The person who was working with the fries accidentally poured salt over the fries twice after leaving to get something which it totally understandable. However, when my mother pointed this out, due to the fact that she can not eat things with extreme amounts of salt on it, the employee started yelling at her from across the counter. He then reached to get a kids meal box from the back and as my mother reached out to get it he started yelling at her stating "Did I call your number? What are you doing? This is someone else's food". That is in no way a tone to have with a customer just because she pointed out a mistake. She then asked to speak to his manager who came from the back cooking area and as she was telling him the situation instead of listening he began backing the worker up and stating that my mother was purposefully getting another persons kids meal. The manager mind you could not even see what had happened since he was in the back. The employee then proceeds to hand the SAME kids meal box to my mother since it was her meal. Absolutely ridiculous, upsetting, and unnecessary. Wish I could give this place zero stars

Staff was polite, but the pace was painfully slow. Ordered the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal with a large "craft" lemonade. Got to the window and found out the "craft lemonade" was just diet lemonade from a fountain. That is misleading at best. Got told to pull forward and wait again. Another five minutes. A wait like that is fine if the food delivers. It didn't. Packaging stood out. Everything was neat and organized. That is rare in fast food. Credit where it is due. Fries came out hot. That is the only positive. Zero flavor. Tasted like old fries dropped back in the fryer to reheat. If this is the standard fry, it is the worst I have had. I would rank them below Burger King without hesitation. The burger was average. Not hot. Flavor was flat. Nothing memorable. For $15.59, there are far better options in Little Rock. The food is not good enough to justify the wait, the price, or the hype. I would not come back, even for free fries.
