I have eaten at this location on Moreno Beach drive probably 10 times in the past 12 months and they screw up my order at least 30% of the time if not more. I made a mobile order at 11:39 am and was told my order would be completed at 12:00 pm for pick up. I got there about 11:54 am and I know I am a little early. I see they have only one cashier already assisting someone and I'm like no big deal I can wait. Another patron comes in, looks like a mobile order, decides she doesn't want to wait and goes directly to where we pick up the food. Now, I know what she is doing, but I've already waited and it's 12:07 pm at this point. The cashier finishes with the patron in front of me and tells the other patron 'I'll be right with you' oblivious of me waiting here already. I thought maybe she said 'I'll be right with you' so she could ask and see what I needed. But she didn't. At this point, the cashier is already assisting with the other patron and I rush over and tell her 'hey I'm a mobile order too' and she said give me a moment. No problem, I waited and then when she finally helped me it's 12:17 pm and she was like 'here you go.' Not even asking my name and it's someone else's order. I tell her excuse me this isn't what I ordered. Finally, she asks my name and I say Patrick and she looks everywhere for my order. Now I do see a bag on top of the counter already packed sitting there and she said nope I don't have it. She tells her manager she can't find my order and maybe it's on the back computer or whatever. The manager goes 'what time did you order?' And I replied just after 11:30 and her cashier says to me well you're just going to have to wait. And at this point, I was irritated. The cook notices me waiting and he said have you been helped? I said yes I'm waiting for a mobile pick up it said it's done at 12 and at this point, it's 12:24 and he goes oh here it is. Chicken too burnt. No sauce added to bag at drive through. Churros look awful. Never seen any that looks like these. Afraid to take a bite! But 9.99 burrito was ok , needs salsa and a little less burnt chicken. Root beer was good and the free side chips. Next time I'll pack a lunch instead. We were going out in the 60 freeway towards desert and we're desperately hungry. Not again. Maybe the chicken combo might have been better but we didn't have time to sit down and eat. Save your money! We have lived in the area for years and frequently ate here. The food was good enough to keep coming back. It had been 6 months since we last had it so we went. One, they were out of chicken. Two, they missed a BRC burrito even though we repeated the order but they made that right by adding it at the window. When we got home with the food, the chicken was so dry. Not to mention the chicken breast was smaller than the palm of my had, and that's not saying much. The rest of the food was poorly packaged/wrapped, the BRC burrito had almost as much rice in the aluminum wrapper as in the burrito. The 2 tacos were just sloppy.
