Typical subway. It's pretty unique as it is kinda in a basement. I am giving this an extra star bump because it seems to be a good luck charm for my browns. I've eaten at this subway before 4 games that I've attended over the last 10-12 years snd the browns are 4-0 in those games. I don't make the trip often as I live in Louisville. But coming to this Subway will become my thing when I do visit and tatted games. Of this streak keeps growing I'll have to bump this rating to a 5.

Took about 15 mins to get 2 sandwiches & 2 sides, so a lot slower than potbelly / chipotle type places. Chicken Shack was decent since I added extra toppings. For $8 I think 2 fast food chicken sandwiches would be preferred over this one. Also ordered a milkshake separately & after five minutes I went up to check in. They said they hadn't called my name. So a few minutes later, I went up again and then they found it on the to go shelf. So it had been sitting up there for about 8 minutes, needless to say it wasn't like a milkshake, more like cold milk.

Came her as it's right outside the hotel. Was looking for something fast and somewhat inexpensive. The cheeseburger and a soda was over $10. Cheeseburger had no lettuce tomato nor onions. My expectation was something at least at the level of an in and out burger, didn't quite make the mark. It left a funky feeling in my mouth. Happy to have my Dr Pepper which was properly mixed - something many restaurants have been mixing up.

Here's your Yelp review cleaned up and ready to post:…read more (3 stars) The place has a bit of a cozy vibe, but the tables were not clean and didn't seem well maintained. The food is a bit spicy and has a style from another country. It honestly feels like a copy of Raising Cane's, but for the same price the chicken pieces are smaller. I also asked to change my coleslaw, but they told me no, which was disappointing. Overall, it's okay, but there are definitely things they need to improve.

I started with the tenders, and they immediately set the tone..crispy, golden, and actually seasoned all the way through (not just relying on sauce to save them). Juicy on the inside, crunch that holds, and flavor in every bite. This is what people think they're getting at chain spots, but rarely do. Then came the sandwich & and this is where they really got my attention. Same perfectly fried chicken, layered on a soft, sturdy brioche bun that didn't fall apart halfway through. Balanced, flavorful, and clearly not an afterthought. If you're a sandwich person, don't skip it. The sauces? Worth exploring. They're not just there for decoration & they elevate everything. Now for the honest part: fries were solid, nicely seasoned, but not the highlight. And I wouldn't recommend delivery..this is a "eat it fresh or you're missing the point" kind of place. Service was quick and friendly, and the vibe is simple, no-frills, and focused on doing one thing really well. Final take: Cleveland has a lot of chicken spots, but this one stands out for flavor alone. It's giving underrated gem energy. Pro tip: go in, order both the tenders and the sandwich, grab extra sauce, and don't plan on sharing. Woman owned business as well & they give you a thank you card instructing you to contact the owner directly if there's anything wrong with your order.

I arrived a few minutes before halftime and sat at the bar. It wasn't busy, maybe six people total. I initially sat near the end by a column and figured the bartender might not notice me right away, but as a former bartender myself, I assumed he'd eventually make his way around the bar to check on guests. That never happened. After a couple of people left, I moved closer to the front of the bar near the entrance. A few more minutes passed before the bartender finally approached me. I had already grabbed my own menu from behind the bar area by that point. When I ordered, he asked if the food was "to go," which honestly made me feel like my sitting there during the game was more of an inconvenience than business. I ordered food and a drink. By the time my food came out, my drink was already about three-quarters gone, which would have been the perfect opportunity to check back in or offer another round. The food runner brought out my meal, but the bartender never checked on me once. I would have gladly ordered additional drinks, but I was never asked. Basic hospitality and bar service 101: check on your guests and keep the interaction going. I ate my food without so much as another drink to help wash it down. I closed out and left; there wasn't even a "thanks for coming in" or "have a good night." I ended up going elsewhere afterward to watch the 4th quarter, having a few more drinks, and receiving significantly better service. As someone who used to bartend, this experience was frustrating because good bar service is not complicated. A bartender who stays engaged with guests will naturally sell more drinks, create a better atmosphere, and earn better tips. I still tipped 17% because I don't stiff people, but that below my usual 25%+. That level of service didn't even deserve what I left.

I keep giving them chances, and unfortunately, because I live downtown and it's a two minute walk, they continue to get my business. Ironically, they would get even more of my business if the experience were better. Customer service is practically nonexistent. You can stand there while multiple employees look directly at you, and not one of them offers a simple "hello" or "we'll be right with you." It genuinely feels like you're inconveniencing them by walking in. On my most recent visit, the cashier had an AirPod in and was on the phone while working. They are also constantly out of basic items (chips, pop, containers). On a previous visit, I ordered a quesadilla, and they were out of the proper container. Fine, that happens. What doesn't make sense is throwing the rice and beans directly into the quesadilla instead of using the small side containers for salsa, which they did in the past. Either they were out of those, too, or the employee simply didn't care. If I wanted everything mashed together, I would've ordered a burrito. Of course, since it's to go, I don't notice until I'm already home, and wasn't walking back, I think they count on that because most people just get the food and go, then don't bother to go back. Which is why when you order from the app there a greater chance the quality of your order/food is going to be poor. This location desperately needs better management, basic customer service training, and some consistency. For the record, I've spent many years in restaurant and retail management so I feel I am more understanding the most.
