every time I come to this location, I have to remind them that they need to change their gloves after sweeping the floor and picking things up off the ground and using to wipe tables and I just feel like cleanliness and sanitation is not really this company and unfortunately, I think I'm done getting food from here. The big issue is that once I was eating my Philly, I pulled a large piece of plastic out of my mouth. Then I decided to open my sandwich and found more plastic pieces. I'm well aware that things come wrapped in plastic, however not removing it or not paying attention is just negligent. This could also be so dangerous. I've been here twice now. The first time I got the Turkey sandwich on wheat, hold the oil and vinegar. The sandwich was delicious and I was looking forward to going back. The second time, today, I went through Uber Eats and had the sandwich delivered. I ordered the same turkey sandwich, but this time didn't customize the sandwich at all, I just let them send me the default sandwich. First problem, the uber driver was about 20 minutes late, which I fault Uber for, not Jersey Mike's, but because it was the default sandwich, I didn't realize how MUCH, again, how MUCH oil and vinegar they put on sandwiches. it was almost like somone had poured water in my sandwich as I opened up the wrap around it. The buns, top and bottom were soggy, so I had to toss a portion of the bread, and a fair amount of the lettuce. Probably both at fault here, too much oil/vinegar, and 20 minutes late on delivery, equal one soggy unsatisfying sandwich. Honestly not an Uber fan, but I had a promo code, but I won't do that again. Next time I go into the store, and also go back to skipping on the oil/vinegar. read more

So when an app offers "curbside pickup" and it requires you to notify the store when you arrive, and requires you to put in the make, model and color of the car your driving, a funny thing happens. Customers somehow expect to pick up their order at... wait for it... the curb. Then, inexplicably, the customers will wait there at the curb, and wait, and wait. Then after the customer gets tired of waiting at the... yep... the curb... they go inside to get their order. Only to discover three of the four employees there are messing around in a mostly empty store. When this happens more than once it becomes clear this location has no intention of offering "curbside pickup." Now I get that not every store is set up for, or wants to offer, pick up at the... yep, the curb (you catch on quick!) , but if that's the case, maybe TAKE THE WORDS OFF OF YOUR APP AND WEBSITE? Maybe set those expectations appropriately?? Such a frustrating experience... again. Of course the icing on the cake is the order was made wrong ‍ read more

The first time I went to Jersey Mike's was in Bozeman, Montana. Then when I moved to Utah, I was a frequent visitor at Jersey Mikes. I kinda stopped going to Jersey Mike's, not because of a bad experience or anything, mostly because of distance and covid. Luckily, I live close to a Jersey Mikes again. I received a coupon in the mail for a BOGO sandwich. I thought this was an incredible idea so I decided to go for dinner. I honestly love their turkey sandwich but I also like to customize it a bit so I added honey mustard on one and pickles on another. One thing with Jersey Mike's is they don't seem to have any flavors that really stand out to me. Other places typically have a special sauce or something that makes the sandwich really great but I haven't seen that with the Jersey Mike's sandwiches. They seem pretty basic but I also like basic sometimes so it works out. I do like that they cut the meat and cheese right then and there--it is a great representation of how fresh the ingredients are. The service was really great--there was a guy and a girl working. The girl was really awesome about getting conversations started while I was waiting for my sandwiches. I hope I get another coupon in the mail because I really loved because able to use it :) read more

I entered the restaurant and as I did, I received an important phone call from the VA Clinic regarding an upcoming appointment. There was a short line of people ordering, so I opted to stand near a table and go on with my phone call. The line quickly cleared out, but I was not ready to enter the line to order my food, so I stayed off to the side. Approximately 5 minutes later (no more than 10 mins total of being inside of the restaurant), the manager got my attention and asked me if I had ordered food. I told him that I had not. He then advised me that I needed to leave the restaurant. I told him that I was on the phone and would be ordering soon. He still advised me that I needed to leave. I was appalled. I was not causing any disturbance or doing anything wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman (Preston) told me that he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and he told me that he was the owner as well. This was extremely embarassing and I am very disappointed. I recently started eating at Jersey Mike's (mainly the one in Jordan Landing), but due to this experience, I will not be going back. read more

I have been to this location many times! When they first opened up, the staff and owners were amazing! They were so nice and personable! They were also fast and always made my sandwich right! A couple years ago, I don't know if they left or sold, but the new management isn't that great. They have kids working that are slow and make a lot of mistakes. I've gone during lunch hours and waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich. I hate the inconsistency. They also need to come back with the Tasty Cakes! read more

Had an eight sandwich order that seemed to put all three guys out of sorts. No smiles and sour service. One even suggested I do it in a party platter next time so it would be easier for them even though each sandwich was slightly different. i'll start by saying that i actually do normally like jersey mike's, at least for the cold subs, the hot sandwiches are some of the worst I've ever tried, waaayyy too much grease. but the cold subs are good, way better than crusty dusty old subway. it's not necessarily the company i dislike, just this location. i've only been to the traverse mountain location twice in the last month (normally i visit the one in PG) & the service/employees are slacking, hard. last time i came in the establishment was filthy & my sandwich was waaayy too oily (I like mike's way, but i don't wanna only taste the oil when i bite into the lettuce or tomato) but at least my order was correct. today however, this was not the case. i stopped by around 11:30-12ish, the start of the lunch rush. there were only men in there ordering giant sandwiches, & all i wanted was a mini turkey & provolone. i patiently waited in line & ordered when it was my turn, told them what I wanted, i wanted to watch the sandwich being prepared but the kid working just went into the back & started grabbing more bread. the girl at the register had me pay while my sandwich & someone's else sandwich are being made, so i wasn't watching what he was doing, i just told him that i did not want mike's way, but i did want some mayonnaise. i had a 10% off my order by checking in on yelp, i redeemed it & showed the cashier, she replied with "what is that? never seen that before, what am I supposed to do with it?" I explained that it was through yelp & she just ignored me, I don't think she applied it because the price of the stupid mini sandwich was over $6. i just don't get why businesses will offer a discount through yelp & not train or explain to their employees on how to use it? i took my mini sandwich to go & drove home, started eating it & realized something was horrible wrong- oh yeah, no lettuce or tomato on there AT ALL. over $6 wasted on a pathetic slab of meat & cheese between a crumb of bread. i will never come back to this location EVER! read more

We had a terrible experience. Too noisy at lunch time so they can't hear what you order. They had 1 person putting the stuff on the sandwiches, 2 people at the grill cooking. We spent almost $40 and they got 2 out of the three sandwiches wrong. I tried explaining the mistakes as the girl was fixing the sandwiches but she couldn't hear and didnt even know what was supposed to go on the sandwiches anyway. Meanwhile the 2 working at the grill didn't bother helping as more and more people continued to come in. The place is WAY to small and we were exasperated by the time we got out of there. It wasn't worth trying correct the mistaken sandwiches so my husband went without lunch. read more

I came to this location to pick up an order, and as I was waiting the girl behind the counter is helping a customer ring up. He pays in cash, and she takes it and finished helping the customer. Afterwards, she never changed her gloves after touching the cash. She then proceeded to make more sandwiches with those same gloves.
