-15 minutes before someone said anything and they where out of chili!! Are you kidding me I sat for 45 minutes for nothing I'm irritated. The rating is coming down at this location. The problem is they continually screw up my order. I'm not a very fussy person however I want french fries that are actually cooked and not cold and raw. If I ask for an old-fashioned lemonade that's what I want not a diet lemonade. I've gotten cold food even though I'm the only person in the line of the drive-thru. These things have happened more frequently over the past few weeks. I guess the moral of the story is to make sure everything is right before you leave the restaurant. read more

Only giving this place 1 star due to the fact they gave my daughter her 1st summer job. Even that process was needlessly difficult. The manager at this location is not doing a good job! There is no efficiency here AT ALL! I ordered a Frosty and it was not prepared correctly. It seems like it didn't spend enough time in the machine that makes Frosty's. Horrible, had to throw it away. They are also extremely sloooooooooooooow with service, both inside and in the drive thru . Just a bunch of folks not knowing how to move and prepare fast food fare in a timely fashion. Wendy's on Annapolis road in MD has fallen off. One of the first things is how often we order a double burger and and only get a single. Now they have regularly messed up my DoorDash order. My order today was wrong, left out the drink and fries. Also the simple cheeseburger I ordered the bread was stale and hard around the edges and the meat was also dried out around the edges because I had obviously sat out and I knew something was off because the paper it was in was cold. Water dripping from ceiling. Every single surface is dirty. Extremely long lines in the drive thru and inside basically all the time. Staff was not friendly at all and always has an attitude. Every time I've been here I wait forever for my food which is 9 times out of 10 wrong or missing something. There's more Wendy's in the area... just go to a different one. I'm pretty regular at this location, however I was very disappointed on my last trip so arrived in line before closing but has my order taken after closing hours. After placing my order I was not able to get any of what I wanted and was told that "we are doing you a favor" by taking my order, canceling one of my sandwiches, and swapping for the other without giving me the change.
