This Wendy's is absolutely filthy 24/7 even when they are not busy. It is not taken care of properly. Not to mention the employees are very unprofessional. Screaming curse words at each other and complaining behind the counter. Talking about customers. When I went in I got a chicken sandwich and the worker did not give me time to finish talking before he ran off. He came back with my food and when I told him I wanted it plain he rolled his eyes and sighed at me. "It will be a minute " he could have said that without the dramatic eye roll. The employees name was Colton. The atmosphere is absolutely terrible and there are drug addicts roaming the street. Even the managers are very unprofessional using profanity and talking poorly about customers out in the open. I asked the guy in charge of the fries and he basically said no because the fries had just come up. I've cooked fries before so I knew he was not telling the truth. On my way home, I decided to stop at Wendy's for a quick breakfast. So I decided to order the Breakfast Baconator combo. The drive-thru worker was very friendly and accommodated my request to leave the egg off my sandwich. The service was also pretty fast. So major props for that. But the food? Hoo boy. Where do I start? The seasoned potato wedges were tasteless and bland, like a sad imitation of what seasoned fries should be. Hardly any seasoning. All I could taste were the potatoes. I like my potatoes and fries to have a little kick to them. To describe the kick these fries had in football terms, it was as if it were an onside kick with the kicker barely tapping the football for not even one yard. The Breakfast Baconator, on the other hand, made up for the potato wedges. That first bite had a nice flavor combination of bacon, sausage, and cheese. It was the saving grace of the combination meal. The Coke was a refreshing treat. Usually, when I get soft drinks from this location, the taste is usually off-putting as if dirty dish water was used as the source for the carbonated water. Not this time. All i got was that classic Coke taste. I've always enjoyed the sandwiches from this place, but I've always been underwhelmed vlby the fried potato offerings. There are much better places to get French fries from. As for the sandwich offerings, I have never had a bad experience. The clean taste of the Coke surprised me, considering my past experiences with soft drinks from this location. If I were you. I'd just get sandwiches and skip the fried potatoes. read more

I ordered on the mobile app but there wasn't an option for water except for bottled water, so i asked for an ice water when I picked up my food. I was told it would be $2.19, what do you mean, I'm not buying a soda, she said yeah and water is $2.19 unless you want a large, I told her to shove it. Don't waste your time at this Wendy's. Completely stopped going there after too many 2nd chances. You can count on having to wait about 15 minutes parked before you get your food. Make sure to check the bag, though, because they've given me the wrong order. If that's not enough, when you go inside to have them correct the error, you're often ignored at the counter or treated like you've interrupted their day. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. They lose your order somehow between the time you pay and the time to receive the order. The person handing me my order had actual track marks on their arm. Just dirty and the employees are shady and dirty at best. Marmet, WV Wendy's has to be the worst Wendy's in the country. Went thru the drive thru 8/14/2023 spent $37.00 and had to wait 30 minutes on my order. After receiving my order it was incorrect. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get my corrected order that was not correct again and still had to go back another 5 minutes and get what was not in the bag. A total of 50 minutes that I did not have to waste on this Wendy's. So my advise to anyone that patronizes this location make sure you check your order before you pull out. How hard is it to look at a screen and place whatever is listed on it in the bag? I have to blame all this on management for poor training not making sure the employees are trained right. Employee working drive through not wearing a mask, employees smoking without masks two feet apart outside, customers at tables without masks, but wouldn't let me stand behind their plexiglass barrier and order a meal. This Wendy's has a nice building and puts out tasty food. The problem is how slow it comes out. Despite being next to the interstate it fails miserably to handle any type of crowd. There were two families in front of me in mine and the workers reacted as if a bus had stopped in for lunch. Seemed like panic. I think with some training this location could do better. I would recommend a different exit for lunch if you want to make good time. read more

This restaurant has really improved. My most recent drive-thru experiences have been great. Fast, friendly, helpful service. The fries, though slightly softer than I prefer, were as tasty as ever. And the burger tasted just like the old Wendy's when they were the best burgers around! Toppings were balanced perfectly (not dripping with too much mayo etc) and made my taste buds very very happy! So happy in fact that I had to give a 5-star review to let people know they're service and food are the most awesome I've had from this location in years! read more
