We waited the disclosed 30-40 minutes for a table and were sat within that time. We were sat with our bread and the delicious cinnamon butter... so even though we waited when we arrived, we were able to eat something right away. Our waitress immediately took our drink order. She returned promptly and then was gone taking care of others. We ordered our food, which, in addition to two other meals, included two filets, three salads, and a loaded sweet potato. While we were waiting, we were told there was a delay on the sweet potato and we requested more bread. It was brought out quickly. Our meals came out about 30 minutes after our order. An error was made and our salads did not arrive prior to our main course. The sweet potato was also not yet ready which the runner let us know immediately and let us know she would quickly check on the salads for us. I had one of the filets and my daughter, sitting next to me, had the other. When I cut into my filet, it was unfortunately not a desired piece of meat. Needless to say I was disappointed. The runner returned quickly with our salads and I was able to return my steak. Everyone else's food was delicious. The waitress came to check on us minutes later and saw that the sweet potato and steak were not yet at the table. I explained my issue and she apologized and said she would check on it immediately. Within minutes a supervisor/manager came over and said she knew about the problem and they were getting me a new steak as soon as possible. My sweet potato arrived and it was delicious. Then my new steak came out. Wow was it cooked perfectly and a great cut of meat! The manager came out as I was sharing some with my family. She was very courteous. I was so impressed with the attention by all staff when there was a problem and the effort they put forth to give us a good experience ... which we had. I wanted to say thank you again and commend the team at this location. Having a good experience when everything is perfect is easy and expected. Having a good experience when there are problems is difficult and this team handled it very well! We will definitely return and I recommend this location and team to any travelers looking for a filling meal and great customer service!

It was around 11:30 on a Friday morning. It was great, no lines. We placed our orders, got our drinks and got seated. Our food was brought to us by a very friendly staff member and asked if we needed anything else or was there anything he could do to make our experience more enjoyable. Kind of rare for a fast food establishment, huh? Needless to say, Culver's has become my first choice if we have to do fast food. We got our food via a 3rd party, but my blame is on Corelife for not including the Rosemary Potatoes. To make matters worse, their prices in the app were $1.50 more expensive so we were out $5 instead of $3.5 in real life menu prices. Since we got delivery, couldn't speak to ambiance of it being good or bad.
