    Great prices!! They Always get the order correct .. Inside is always well cleaned and drive thru is pretty fast

    I'd give it a 0 star rating if possible…read more I ordered directly from the website, and selected no contact delivery. When it arrived, my milkshake was missing. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. So I called the store. I explained the situation to the man who answered and I asked if I can get a partial refund for the missing milk shake. He said he would have to speak to his manager. He put the phone down, but not on hold, so I heard the conversation. The manager immediately sounded frustrated and stated they don't deal with door dashers forgetting items and that I would have to call door dash. The man spoke to me again and said "it's door dash right?" I said no, I ordered directly through your website. He said sorry he had never dealt with this and he needed a minute. I said no problem, thank you and put the phone down again. I heard him say, "she said she ordered it directly through our website but for delivery but that's weird, we don't have delivery right?" It felt like he was saying I was lying, which I have no reason too. As from the sound of the manager and his conversation they could see in front of them that a shake had not been picked up. He returned to the phone and said that the general manager would speak to me later. And then there was silence. I said okay, so I'm waiting for a random phone call later? He said yes, if you give us your number. Mind you, I have an account, my number should have been in front of them, but regardless I gave my number again. He stated they couldn't fix it then so the GM would speak to me later. I said okay, I wanted to let you know I heard what you said I wanted to confirm I did in fact order directly through the website, and there is a delivery option. I stated The email confirmation I got states, "Thanks for your order! Your Five Guys meal will be delivered soon by a third-party provider; please contact the store directly if you have any problems." He said okay, I've never dealt with this. I said no worries, I just wanted you to know what it says on my end. He said okay. Thank you. Bye. And the Call ended. I never got an apology for the missing item or even an apology, "so sorry this happened, let's make it right" and I never got confirmation that I'd get a refund or it would be handled. I subsequently filled out a customer service report and a feedback report that was emailed to me. It's been 2 days and I have not received a call or email back. And now I'm leaving this review. I have no faith that I'll ever get a call back, and no faith I'll get a refund for my missing item either, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to keep money for an item that wasn't provided. It's not specifically about the money at this point but the disregard for customer concerns and keeping money for an item that wasn't provided. I will never return to this location. Update: I still never got a call from the GM or the store itself but someone from corporate did email me, apologized several times and handled a refund for the missing item.

    Ordered, on line burger/bacon double with fries. At 3:35pm. And received the Leftover Burger/Bacon…read moreand fries from Lunch time. Which were terrible. Didn't realize what they gave until I got to work. Or I would surely went back and got my money back. They are unfriendly and there food Sucks, Bacon was in pieces dry as a Desert. The Fries were dry as the Desert, not freshly made like it says on-line made when you get there and not before. Burger was soggy more likely micro waved. I need to be Honest, at this five guys franchise, they can Shove there five guys up their BUTT !!! What goes around comes around, to you two at this five guys.
