I love Rally's but was a bit disappointed that this location didn't offer the full menu. A lot of their machines were broken and they were not selling their slushees or ice cream. It seemed like a family owned business - I couldn't tell because of the masks but it looked like the father and daughter working there may be the owners. My order took about 15-20 minutes since the father had to read the instructions on how to make my order. They were looking for help and had a sign posted in case anyone was looking for a job at Rally's. This location was inside the Walmart so I was not expecting much but left wanting a little more. The Bacon BBQQ Mother Cruncher and fully loaded fries were ok but the boneless wings seemed like they just threw sauce and seasoning on chicken nuggets. I am always hesitant to leave critical reviews especially when there are families that put their hard earned money to invest in a business to provide for themselves but it does seem like this business can turnaround by expanding their menu and hiring consistent staff. If I could give this location and these workers negative stars I would. Honestly I'm not one to leave reviews but this place is not worth your time. I was there picking up an order- not only was I left there standing for over 25 minutes, I was completely ignored. I tried speaking with the cashier and the manager behind the counter and without hesitation would be waved back into the lines. This was the slowest, rudest, most inconsiderate service I've ever encountered. On top of that they got my order wrong twice and each time I had to come back it was another wait. Walked into ralleys today inside of Walmart, I should've kept on walking. My husband wanted a burger and I seen the electronic advertising billboard flashing $3.69 chicken bites with fries, okay I decided to get that but to my surprise they wouldn't honor there price that they were advertising. I was told no that's an old price and we haven't had time to change it but that's not any fault of mine. Horrible service!!! A new employee made an error on my order. I did not know if it was an error or whether they just shorted me. First lady comes up accusing me of not ordering what I ordered; then, the girl I ordered from confirms my version. No apology... First Lady walks away, and another older lady comes up and accuses me again. After she finds out she is wrong she tells me I have to now order 2 separate orders of fries (I had originally ordered to combos, which had included fries and the girl that took my order clarified the order twice, but she entered it wrong). I asked "are you going to refund the purchase I already made and recharge me for the combos because if not you will be over charging me due to the fact that combos are cheaper than buying everything separately;" she replied "you paid with a card, I cannot give you a refund, you need to buy your fries separate." I told her that did not sound right, and she had the nerve to say "I'll talk to her." Disgusting. Will not be going back. I'm a big Rally's fan (Inglewood) and was excited to eat from here. My food (all $15 worth) was lukewarm. Fries were horrible. Cashiers need to be better trained on how to use the cash register in case they make a mistake and charge you the wrong price. Granted this Rally's just opened a week ago, but I don't think I will be going back. I ordered one of the $1 grilled hot dogs and it was awful. It was hardly warm and not grilled. It came with mustard and ketchup already on it. I asked for relish and was told that they don't carry it...really! My husband had the Baconator cheese burger and he said it was just ok and that Carl's version is much better for about the same cost. The staff definitely needs a lot more customer service training and the manager needs to pay closer attention to how the staff fraternizes while customers are waiting. It's something different from your usual burger chain, but not by much. Two and a half stars out of five, very average. Ideal for heavy snacking but not great to get of you want to get filled up. The usual fare of gloriously photographed burgers served squashed and floppy in a soggy paper wrapper. Typical non representational burger joint artwork. Seemingly good flavor burger combinations that ended up boarding almost tasteless to bland. Nothing spectacular or outstanding, just different takes on various hamburgers, cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers and bacon cheeseburgers. At least there were multiple variations of a bacon cheeseburger instead of only one on the regular menu. The seasoned fries that come standard with every combo meal are really good, flavorful and crisp. This location is still going through teething problems, slower service, long line and some confusion behind the counter. Orders are quick to come out and they do double check to see if they get it correct. Almost everything is pre-cooked and stored in warmer drawers, I wasn't really thrilled about that. It was hard to get filled up over a combo meal that was pushing $7, the burger looked a lot smaller than the pictures and the season fries were almost as small as a kid sized portion. Maybe it's supposed to be light eating but I walked away hungry and a little disappointed, especially after eating the Big Buford Burger combo, their double cheeseburger in a few bites. Service is still going through some teething problems after being opened for a few weeks, touchy cash registers, poor flow through the kitchen, a bit of confusion all around but they do manage to get the food out in a timely manner. I have always seen long lines here and customers often have shopping carts or motorized scooters and/or wheelchairs which makes ordering and picking up food difficult- that's what happens when it's located in a Walmart. Dining area was spacious, relatively clean and empty. Plentiful tables and chairs but only two or three families/groups were dining in the entire time I was there. Bottom line is that Rally's has a larger variety of menu items that includes chicken wings, multiple types of cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburgers, options for fries (loaded and cheese chili cheese versions), fried apple pies and other side snacking options for a good price. You might not break the bank but you won't get full either. Would I go back? Strong maybe. Would I actively seek a Rally's out if I'm hungry. Nope. read more
