Drive thru service was terrible. They gave us a bag which only had napkins in it. I guess they were too eager to get us our food. We waited for someone to come back to the window and when she told the girl who was originally handle our order the girl seemed annoyed and opened the window holding our food out. No apology, no nothing. The order was still wrong when we got home. The fries were terrible. I guess it was too close to closing time. When we called on the phone it rang and rang until they picked up and hung up. Dave Thomas must be rolling around in his grave at how terribly things are going. read more

Horrible!! Bad service.. I ordered a pretzel baconator which should consist of half a pound of burgers (2 pieces of meat), according to their menu online & in the drive thru. But the burger that I received consisted of a small single piece of meat. When I brought it back inside, they told me that a baconator is a single 4 oz. piece of meat. I was charged over $8 for this puny burger, which was cold, stale & dry. They were rude & didn't even try to resolve this issue. read more

These "new" French fries by Wendy's must have skipped this location for training. The fries were old and cold and just plain terrible. Most of these reviews are from a couple of years back. I had a different experience from everyone else, new management/policies perhaps? I didn't have a terrible time here. We stopped in for a super quick bite before our movie started at the theater down the street. I ordered the 4 for $4, a great deal that I would recommend for everyone. The meal wasn't incredible (seeing as it was all only $4) but I don't know why anyone would have extremely high expectations for this place, I mean it is fast food. My chicken sandwich was pretty good, the fries were crispy, chicken nuggets tasted like any other edible chicken nuggets, and their chocolate frosty was awesome as usual. The place even offers free refills for fountain drinks since it's one of those self-serve Coca Cola machines. The restaurant as a whole was clean & well kept. The color and lighting of the place could use some change though. Staff is nice for the most part and there is ample parking. read more

Every time you go to this Wendy's you wait in the drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes to get to the window for them to tell you that their system is down and that you have to come back in 10 to 15 more minutes if you'd like to order. Like the Wendy's nearby in Hamden, I used to like this place. The food was good & the location was convenient to drive in & out of. But wow, the quality has disappeared. The last time I went there was a couple of weeks ago. The place was not crowded, yet as I drove up to the drive thru I noticed the truck in front of me was sitting a long time at the order-spot. At least 2 minutes passed & the guy finally drove up to the pick up window....& I drove up to place my order. Nothing. No one speaks to me. I wait a minute or so. Still nothing! Incredibly slow service, drive through register down frequently. They tell you to come inside and service is horrible. Orders are forgotten or wrong. While I was waiting 4 groups of people walked out because they didn't get service. I ordered 3 large fries and people after me get served first. We visited the drive up window around 3 pm On a Monday afternoon. There were no cars in the lot or on the drive thru line. We were questioning as to whether it was open or not because the one we googled on Washington indicated that it was permanently closed. So when we waited at the speaker for someone to take our order and there was no greeting g we pulled up to see if the windows were open at all for business. There was also no one at the window where you paid. We creeped up a bit more again to see if indeed the restaurant was perhaps closed. Suddenly a woman was at that window and questioned why we didn't place our order etc. I explained that no one was there to take our order. I asked if I should drive around to the window again to place the order but was told ai could order there as long as it was a "quick and easy" order. So we ordered something to be accommodating. This was a complete misunderstanding but the worst part was the woman at the window who literally THREW the bag to me and slammed the window shut. She did THROW the bag at me!! Hands down the WORST fast food experience me and my family have ever experienced. We stood at the register/ordering counter for 9 minutes before anyone acknowledge us and this only after I asked on of the Wendy's employees walking past if we were invisible. We were treated with complete apathy by the counter person who was annoyed i made her take our order. When our order arrived it was completely incorrect, in fact it wasn't even close. As I approached the counter to inform them that our order was incorrect she rolled her eye's with disgust as I was out of line to even bring this to her attention. Only have the worst experiences at Wendy's. Waited over 20 mins at the line for drive-up. Never got up to the intercom. The restaurant is doing weird things. The person in front of us was at the intercom for five mins before we left. We drove around. There were zero cars at the windows. It looks like you place your order at the intercom, pay at the window then drive around the building again to wait for your order. As far as I'm concerned, you should be disqualified as fast food. Nothing fast about it. My recommendation: go across the streeet to McDonald's. read more

Went through drive through, had to wait a couple minutes to order, that's fine. Got up to the window and I was asked to pull up and someone would bring out the food. Five or so more minutes go by, two more customers pull around, get their food right away, leave. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Not complicated. So finally I get out of the car and go in. Manager apologizes and gets me my meal. I'm eating it in the car on my way somewhere, and like the third bite feels and tastes funny. Look down and see the chicken is completely raw in the middle. I went to this location to pick up an order and I came out crying. I walked in and stood by the counter. Two males approached the counter looking at me, whispering and laughing, without even greeting me or asking what I wanted. They then walked to the back and other workers started coming to the front to look at me line I was a fucking freak show. Finally one worker approached me to find out what I wanted. I stated to her that the workers need to have respect and not make customers feel bad. I added that I know they're talking about me and looking at me and laughing. She denied that was the case. I told her that I'm 61 years old and they should hope to look like me if they live to get to my age. I don't know what they saw wrong with me but no matter what you should not embarrass a customer. Needless to say I will never visit that location again. Haven't they learned anything during the pandemic seeing how many lives were lost and that they should treat people well. You don't know if people are at the end of their rope when they come into your establishment, You then making fun of someone sending them over the edge. Be kind to others no matter their differences and whether or not you don't think they are perfect in your eyes. I was so hurt. read more

Annette was great. I went through the drive thru after a target run and she was such a delight. I asked for Dr Pepper and she said they were out. Then she offered root beer. I saw ew gross. I love Wendy's but not tonight. My family and I decided to do a mobil order for dinner and my sister and I went to pick it up. They didn't have the drink that I wanted (Hi-C orange) which was fine because they offered me Hi-C fruit punch instead which again I was completely fine with, but it was like the person working couldn't understand us because I had said that the fruit punch was fine 3 times. They had us pull up to the white line an wait until our food was done, someone came outside and handed us our food with an attitude and we thanked them but they walked still with an attitude not even bothering to respond. I get a 1/2 hour for lunch and decided to try this Wendy's drive through. I waited behind this car at the speaker for about 3 minutes before giving up and parking and walking inside. I waited at the counter for another couple of minutes, and realized the workers were all gathered around chatting with their pal in the car outside. I cleared my throat, tapped my fingers, tried to get their attention, but I was ignored. A couple of workers even looked up and saw me standing there, but then choose to ignore me and go back to their conversation. Needless to say, I did not get any food, and will not only not go to this Wendy's ever again, but let everyone I know to avoid this establishment. Awful. read more

This is the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. I waited in line THIRTY MINUTES before getting to the counter to place my order. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I received my order! WTH? Forty minutes to get a hamburger!!! I would have left there but that meant driving elsewhere - and waiting. My gut was hungry! So, like a nut I waited because my gut outvoted my brain. There were six folks on duty, including the "manager." I heard one person tell the others to move faster, and that person wasn't the manager. Everyone there seemed confused, didn't seem to know what to do, and certainly didn't care that there were six customers in line. Service? What service? I had a mental sign to move on/don't stop. Literally, the Wendys overhead sign was out and the only indicator that the store was open were cars in the lot. I really should have moved on up the road to the many other fast food restaurants, but Wendy's was closest. The burger was good, though. I'll never go back to that Wendy's, for sure. read more
