I ordered breakfast through the Wendy's mobile app to take advantage of a special offer. When I arrived at the drive-thru and let them know I had a mobile order, they told me I had to come inside to pick it up. That kind of defeats the convenience of using the app, especially when I was already at the window. Once I went inside, my order was sitting on the front counter -- no wait, which I appreciated. The food itself was fresh and delicious, so no complaints there. However, when I asked for jelly, they said they didn't have any. I then asked for honey -- again, none available. I finally requested extra honey butter sauce and was given some, but overall the customer service felt a little lackluster. It wasn't a terrible experience, but definitely not the most welcoming or convenient. I probably wouldn't return to this location again based on the service. read more

I have been here a few times and I won't be back. This is the third time I have mobile ordered our food and said no egg and I get it and there is egg. The potato's were cold even tho they said they had to pull me to drop fresh French toast stix. So they worry abt me having fresh toast stix but go ahead and give me old cold potato's. I question if the French toast was fresh as they were colder then fresh should have been. This is the worst Wendys in the area. They remodeled it but all they did was polish a turd. read more

This Wendy's is the worst. I came here at 9am on a Sunday morning to order breakfast at the drive-thru (the interior was closed for ordering). My first clue that this was going to be a bad experience should have been when I pulled up to the drive-thru and they didn't even have their breakfast menu displayed. I ordered two Maple Bacon Chicken Crossaint combos and pulled around to see another car ahead of me sitting at the window. As I pulled up they had the other car pull forward so I could pay. 15 minutes pass and the car in front of me gets their food. 10 more minutes go by and nothing from my order comes out. I begin to think perhaps they forgot about my order as no one has even come to the window to apologize for the delay or have me pull forward so the car behind me can pay. I call the number listed on Google for this location and a woman answers and informs me that they got a slow start to the day and they're waiting for their grill and fryers to heat up, which makes zero sense because clearly the car that was waiting when I pulled up had gotten food. 10 more minutes pass and I finally get my food (had I not already paid $19 for two combos I would have left long ago, which several cars behind me did). I get home to find that the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissants I had ordered are just soggy croissants with a piece of the chicken that they use for their lunch/dinner chicken sandwiches. No bacon, no cheese, no sauce. I call the store back and a different girl answers and I explain that I had just waited over 30 mins in their drive-thru for food only to have them mess up my order. I ask to speak with a manager to which I'm told that I already had when I called earlier to see if they had forgotten my order. I'm offered to put my name on a list so I can get a free meal the next time I come through but honestly I haven't got the time to waste another 30+ minutes waiting for food. I could see if this was a one-time incident but my husband stopped to grab us dinner one night at this same location and waited 45 minutes for our food. Not to mention, if there's a delay keep the customer informed instead of just leaving them to sit and wonder what's going on....and then after all that time, at least get the order correct. I just submitted a review for the Middleburg Heights Wendy's, which currently ranks on my list as the worst restaurant in this area of town. Coming in a very close second however would be this Wendy's on Pearl Rd in Parma Heights. Like its sibling a few miles away, this Wendy's offers horrendous customer service, but because the food was slightly less cold (dare I say it was even lukewarm?), I will conclude that if one of the workers from the Middleburg Heights store held a gun to my head (believe me, the last time I was in there, that is exactly what the guy at the grill looked like he wanted to do to me) and said I have to eat at one of these 2 stores, this one would win in a landslide, and that definitely isn't saying a whole lot. I have been to this location twice. The first time was more of the "blank stare" service that is so well known and loved by Wendy's in this part of the city. To be fair though, the cashier did state out loud how much my order came to, so that right there is a bonus. The second time I went in, there were 3 girls "working" at the drive thru. Funny thing though was that there were no cars at the drive thru. They saw me come in and continued on their text-a-thon. Another employee walked from the back towards the counter area. He saw me and then turned around and went back into hiding. I know I'm not exactly Tom Cruise or Travis Kelce, but come on. I will never understand why it is so hard to just greet a customer. I would have given this store 3 stars if I would have gotten a simple "Hello" or another positive greeting that starts with an 'h', but no luck. My bagged order was also just tossed nonchalantly on the counter when it was ready. No "do you need any sauces with that?" or any communication at all. Just Wendy's showing that Quality is certainly not their Recipe when it comes to customer service at these 2 stores. Sorry to any of the readers here that enjoy these locations, but that's my experience with them. Thankfully I found a better Wendy's that's not too far away and actually has employees that communicate with their customers. What a novel idea! read more

I just went through the drive-thru at Wendy's on Pearl. Apparently I have hidden self hatred. Optimistically I thought I could get a nice salad and fries and a drink. I was wrong. I ordered the taco salad and medium fries and a large Coke zero. They didn't have any large drink cups. Okay. No big deal. However, forgetting the chips that go with my taco salad, the fork to which I need to eat the salad with, and giving me about a pound of napkins - not so great. No receipt, so I can't call the store to complain. Well I could, but I'm sure they won't care. I'm just finally going to take my own advice and never go here again. Fresh nuggets my asš. More staler than a fcking history piece carved from a rock. Doesn't take 2 braincells to drop some nuggets into a fryer and let them actually cook instead of picking it off of the shoot to refry them. Y'all deserve 15¢ an hour for what this food is worth. I've read other Wendy's reviews for other locations saying they were the worst and dirtiest one they've ever been at, but let me tell you this one on Pearl Road in Parma Heights is the worst one, ever! Hands down!!! It's convenient to meet one of my friends in Parma Heights there on my way from wherever so I went there again yesterday, Saturday October 19 at 3:30 in the afternoon. It was relatively empty, the drive-through wasn't busy, it was the worst and slowest longest service I've ever had at Wendy's and this isn't the first time the service has been poor at this Wendy's location. The beverage machine wasn't working and it was still plugged in grinding and grinding and grinding away, couldn't somebody use their judgment unplug the little deer, since it's broke? The wait for food was over 15 minutes and both orders had chicken nuggets in it, one was spicy, one was regular. The only difference between the two orders was a side salad, which are premade and in the refrigerator... This is just unacceptable and is every time I go there. But I won't be attending this one again any day soon. Wake up and smell the fries before Dave turns over in his grave!!! read more
