Ordered the Baconater burger. EIGHT dollar burger and it only had 1/2 piece of bacon on the whole burger. Are you kidding me!!! This is the second time we've been to this Wendy's and it just seems they are struggling with quality burgers. Last time the fries were 2/3rds full is all. With prices up- at least give us the same amount of food as Wendy's normal quality would have! Won't come again. read more

The night crew is a pleasure to deal with.. everyone is friendly and quick to fix an error if and when one is made. The foods pretty good, but the service is really slow. I don't know what their rules are regarding Covid but last time I was here the lobby was open. But this time I arrived the lobby was closed. The service was very slow and it was hard for me to be patient. Overall I would describe the experience as slightly annoying. I might reconsider coming here again, but I do enjoy the food. Today I ordered the Jalapeno popper sandwich and some chili to be delived to my office. It was very like the delivery drivers issue why I never got it. I called the store twice and whoever answered the phone (both times) was very uninterested in my lunch dilemma. I could not got get my food as I cannot leave my post. I talked with delivery company and they gave me refund thankfully as my lunch was near $20. Bur Wendys was not apologetic or even interested that I paid for an order I would be getting. Infact when the delivery company tried to order for me the store canceled my order! I will go to anither Wendy's before I ever patronize this establishment again. The store within the gas station 15 minutes does a better job than the one in Silicone Slopes. read more

35 mins in drive thru so far. Not the first time it's been this slow, even before COVID.

This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I don't know why I come back. The drive through takes a good 25 minutes just to get to the menu board, and that's with only 2 cars in front of you. When you finally get to order they ask you to wait for another few minutes, and then by the time you finally get to pay for your food it's another few minutes before you actually get it. Once you get your food you would think it's going to be fresh because of how long you had to wait for it, but nope it's barely warm. Every time they hand you a bottle of water to it's always sticky and has crap all over it. I have been to this location multiple times since it opened and every single time it has been the same! Do not come here, especially if you are in a hurry. read more

Avoid this location, at least at night. The drive thru employee was rude and couldn't get the order right. I repeated myself 3 times while ordering. I asked for a simple bacon double stack biggie bag and they did the wrong one. When asked about it before I paid, he was confrontational and I told him again 2 more times that the price was wrong and he should have charged me for the $7 not the $6. He was so flustered he was being rude to everyone. I just wanted what it ordered and to pay the right price. He told the 2 girl employees filling the order multiple times to stop talking and stuck his hands out at them. The girl in the window assisting him, looked shocked and was also paralyzed at doing anything with the order because of how the man was treating them all. I wasnt treated well, the food was wrong, and I paid for the higher one and got the $6 bag, and the fries were disgusting, cold, and limp. The man wouldn't let the other girl give me the bag. I waited for 5 minutes while he took other orders. She said sorry and she couldn't do anything about it. Don't know what's going on at that location. But I wouldn't work there in that toxic environment and will never go back. read more

We tried to do two separate orders and they put it all on one and were very demanding and sounded very irritable when we were trying to order. When we got to the window we asked for the receipt and they gave us a crumpled receipt that wasn't even ours, when we brought that up they dug through the trash to find the right receipt. They gave us our drinks without straws and we had to ask for ranch a few times before they gave it to us. It wasn't the best experience, they did not sound like any of them were in a good mood. We were trying to be as patient as possible but they were not listening to us when we were asking for everything we had ordered. read more

I find that Wendy's food is pretty much the same wherever you go. (The fries were super hot though so that's a plus) It's the customer service that changes the game, and the employees at this Wendy's seriously made my day. I went at 9 pm tonight, wanted a fish sandwich. They were personable and helpful despite the fish sandwich not even being available this time of year. I've never been through a drive thru where people actually smile and talk to you like an individual and these people did. Thank you, Saturday night crew, you're awesome! read more

They got some of our order wrong, which isn't great. But when I tried to go in to get the missing items, the lobby was closed already at 8:30 PM. There was one person cleaning tables in the lobby, who saw me, but didn't do anything. We ended up having to go back through the drivethru. Turns out they were out of the food we had ordered and only had 3 people working there. Odd that they had a person cleaning the tables in the lobby when they were short staffed. But we did finally get a refund for the items they didn't have, but it took about 20 minutes extra. Not a great experience at all and ended up with cold food. read more

Customer service is not great. Not good. So the first time I tried this Wendy's, they have two drive up order lanes.. one was closed, blocked off by chairs. This has never changed, the whole 10-15 times I have been over a year span. The particular time I went, a couple days ago. The one had chairs in front of it, the other was being looked at by some young workers. One came over to me and said.. "These are broken but you can go in and order." I said.. with a screaming baby in the back. "oh I can't go in, all I want to order is a large lemonade. Can I just pull up to window and order?" He said, "No. the front is ALL clear, no one is inside. You'll be able to order fast." I guess I was just SO frustrated because I had a baby screaming, crying in my back seat. With no customers inside the store like he mentioned.. why not help me out or offer a little more explanation? All I wanted was a lemonade and he didn't acknowledge or seem to care. I didn't want to have to get a crying, screaming baby out of my car to go inside and order a lemonade! It might be protocol to not have someone just pull up and order from the window but to get no acknowledgement or explanation... I thought that was poor customer service. Needless to say... I'll have to go to a different Wendy's for now on. read more
