Worst Wendy's ever! Poor customer service. Employees lack in hygiene and efficient customer service. I live close by and so I've been time and time again, I won't be back.. ever! I'm giving this place one star. I was inside ordering when someone in the drive through was being difficult, but instead of the Wendy's employees being put professional, I could over hear them talking about how they were going to HOK a big green Lougee in their sandwich. Fries were cold and Sprite was just carbonated water. Wouldn't normally leave a review but this is not the first time this has happened.

When I went to this Wendy's the customer service was terrible I had to wait nearly 15 minutes just to order because no one was at the register. And after I made my order it had taken another, half hour i will never go there again. read more

Service was just fine. Got us the right food in a quick amount of time. But I have been to this Wendy's a few times now and the drink machine is always out of ice and drinks are flat, the food was sort of sloppy and the ketchup was all out. read more

I've had it with the employees at this place. They constantly ask customers to wait while doing their job at the speed of DMV. I once listened to the manager talk to a coworker about his digestive issues at the drive thru window while 5 other cars were waiting to order. They want to take their merry time moving the line along and it all trickles down from the manager. read more

We live close to this one, but we used to avoid it because it was bad. Bad service inside or out and just an overall unpleasant place to eat. Well, tonight I bought dinner in a rush, got my stuff and drove home. Turns out they missed the junior bacon cheeseburgers I ordered. I drove back and the manager said, "uh-oh what did we miss?" She saw the receipt and realized I came back. So I explained what happened and she made it more than right. She got us our food and gave me Frosties for the whole family (6 total). I finally had to ask her if she was a new manager cause that is out of the ordinary for this location. Anyhow I was very impressed by the service we received. I'll be going back for sure after that. We literally just left this location and they not only messed up our order but the food was cold and soggy... We sat at the drive thru for quite a long time too so you would think that they would have had at least something f warm- nope! Flat out cold. Soggy fries, smashed sandwiches, wrong drinks. Don't come to this Wendy's location unless you have a full hour to kill. I wish I was exaggerating. I can't fathom why the people that work here move so excruciatingly slow, but I've noticed a trend with most of the restaurants in Bountiful. It doesn't matter if you use the drive thru or go in. I generally provide a long leash for fast food restaurants, but this one is probably the worst individual franchise I've ever been to. It's not clean, the workers all seem like they are trainees, and the wait is often VERY long. As a rule of thumb, if I see one person in line in front of me, I know that I can probably just drive half a mile down the road to McDonalds and have my meal faster than it would take for Wendy's to process the single order in front of me. Heck, there are days when I can walk over to Village Inn and get my food fast than this Wendy's. Which is why today I about lost it when I waited in line for 1 person (I was REALLY in the mood for a Baconator), sat there for about 5 minutes while the cashier went and did something else, and two kids walked in and went straight to the cashier and he immediately helped them, forgetting that I had been waiting in line for the last 5 minutes. I even indicated to the worker and kids (Before the kids placed their order) that there was a line, and it was one person long (Me), but the worker said "Sorry, I'll get you next." Knowing that it would take 10 minutes for him to get to me, I just left. I'm sad about not getting a Baconator though, so I'll probably stop at another Wendy's on the way home, but for the next few months, I think I'm done with this particular franchise. read more

Honestly, I only eat at Wendy's when I roll out of bed too late to make my lunch. In the past six months, I have been to this location twice and both times was blown away by their friendly staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly. They are quick and efficient. For my emergency lunch days, this is a great option! read more

I don't eat at a lot of Wendy's. I generally feel they have gone down hill over the last 10 years. There was a time when I thought if Wendy's as a premium fast food restaurant. Almost fast casual for its day. That said, this location is pretty good for what it is. The staff is friendly, the food is always good and even the late night drive through does a good job. The service is always slow. Never come here especially during lunch time. High school is nearby too. They can't handle all the customers.

I never leave reviews, but felt this time is worth it. The drive thru after 8:30 PM was VERY slow. If I had seen how low the ratings were I would not have gone. I only ordered a frosty and live just a couple of minutes away. It was already half melted when I got home. At least two cars left the drive thru line while I waited. Worst customer service and food! I ordered some food for the hubby and I and not only were the fries cold, but they forgot an item of the order! When I went back to swap out the fries and reorder the missing item, the guy at the drive-thru was totally rude...like it was my fault that he served me cold fries and that he forgot to order the item. Then when he gave me the new fries, he told me to touch the fries to make sure that they were good enough for me. I couldn't give two sh*ts if they're good enough....I paid for hot fries...not cold ones! read more

I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting to order. 10 minutes if that sitting at the speaker with three different people asking me if I had been helped, when I said no, they asked me to wait again. When I finally got to the window there was no "thank you for waiting" they just stick a bag out the window and only when I looked strangely at him he turned and got my other bag. Then I had to ask for my drink. No sorry! When I got home I had a salad with no dressing and I will never visit that one again! Dunso! read more

Drive as fast as you can away from this place. I have had bad service in the past and thought I would give them a try. Bad mistake. Took to long. Forgot sandwiches. Rude when went back to get the items. Contacted corporate and they said someone would contact me in 24 hours. It has been four weeks and nothing. I am through with Wendy's. read more
