I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese, but Danesy misunderstood the order. She was shockingly ignorant and rude from the start, barely able to speak understandable English, which created unnecessary confusion. When I calmly pointed out her clear mistake, she exploded into full aggression--raising her voice, acting confrontational, and turning hostile--all over her own fault. This kind of vicious rudeness and aggressive attitude is completely inexcusable from any employee. It made me feel threatened and deeply disrespected, turning what should have been a simple visit into a horrible experience. Danesy has no business dealing with customers if this is how she behaves. I expect Burger King to take this seriously, investigate immediately, and discipline Danesy appropriately to ensure she does not treat other customers this way.
