This Wendy's is super friendly! The girl up front was very helpful greeted me and the order went smoothly. The food came out quick and fresh. The atmosphere is clean and they always have some great up beat music on. I enjoy coming here to eat. Ok this may be long but today I went to get the regular two meals I get 3-5 times a week at this location. It's March so they have four nuggets for $1.00 with ANY PURCHASE, I place my first order and get the extra nuggets then as I told her the second meal the cashier says I can't have the $1.00 nuggets. I said why she said because it's one ticket. I explained I got it yesterday and she began to argue with me. I said forget the entire order, she then asked for a manager and a woman with no name tag on (none of them have them on) came over and said no I couldn't do that. I told her the little thin girl with blondish hair did it yesterday. She looked me straight in the face and said we don't have a thin blonde haired girl that works there. I said here just order the one meal with the nuggets. So after I paid I said I have a second order for my son who's in the car, I ordered it and asked if he had to come in to get it and the cashier said "yes". So I go out and have him walk in to get his food. I told them I will NEVER come to that location ever again, it stinks because I'm near there all week during lunch time. I called the customer service line and spoke to a man he said they shouldn't have done that. He said the District manger would be called, he ask for my number to contact me back. Guess what no call. Sad part I grew up in Cincinnati OH eating at Wendy's in the 70's. I would guess I've eaten Wendy's 4,000 to 5,000 times in my 61 years of life as it's my go to Fast Food restaurant. Not sure anymore after the embarrassment of it being 11:30 am and a line of people standing behind me. Made me look like a cheapskate low life after I stepped back and thought about it, especially being Jewish I get enough hateful looks anymore. These employees literally see me everyday and know me. Today I didn't have my Kippah on my head because I had on a hat, but I know they have seen me so many times with it on, makes me wonder if being a Jew caused those problems with this older woman cashier. I've only seen her twice because 99% of the time I go through the drive thru. But she seen me with it on last week. I'm a Messianic Jew and I sat down tonight and prayed for them and asked G-D to forgive me even though I don't feel I was hateful or loud. Customer Service is dead and Gone. In the 80"s I held an executive position with a very large restaurant chain for 10 years and have watched service not be companies goal anymore. I was just at this Wendy's on University. I waited 20 minutes for my order. They gave me spicy nuggets instead of regular. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got what's in the picture. It was over $30. Ridiculous and the frosty I ordered Medium and it's a small. I will never go back. Very angry right now. read more

If there was an option of zero stars, I'd choose that. Went through drive-through at 8:00. Restaurant didn't have cars in parking lot, and no one in line at drive-through, so there is no forgiveness for being "busy". Ordered a combo with cheese, no ketchup or mayo. Got home and what do I have? A mayo drenched burger with no cheese (which they charged me extra for). Tried calling the restaurant and it rang 20 times and then hung up. Ordered a kid's meal and ended up getting only nuggets. Went back to get the rest of the meal and the lady with blue hair and blue makeup immediately got short with me and told me I didn't say "kid's meal". I said I did ask for a kid's meal and she continued to gaslight and belittle me saying "if you wanted a kid's meal you have to say the words 'kid's meal'." Stopped in for a bite to eat upon entering the facility it had a funny smell almost like spoiled meat because I was so hungry and limited on time I ordered food anyway figured simple was good. Spicy nuggets were surprisingly cooked to order but the jr cheeseburger deluxe was dry flavorless and the cheese was hard like it was microwaved to heat up. Consistently the slowest and worst Wendys. My food is never cooked fresh. I worked at Wendy's for 4 years. This is a terrible representation of what their food should taste like. Was there at 8:40PM on a Sunday. Ordered online, my cc app told me I was charged $26+ for my order. I get there in 10 mins and saw a sign on their board, "headphones are not working - can't order at the window". I've already paid so I drove to window to pick up my order ... older lady there wouldn't even come to the window, just shouted "no orders at window, come inside!" I shouted back that I've ordered ... she just walked away! Then much younger lady came to window. I explained I had ordered but they're "not allowed" to hand food at the window!! I go inside. I'm told there's no order with my name. I show them the confirmation on the app, they tell me the app doesn't show my name!! Then younger girl saw the order on the drive-thru computer, same older lady shouted out, "He hasn't paid that why there's no order!". I show them the Wendy's app as well as my cc app. Then told, "there's no more chili!! What else would you like?" You cannot cancel order also cos it's been processed and you've been charged!! Ordered mobile pickup for the drive through. Went to pick up my order, order was not started and I was told I could not pick up in the drive through, I had to pick up inside. In the days of COVID, you would think it's more important to keep people out of the store, but this place doesn't care at all. I wouldn't recommend this place if you were starving. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The service was absolutely terrible, and I didn't even get the food I ordered. However I didn't know that because I went through the drive through and didn't unwrap my food until I got home. My boyfriend didn't get the correct food either. I've visited this specific Wendy's a few times && each time I visited the food was always cold && my order would always be missing a few things.
