All four of the self check outs were not working. Annoying for sure. The counter area was not thought out well. I had to wait for someone to come to the counter since I ordered a diet Dr Pepper but was given a regular. I saw others having to wait because you can't see if there are customers at the front counter. Either keep a cashier at the front or have a bell. Shouldn't have to when you just built this new restaurant. As for the food, it was ok. Side note, this place doesn't have the drinks on the outside. I assume you hand them your cup for a refill.

When I mentioned the bundle, the employee immediately responded, "This is Burger King," as if I didn't already know where I was. I explained that the bundle was available in the app, but he repeatedly stated that he couldn't find it. When I got to the window, I showed him the offer directly on my phone. Instead of looking at the screen, he continued saying he couldn't see it and then stated that he didn't even have the app. That made no sense, considering he had just told me he couldn't find it on the app. The entire interaction was unhelpful, and unprofessional. The employee was not friendly, seemed uninterested in helping, and appeared to have very little knowledge of the products and promotions being offered through Burger King's own app. Customer service was poor from start to finish. Unfortunately, this location seems to have gone downhill. It feels like they're constantly out of products, and now customers are dealing with employees who don't appear properly trained on the restaurant's promotions and ordering system. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.
