Placed a big order for delivery. They didn't deliver and so I had to go pick up the order. When I step up to the counter I was ignored. I call for and employee to hand me my order which looked bagged and ready. Then thr guy in charge of the fries comes out, takes all the fries that were ready and serves them to customers with orders which were placed after mine. My order number was 38 and others' were 40, 41 , 42. After that he places new fries to cook and i had to wait tor them to finish cooking. Fry guy didn't seem to care. read more

Although it's been a while since I've ate here the service was great and the food was even better. I got a bacon double cheeseburger with mayo, barbecue sauce and some chipotle sauce and some extras. Whoever owns this store you have my complete sympathy. I just left here a few minutes ago and the crew working this evening has cured me of any fast food cravings. Didn't feel like cooking and I had a taste for something savory so I decided that fries would fill the bill. I made the mistake of going to Five Guys at Cedar Center. The first clue was a request for a tip before I could even pay for my order. When ever I see this on the point of sale app I know that the owner is expecting me to help cover the cost of his payroll. That's not my job. If you give good service I tip but first I want the service. So I didn't add the tip as requested by the app and that is probably why the cashier didn't pass the ticket to the cook and I waited twenty minutes to find out my order was never put it. All while I waited for my order I watched the cook play with another crew member, laughing and joking and never realizing that every time you talk your mouth gives out sputum and spittle. Maybe nobody ever told him to be quiet and do your job. Seems to be a trend at fast food take out places. Thanks for the reality check. It is clear to me that underpaid workers don't give a damn about service and since I come from an age where service was a source of pride, this will never work out. Five Guy's can actually set the standard for a cheese burger and fries. I like a cheese burger every once in awhile...I choose Five Guy's! It's alway's fresh. I can do without the hard, white part of the lettuce, but other than that it's quite tasty! The fries are absolutely spectacular!!! Apparently this is the East Coast version of the famous California In-N-Out Burger. Let me tell you... doesn't even come close to In-N-Out!!! I had such high expectations for this place.... First of all, a Little Bacon Cheeseburger & Cajun Style Fries came out to over $9. Deal breaker #1. Yes, it did have bacon on it, grilled onions, mushrooms, cheese, and the whole shebang... but obviously the SPECIAL SAUCE was missing. Deal breaker #2. It's not a bad burger but I can easily get the same quality for quite a bit less elsewhere. Seriously, to feed a family of 4 costs $50-60. I was leading a field trip of 65 teenage students today and, with advance notice and numbers of burgers, fries, etc.. all my students were served within 25 minutes! Everyone worked hard and the restaurant was clean and accommodating. Heard the fries are good and the soda comes in 7,000 flavors if thats your thing. Only time I drink soda at all is if there's vodka in it. Thing I dig most about this place is that its off in the cut and the parking lot makes a great place to meet up with your dealer. In the steelyard location,service is fast and friendly which is a pleasant surprise compared to the other steelyard services . I went for lunch about two weeks ago and spent 15$ for a double , small fires and a drink . That is 15$!!!!!! If you go to any restaurant in the Tremont or Ohio city area , there are only a few restaurants that have their best burgers priced over 15$ . Few days later I went to a local restaurant , had a bacon cheese burger , with local organic meat and everything made from scratch !!!!!!! For 12.50 $ ! The quality difference was huge. We just came back from Five guys and we always liked Five guys till today! we ordered 2 regular 2 Patties burger. there were not many people around eating therefore when we had the burgers, burgers were squeezed in its package first of and when we open the wrap the butgers were as tiny as it could be. we were shocked but were so hungry and thought with covid as everything has changed, we thought they resized their burgers and ate them but discussed with my husband how bad it was! they were not only tiny, the meat was crumbly. I myself always take one bread out, this time I had to eat both cause it was mini one. the grilled onions and mushrooms we ordered didn't even taste In it. before we left i needed to wash my hands and at the time more people came in and I noticed other peoples burgers were just like always. so they didn't resize the burgers. And I thought they mixed the orders and tried to find out what happened with our order. all they said was sorry. it was very disappointing and I would take a photo of it if I could figure it out right away. i just can't believe how thy still served that tiny squeezed burgers to us!! we are not going back for sure! we are not upset because they were tiny squeezed weird looking burgers but it wasn't tasty at all! i am clueless why and how and what happened and they still served us thos. we were returning customers since we also live walk away distance from Five Guys. Great burgers and amazing fries! I took my grandparents for dinner the other day and we were all very satisfied with our burgers. The amount of fries they give you is astounding (such generous portions). The service was good and the place was clean. Typical low-quality Steelyard fare. We got a large fry, a little cheeseburger, and a regular cheeseburger. Apparently Steelyard has cajun fries, because they were mixed in with our regular fries, which were clearly old and not made fresh as I would expect from Five Guys, which is expensive in terms of fast-casual food. My burger was made up of not an actual burger patty, but burned pieces of ground beef. I called the manager and he said, "Do you want to come and get another order?" No apology. This is close to my work, always fast, hot and delicious. These are the kind of burgers that taunts one's dreams and then has to use a knife and fork in real life because it is too big to bite into. I like the cheeseburger with an extra patty, extra cheese and lots of toppings. The fries are fresh, hot, sinfully-flavored and plentiful. Yes, I understand that they are just potato wedges fried in oil and salted, but to help put things in perspective kettle chips are the potato slice version of these fries and taste amazing, too, as does anything deep fried. I guess if one wants to eat fast food (arguably healthy/unhealthy), then you want to go all out and feel like you have really had a comforting meal that even the mere thought afterward inspires one to salivate like Pavlov's dog. Well, this is that kind of food. The best news is that one can be in and out quickly with the precious meal. In fact with the wonderful local construction on Harvard, etc., you will likely spend more time in traffic driving back to work than you will waiting for your food. Thankfully, the burger stays hot until one gets back to work and fries can be eaten carefully while driving. Grab extra napkins just in case. The standard burger is two patties and than you add your toppings. I usually get the little burger which is one patty. You can get a medium fry and split with two people. The portions are huge!! The service is quick and great! I recommend five guys for a tasty meal when you are not on a diet. I really like the quality and value of Five Guys Burgers. i was surprised to see a location open in Steelyard. This location is up to the high standards set by other locations I have visited. Friendly service, quality products. I was able to preorder using the Five Guys iPhone app and picked up my order. One warning, the fries are HUGE! A standard order will easily feed two. My kids love the soda dispensers, which are programmed to dispense many different flavors and types of soda. They also have a similar ice tea dispenser. New location, clean, and great service. One of the best places in Steelyard Commons; staff is always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. After a day of Holiday shopping in Steelyard (Target, Marshalls, Bath & Body Works, Petco, and Home Depot) I was ready for a quick bite to eat. Went to another burger joint across the street and was ignored, and left after about 10 minutes, still hungry. I drove across the street to Five Guys and was greeted with a smile and a short wait time. I enjoyed the little bacon cheeseburger, cajun fries and the variety of Coca-Cola that they offer in their hi-tech dispenser. I was back on the road in no time, no longer hungry or irritable.
