Very long wait in the drive through. Even when pulled the the speaker, they asked me to wait and i sat in front of the microphone for a long time. I bought the new Gouda Bacon cheeseburger meal and got the Jr bacon Cheesburger. Didn't realize it until I was back on the highway. read more

Don't have much to say here. It's a Wendy's. It was fairly clean, service was actually really fast considering the line inside. My food wasn't steaming hot, which was disappointing. Not this specific store's fault, but their chicken pretzel sandwich leaves something to be desired. I wouldn't order it again from any Wendy's. Just didn't live to the hype or just not what I expected. But I did not dock them a star for that as the recipe is not their fault, it's the company's. read more

If this wasn't so ridiculous, it would be funny! A couple of years ago at a Wendy's about 900 miles away, in MA, we had an experience where they ran out of some basic foods we wished to purchase at about 6:30 PM. We decided not to utilize Wendy's again. Today (Friday) after driving close to 12 hours, we stopped at our hotel at 7:00 PM and right next door was a Wendy's. So much for our resolve, as we decided to order there for takeout and for convenience sake. After all, what could go wrong? When we got there, we were 8 and 9 customers in line. Two people were handling counter service. One took the order, the other gathered it. It took 35 minutes from when we entered the door to getting our food. So much for "fast food"! (When we left, there were 17 in line.) The menu offered five salads (as well as burgers chicken and sides), but they were out of four of them including the one we wanted. So the missus ordered the one they did have and substituted a different chicken, but they had only one dressing. They said the one she wanted was new (apple pecan) and "they" didn't order/get enough. But the menu didn't say it was "new". The missus said what she did get tasted okay. I then ordered a "new" (on the menu) grilled chicken sandwich. The one tiny piece of lettuce on the small piece of chicken was wilted. (I stole some lettuce from the miss's salad.) The piece of chicken was small, particularly when compared to the menu photo, and not particularly tasty. (Okay, shame on me for believing the picture, but shouldn't you at least be able to see some of the chicken outside of the bun? The bun completely hid it. And I'd have a tough time calling it "grilled" anyway.) The bonus funny part was that they ran out of $1's! The supervisor/lead had to get some from the safe (I think), but they only had 25 total from that source. In fairness to the staff, they were working hard, and were very pleasant for the circumstances. But good effort doesn't necessarily make up for questionable planning. So, maybe it's just a coincidence that Wendy's would run out of food at two widely separated places and times, but I wouldn't bet on it. They may be able to pick on the "Mc" place by saying Wendy's never uses frozen beef, but what good is that if they run out of food? Fool me once; shame on you. Fool me twice; shame on me. I'm shamed. Do not eat here. Very slow and dirty. There were no napkins or ketchup cups. The tables were filthy. This restaurant needs some help.

Poor service at lunchtime no lemonade no ketchup had to request forks for salads, after waiting 25 minutes. I will never go to Wendy's again

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Food was ready in the window, but wasn't being sent out to the customers. It was getting cold while people were waiting. Other customers left before ever ordering after having waited more than 10 minutes for someone to take their order. There's obviously a problem with the management. There were at least 6 people back in the kitchen, but they couldn't get it together. It's like no one knew what their role was. And to top it all off, the one guy who would occasionally come up front had ear buds in. They couldn't care less about their jobs. I wouldn't stop here if you need to be anywhere in a hurry. read more

Worse Wendy's ever!!! No ketchup, no sauce for nuggets, no coke products, fries were terrible, dining area was disgusting, flies everywhere, an employee gave my son a cloth to wipe the table off himself!! Terrible customer service smh don't see how they got an "A" rating, definitely won't be returning read more

This Wendy's was by far the best experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a long time. Yes there was a long line and yes I ordered a complicated order and they had everything right!!!! I went to grab drinks to leave and she gave us new cups because she knew the drinks were different and helped us in seconds with a line of customers. It's fast food, so I wasn't expecting high quality, but the food is awful, the restaurant is dirty, the bathrooms are dirty and there isn't a baby changing table in the bathroom (what?!). The tables and chairs were covered in food and sticky, the trash cans were overflowing, the door handle to the restaurant was sticky (ew!), the carpets were filthy, the booth where we sat had ripped upholstery so bad that my daughter had to sit all the way at the end and my husband couldn't sit next to her. You don't want to know what I saw in the bathroom. Her hamburger looked like it had been run over on the freeway and scraped off with a shovel, barely heated and served to her on a white flour bun. They were out of "fruit" the server said, so we couldn't get apples with her kids meal. My "salad" was a joke, it was basically all iceberg lettuce and they made it look green by throwing in maybe 5% baby greens, otherwise it would have been a white "salad". I ordered a baked potato that was shriveled and mushy, it looked like something a monkey in a tree took a bite out of, threw on the ground and was left there to rot for a week. What's that Dave? Something about Quality and Value? You'd roll over in your grave if you saw what we were served. Shame on you, Wendy's. We will never be back. read more

Typical Wendy's food but the service is soo slow no matter the time of day. Good food just slow.

I literally just left this Wendy's. After sitting in the drive-thru line for a almost 20 minutes I finally got to the window. The girl mumbled my total and I handed her my card. Then I realized that I thought she said $6 and my meal was only $5. So I asked her what she said the total was when she came back to the window... She said $10 and some change. I told her that wasn't right. She had already swiped my card so she got her manager. The manager comes to the window and says I owe them MORE money. I explained to her that she had mistaken and she handed me the card back and said everything was fixed, handed me my food and shut the window before I could say anything else. I ending up having to go back in the store because she had forgotten my frosty. Spent a total of 34 minutes at this Wendy's which is really ridiculous. Now I'm home and I regret even waiting for this food! Fries are cold, drink watered down, complete waste of time. Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. They really need new management... read more
