Ordered from this location through DoorDash. Ordered in the Wendy's app to use rewards and discounts. There was one deal to get one Dave's single, get another for $1. Awesome deal, so I placed my order. It's cold by the time it gets to me, but can't say it wasn't kinda expected with it being a DoorDash order and I don't live super close. I take a bite and notice the patties are a little pink. I figure it's fine, almost all of the patties are a little pink on the inside when I get a quarter pounder with cheese from McDonald's. Thought nothing of it, devoured both of them. About three hours later I'm on the toilet progressively starting to feel more and more sick. Another hour passes by and I'm puking up little pink chunks of meat. Tried to go to sleep and set an alarm for every half hour until 4 in the morning in case I need to get up to shit or puke, and most of the time I did. Felt terrible for the next four days, severely dehydrated and lost almost 10 pounds that week. Worst fast food experience in my entire life and I will not be returning. Also worth noting that any time I've come to this location in person, I end up waiting in the drive thru for at least a half hour, and that's just when there isn't a ridiculously long line. read more

We went into this Wendy's and there was a line and we had to wait 5 minutes in that line and I still hadn't moved a inch. So we left went through the drive thru. They were out of what I wanted to order (understandable) but it was frustrating. When got our order and it was totally messed up. There was no sour cream with my potato, my dad Diet Coke was normal coke, and he had onions and cheese in his chili which he asked to not be put in. So we parked got out of the car to go into the lobby to get it fixed and the doors were closed (even though it says they close at 1). We had to wait in the drive thru for 8 minutes just to get it fixed. The employees were all yelling at each other and not coordinated at all. This Wendy's has totally lost it. It's close by so we run over for a quick lunch. Service has disappeared altogether. The drive thru is so slow you could go to a sit down restaurant faster. We've ordered two chicken sandwiches twice and they tell us it will be awhile so please pull forward and we'll bring it out. Fifteen minutes later we go inside to see what's going on and find they haven't even started cooking them yet. Twice that's happened. They must have a new owner or a really bad manager. The place is dirty and when you see the kitchen you wonder when's the last time they cleaned it. Wendy's use to be so good and fast. Oh my lord where do we start.... 1. Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers were cold and the meat had a terrible smell. The buns were all cracked and falling apart. 2. The Frye's were hard as a rock and apparently made many hours before hand. 3. The two large chocolate frostys were full of foam bubbles that poured out like water and smelled like dish soap. My wife drove back to return all of it and they apologized and then took 22 minutes to figure out how to do a return. After not being able to figure out how to print a receipt to reflect the return, they finally just told her it would take a couple days for the $18 and change return to reflect on our bank account statement. It's now day three and we got no return and instead a second charge for the same amount on our account. I am furious !!!! No food and charged twice. We sat in a line of cars for twenty minutes before getting to order. When we started ordering the person (teenage girl) was talking in a completely incomprehensible fake accent. It was so bad that it took a full five minutes to try and order 2 salads. The person taking orders was doing this to everyone. They also forgot to turn the microphone off and were laughing and using the f word over the drive through speaker. I had my kids in the car.... The line was not moving and we ended up waiting another 10 min before leaving without food. read more

Love Wendy's, love the 4 for $4, but at this location do not let Sierra take your order and then toss the mistake at you, yikes!!!. It was a mistake...we all make them, but I know I would not have ordered a bacon option. I always order grilled chicken, so it is logical that is what I ordered. I think Sierra has taken so many orders on a Saturday, possibly the wrong button was pushed. I just wanted to tell Anthony he is awesome! I overheard him taking care of a customer in the drive thru and the customer was asking a lot of questions and had a lot of special orders. He was very patient. At the end he repeated the order and the elderly woman said that's correct and mentioned that he was amazing. He told her that she was amazing too.
