Really what more can I ask for? The price was right and the order was correct. The food isn't as good as a decent sit-down or even as Macca's or Subway, but it's quite good enough. I'd say 7 or 8 out of 10. The menu is quite varied and they keep it fresh. I appreciated their attempt at novelty with that Fuego burger deal. It just ended up tasting like Takis, but I love the creativity. That goes for the drinks, the Freestyle soft drink machine is great. The building itself is in a nice location, on a quiet grassy hill in the middle of suburbia. The restaurant is acceptably clean for a fast food restaurant and it's well-stocked. You'll have no problems getting napkins or ketchup packets probably. It's also nice and darkish inside, with very dim lighting. I've eaten there before and I found it pleasant. Frustrated is an understatement. I ordered two #1 "double" burger meals -- one plain for my daughter, and one with no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. I repeated my order to make sure there was no confusion. What I got? Two singles, both with cheese. The kicker -- my receipt clearly showed the correct order, so somewhere between the register and the kitchen, no one bothered to pay attention. This isn't just sloppy, it's careless. The worst Wendy's I have ever come across. First of all they advertise there hours until 12 am. They close at 10pm which is baffling (online orders will still take your order and money but no service and 12 am is posted on their store drive thru window.) So I'm giving this Wendy's 4 stars. Before I explain why it's safe to say that no Wendy's on the planet deserves 4 stars. Lets be honest, it's Wendy's. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they gave me a free chicken sandwich. They were also open late when no one else was so I'm just really throwing them an alley oop. Considering this place is rated two stars hopefully this review helps them out. Like I said, no Wendy's deserves 4 stars, to be honest if you rate Wendy's more than 3 stars you should just throw your yelp in the trash. It's Wendy's, we know what to expect and it's never 4 stars. I ordered the new pub pretzel roll burger combo on the app. The interface was easy to use. I have learned the speed of this location is slow. So, since I live nearby, I fibbed and said I was there on the app when I was just leaving my house. This way the food is ready to go when I get here, not just getting started. The bitch in the window said " let me know if your gunna keep that order or cancel it and slammed the glass.
