For years five guys fries have been a staple of the franchise. It's always a conversation topic when you buy a LARGE fry and they put fries in the bag that fill it up almost more than halfway. As always the burgers and the shakes hit the spot like no other, 10/10. Unfortunately what brings me to leave a 3 star review is one specific worker named Prince. He seems like he's new so maybe he needs a little bit more training. I ordered my two meals for me and my spouse with a large fry for the both of us. Like I said earlier, the burgers and the shakes were a 10/10, but when I got back my LARGE fry, Prince (who was in charge of the fries) didn't fill it up how a large fry should be. Now I know it sounds very petty that I take away two stars because of some French fries. BUT THATS THE FIVE GUYS STAPLE!!! The fries have always been my favorite part and always feel like the cherry on top of the meal. Attached is a picture of the fries he gave me, and then when I asked for more fries he gave me a second bag with enough fries to fit in my hand. I was totally unsatisfied by this considering the fact that I've been to this location multiple times and have always gotten what I expected, Especially after paying over 45 dollars. However, by 8:40-:45 consistently you're encouraged not to dine in. I work most evenings so this is not a one time occurrence, this is just about every time. Employees will sometimes come around and deliver the party line that it would be their pleasure to get you drink refills, etc. but too often they don't come back to do so and I have to go up to the counter for assistance. Rarely to never am I given a tray in the evening, always paper bags when I do manage to get there in enough time to be allowed to sit and dine (still haven't figured out what the sweet spot is leading up to 9:00). The Valentine's Day dinner event was advertised via an email my husband received for having the app as going to 9PM. He did the RSVP and was confirmed for 8:40 with a table meant to be waiting for us.
