Came here Saturday night as they were open late. There was one car waiting for food for quite some time. They pulled aside and waited. We pulled up to the window grabbed our order and left. Not even sure how this is possible but the spicy chicken was literally cold to touch. The bun was cold nothing else on the sandwich. My friends hamburger had to be sitting there as the meat was bad and the cheese was bubbled like it was in the microwave. Fries were actually cold like refrigerator cold. The folks at the Wendy's on Little Road in New Port Richey are professional, friendly and helpful, even when there is a rush on. I really feel welcome and important when I am at this store. The store is kept clean and neat. The prep counter by the drinks dispenser is well stocked with the extras for the meal. read more

Wendy's - a hamburger and lettuce in a styrofoam container - Burgers Near Me - New Port Richey, Florida

We ordered food and got all the way home before realizing we didn't get the correct order. We called the store who advised us to come all the way back to the store to get the correct order. A complete waste of time, gas, vehicle wear and tear for a $15.27 meal. The gentleman "Tristen" said to come and get the correct order today or tomorrow. Why would I want the food that I ordered today the next day? So we drive all the way back and the employee named Tristen badgered us multiple times about bringing the food back after not mentioning that to us on the phone call so we threw it in the trash. This employee was beyond rude for over five minutes. It was so bad that we finally just asked for the difference between meals because we weren't getting anywhere with this guy. So we didn't get food or our money back. The guy handed us back $1.20 (WOW) we left before things got extremely heated. Please explain to me how it is that said business completely botched an entire meal and felt that I needed to be responsible for the mishap and bring this order back. We absolutely did not have a single issue returning the food if the employee would have mentioned it while we were on the phone so we didn't throw the food in the trash can before hand. All we wanted was the correct order. This was extremely poor behavior and I hope management addresses this behavior with Tristen. It is not okay to mistreat customers. read more

I Ordered off the menu with a GrubHub delivery. I Ordered the Southwestern Avacodo salad and family-size chili.. They have not improved on their salads one bit but the commercial for this particular salad looks so good I decided to try it. Soggy lettuce and absolutely no avocado. Chili was okay except the cover had come off and there was chii all over the place. Not pleasant at all..Just a big mess. Chile all over counter tops and floor..I stopped going to Wendy's about a year ago and I really doubt if I will be going back there. Disappointing to say the least. read more

Ordered a simple order two double stacks mustard onion only a single with everything but lite Mayo and ketchup chocolate frosty grilled chicken combo. The entire order was cold frosty was melted the double stacks had everything on them and for giggles they overloaded the single with ketchup and mayonnaise. It was so bad that 2/3 the order had gone to the trash. 22.42 down the drain. I always stop at various Wendy's Restaurants because I love their Chili and it's a good, filling nutritious fast food. This one on Little Road in New Port Richey has one of the classiest group of employees, cleanest and most efficient of any I have visited. I generally don't order any other menu items so I can only compare their chili and it's always full of lots of the good stuff and not watery. They are so consistently good that I have been finding myself even going out of my way to go there. read more

1st time ever being here after passing it over a hundred times. Got the bacon mushroom burger with fries. Very good & juicy. One fry was burnt & crunched in my mouth but that was the only problem I had. Staff nice & friendly, place is clean. I came here for lunch so no kids were working, guess I missed that mess. I have started getting the Dave's cream soda as a drink. Something different. Sorry, make that 2 fries that were burnt, just ate another one. read more

Stay away from this one!! I've been going here for years about once a month for lunch and the last several visits the food was rubber and the teenage employees were hostile. This is deplorable customer service, there were young teens everywhere. Where is a responsible adult overseeing the preparation of food, of customer service, of the cleanliness? Most of the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky AND the staff is rude and the food was bad. Next time when I'm rushing for lunch I'll get a salad from WaWa across the street where it is always clean, and the customer service is amazing. Stay away from this place! Good sometimes and others not good at all. Just when you think it's consistent, you get a rubber burger. I finally stopped going for awhile. Sometimes the burgers would actually be cold and the cheese not melted. I give it two stars because it is really good once in awhile. Lunch time is best for fresh. read more

Wow our first time here in Florida location ....wanted to try a different place. It was so clean, nice, even friendly customers. Our fave were the nuggets for my son and I. Also beautiful big salads. Customer service here is deplorable. The teenagers employed at this location have zero work ethic, they're unorganized and have no clue how to work w/ people. Less personal conversation in the work place and more satisfying the reason you even have a job. Food wasn't fresh either. Never going back read more
