Wow dont come here! Went thru the drive-thru at lunchtime. The girl taking my order was an absolute moron! She didnt know what the 4 for 4 meal was...seriously? I had to explain to her what it was and it took her awhile to get my order right. On top of all that she was very rude. Very poor customer service unlike the other Wendy's I've been to. Then when I went to pay there was a different guy there. He was even worse then the first girl...very rude and obnoxious. Not the kind of environment I would want to work in. No wonder this location only got a 2 star review but I am giving it less than that! Hopefully the Corportate Office will see this and they can fix the problem. read more

The worst experience I have ever had any fast food restaurant. They were three people in front of me. When I got to the front of the line I stood by myself in the line for another five minutes. When I asked the clerk if she was still taking orders she told me no she could not take my order. She told me that there were too many orders. She then walked away from me. They will always get your order wrong no matter how many times you repeat it. I ordered a kids meal for my child, when I asked the girl for the frosty she said 'he frosty doesn't come with the chicken nugget kids meal'. Best customer service thus far of ANY fast food location I have ever stopped at!! Anthony checked me out and even helped carry my food and drink to the car. While it was only one drink and a small bag, I had my diaper bag + my rather fussy 5-month old with me. He wasn't screaming or anything just very wiggly. This Wendy's always has some type of issue. One time they didn't give me my card back and I had to come back for it, I know I should've realized it at the moment but come on. I've had other people tell me that they didn't get their card back as well. And about 50% of the time they don't have BBQ sauce. Horrible management. If you know you run out of BBQ sauce often, why don't you order more? And the ranch is always hot, I'm pretty sure ranch should be kept refrigerated. I know jack in the box keeps theirs refrigerated. Wendy's, it's a Wendy's. I do understand the concept of making your food fresh, but the food doesn't taste any fresher than other fast food burger chains. My gripe about this location is that if you go through the drive-thru and you order more than one order of nuggets, they'll ask you to park in the front of the store and they'll bring you your food. Now I can understand this if you have a large order or if they're a line of cars behind you. Just can't get it right, I don't do Wendy's that often because they never seem to get your order right, but I figured with the pandemic thing going on they may have stepped up their game with top notch customer service and excellent food. NOPE !! the same old crap, last week ordered $30 worth of food got home and sure enough they got two of the four sandwiches wrong. How to you get a spicy chicken sandwich crossed with some sort of sautéed onion chicken sandwich, and if that wasn't enough the sandwich was missing the chicken, the other mistake was the wrong toppings on a burger. So I drove back walked inside and showed the manager who said "that is a chicken sandwich" I told her it was the wrong one and she was positive that there was chicken on it, until I got a fork and started removing the toppings, guess what NO chicken. This week the same story, messed up on two of the burgers, I guess I should have learned to just order them as is and remove or add what ever when I get home. Drive-thru wait time was actually rather fast, service was great, food was given fast not to mention my order was right and nothing was missing, fries were made fresh and I got my straw! Apparently when you order food it's too much trouble to ask for spoons. In addition to other items, I ordered 7 items that required spoons to consume them. After looking through all of our bags I asked for spoons. I was told very rudely that they were in the bags. I told the girl working that I had checked and there was only one spoon. She repeated again that there were spoons in the bag. She was terribly rude and belligerent. Finally I requested a manager who again told me the spoons were in the bag to which I explained that we had already looked in the bags and there was only one spoon...and we needed 7. I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary and felt extremely disrespected. Not exactly sure why spoons are such a guarded commodity. Ok. So I walked in just because we had to use the facilities. Line had one car in Drive thru. When we went in there were 3 people in line. So I did my thing and went back. There was still a line for 5 minutes and got so annoyed. People were not getting their food orders correctly. Then people came back up. :/ I'm still waiting... Then it's my turn, so I was changing my mood!... Until cashier Kristin didn't listen to my order. I was specific. Four items! Nuggets! 2 reg. 2 spicy. Mid sentence she turns away to grab a burger to put on a tray by me for someone else and said. "Huh, what?". Then I asked her about donating a dollar for charity. Our power went out Sunday during the storm. Decided to grab a bite to eat and sit inside. The gentlemen at the counter who took our order was friendly, polite, courteous, helpful, attentive, competent. Best customer service my wife and I have had in a long time. This person in general is going to go places just from his personality. He needs to be in management and the face of the company. He represents the company so well and so professional.
