Don't go here when it's night time for a chocolate frosty. They'll say they're out but I watched the ding dong blonde Connor make himself a large frozen coffee while I was at the window to pay. Smh and then it took them 20 minutes for 16 nuggets smh do better and train your staff better. read more

Doors look like they've been licked by many children. Food took a while. Pop was flat, chicken was juicy. Tables mostly dirty. Bathrooms- good, not great. Aggressive sinks. Woulda been one star, but Halloween Mickey and Minnie inflatables were a nice touch. read more

Was at drive thru payment window and lady took payment from vehicle in front of me left window as I pulled up (I prepaid) and went and pulled cinnamon rolls out, put them in a container with no gloves, and after putting icing on them, proceeded to lick her fingers and hand. She looked over and made eye contact with me at that point and knew what I just saw her do. She proceeded around the corner of of view... Hopefully to the sink to walk her hands. Horrible business every time you go to the window to order drive-through they never know what the hell they're doing there's always somebody new they're not training the right way and you can never count in them being open and never consistent one day they're closed next day they're not how can I have a business running like that and the bad thing is you only have to go to McDonald's to get something and do the worst as well I don't give a damn because I figured Wendy's is always closed people have no choice but to come to us or taco Hell as well . Yes, I agree, Wendy's chili is the best. However, driver beware of the Marshall Wendy's driveway. It has been in disrepair for years and getting worse by the day. It has more potholes than our state Governor can include in her budget. It would seem that the local Wendy's owner would value the total customer experience better than he/she is. It's a good think their chili is good but this is a horrible drive-through experience. read more

Let's not sugarcoat it folks, Wendy's is the best fast food out there, and to back that fact up, their menu proves it. They are always bringing new items such as the spicy nuggets (WHICH ARE BACK), various drinks, the frosty cookie sundae, and they always have great deals on their app. This specific location is always clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful (for example I had a coupon for a mobile order that didn't work and they let me use it in the restaurant), and even though the place could use some renovation, the 80s decor is nostalgic and cozy. The restaurant is fairly maintained as far as appearance. Much cleaner than the Battle Creek Wendys. The team had a long line of about 7 customers, I only waited 5 minutes to order and 4 minutes to receive my food. The fries were over-salted a little bit but I was overall satisfied with the creamy frosty and the quick timing. One other complain is I noticed some of the employees were touching their faces or you could obviously see that there were rubbing their eyes before returning to the counter. read more

they mixed up an order on the car in front of me, instead of having them pull forward to wait, everyone had to wait. huge line formed in the drive-thru. then handed me cold food that had been sitting there while they corrected their mistake. gave me a lame excuse that it "happens every day." not acceptable! and by the way, i tried twice to call and complain to manager, and they would not answer the phone. pissed. read more
