I've had several Bad experiences at this Wendy's. The last 3 times I've been to this location, I've gotten cold food, overcooked food, order filled incorrectly, and when I noted they gave me the wrong item, the Cashier became very rude to me. I make it a point to be polite at the people that are handling my food. The last time I went there (last night) I ended up just throwing away the fry's as they were over-cooked, and cold, same for the Chili and the Burgers. They did not give me a receipt. I've been to other Wendy's and never had any problems, Just this location. I am a patient person, which is why I tried them again repeatedly (location is convenient for me), but after this last time, I will never go to this location ever again, there are other options available. read more

Beware, they may steal your credit card information! I NEVER use my credit card. It was used once to buy a major purchase a long time ago, that was it, and I never had any problems. I accidentally left by debit card at home and was forced to use this credit card. The very next day, it was flagged for fraud and was attempted to be used at Vitamin World for $250!!! I closed the card and claimed the fraud. I called Wendy's and the manager just kept saying, "I don't know, I don't know." I told her, well she needs to know there is a thief on staff. Worst experience in a long while. Saw a mobile ad for a free kids meal. Decided to try for the first time since kids never had Wendy's. Placed the order then drive 15 mins to the closest location. The line was long so I decided to click on change order to see if there's other options to pick up. The app stopped working and I can't reorder at all. Came up to drive thru to try to get help, then the teller told me there's nothing they can do, so I end up paying 4 meals without any special. While at the window, the team members was very demanding to tell me what do I want to do with a bad attitude because they are busy. Do not go to this location since they are too busy for customers. Will "they" take my foodie card away for loving fast food chili? The freezing cold weather of 75 and below is making me crave soups and chili and although it seems like soups should be a no-brainer fast food--they're pre-made, can be poured into a coffee mug of sorts and handed out at the drive through for you to sip on, there are virtually no places to get that outside of the Panera drive throughs where they will set you back five-six-seven bucks. That's too expensive. I mean, that's ALMOST as much as a Starbucks coffee, *eye-roll*. But Wendy's has been stepping up to take care of this giant oversight and its chili is TERRIFIC. I actually like the fact that's it's slightly soupier because that factor increases its sip-pability and it feels a lot cozier than a super gloopy thick chili would be. Also, it's not too aggressively seasoned like the "chilis" of Weinerschitzel, Tommy's and Del Taco that basically exist to be a pungent, paste-like sauce and can never stand alone on their own as a tasty stew. The Wendy's chili is chunky, has visible veggies inside and comes with a little shredded cheddar and red onions per request. It's ever so slightly tangy and comes piping hot in a cup. Under three bucks for a large, it is a PHENOMENAL fast food score. And I've found myself eating at Wendy's something like four times this month which is crazy because I'm usually a die-hard Del Taco gal for its quality and value. But lo and behold, watch me become a Wendy's fangirl. read more

I stopped by to pick up lunch for my sister and I and it was a bit packed and we waited a bit which wasn't an issue because we saw it was busy. We waited about 10 minutes and when we were given our food they gave us a free frosty and a free order of the 6 piece chicken nuggets which was pretty cool! I went to Wendys last night to pickup a 1/4 pound cheeseburger and 2 large chocolate frostys. Went to the drive thru. The total came to $11.21 No complaints about the frostys but I could not believe my eyes when I saw the cheeseburger. It was a bun, 2 slices of cheese and a hamburger patty. No lettuce, no tomato, no onions, no sauce, just a dry bun. Didn't even put sauce packets in the bag. In calculating my bill, I figured they must have charged me about $6 for this. There had to be a mistake. So I pulled over, parked my car and went inside. At the counter, they told me the bill was right. They charge $5.69 for this!! NO MORE BURGERS FROM WENDY'S FOR ME. I had to laugh when I looked on their website and found this quote, "Dave Thomas founded Wendy's with a vision of serving up a quick meal without cutting any corners." read more

6 of us came in to order. 4 in our group ordered, but 2 of us hadn't ordered yet and were waiting to order. The manager stated preparing the order for the 4 that ordered, overlooking US remaining 2. We waited 7 min before I had to call her attention and let her know verbally that I was ready to order. She apologized and said she thought we were with the other 4. I told her we hadn't ordered yet. She continued to put food together as if she was the only employee working in the entire restaurant. It was a total of 13 min before I got to order. The 4 that ordered were missing stuff in they're order & had to remind the manager. By the time us remaining 2 got our food, we were missing a spicy chicken sandwich & the mini frosty. Then after she apologized, tells me there's no chocolate, only vanilla. I was over it. Agreed to the vanilla. It kept saying I needed to check in and somehow reset my order while trying to confirm to the manager until I showed that the funds were already withdrawing from my account. We all "slum it" sometimes. For instance...that guy I made out with last weekend looked cute at the time... forget that I was a few drinks in. When there aren't any better options for lunch, and I'm stuck in Pomona and in a hurry, Wendy's helps me slum it in style. This location was insanely fast...they practically anticipated my order and it was sticking out of the window by the time I arrived. They lady was super peppy in an almost substance-assisted way. And can I be honest? Wendy's chili is a total guilty pleasure of mine. It's low fat, high in fiber and protein, and oh so tasty! I also made an attempt at health by trying one of their new salads--the pecan apple chicken. And I'm just as surprised as anyone when I say, the salad was SO GOOD. The apples and greens were so fresh, the chicken was flavorful and moist and it was an entire chicken breast, and the pecans, cranberries, blue cheese and dressing were all great. I miss the old crew. I've been going to this Wendy's for over 30 years. Faces change, management moves on, etc. The current crew is nice, but the current management has drained pretty much all life from its team. I normally order their salads and chili. They are always good! Yesterday I got my salad, drove back to work and noticed that there was not enough chicken. I called to let them know, I spoke to Juanita and she said they can replace my salad. I didn't have time to go back that same day so I went back today with my receipt. Told Daisy what happened and she let a manager know (which I totally understand). There was no fuss, they happily gave me a replacement salad (I chose the same one, Asian cashew). We did not have an itemized receipt and when I spoke with the manager Maria, she listened to my explanation and promptly took action to get it resolved. She was polite and never tried to make excuses. Unfortunately, the error was on our part but Maria took the food back and replaced our order with freshly made food. She did all this with a smile. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. This place is disgusting. As many of the other reviews have said: they are slow, forgetful, and make the orders completely wrong. We went up twice for things they had forgotten. My chicken sandwich had cheese and bacon on it, which is gross on the chicken sandwich. My boyfriend had a junior bacon cheese burger and he's been throwing up all morning. We definitely think it was the bacon because I gave him the bacon off my sandwich and no one else with us had bacon. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. I have given this place 3 chances to get their act together and she had the AUDACITY to argue with me over giving me another barbeque sauce. I come here at least 4 times a week , it's the closet to my job. I spend at least $10-$15. I always get the pecan salad and always ask for a second baggy of pecans in other locations too. Never have they charged me. I'm guessing is the manager a Chinese/japense man that charged me for the extra pecans even though .75 cents isn't much is just the principal of why are you charging customers for one extra condiment. Went in the evening to get 35 dollars worth of food. Only to find a long hair in the salad. Called to take the food back but was told no the Gm will refund your money. SLOW!!! Slower than molasses. Be prepared the drive thru WILL take about 30 min- no joke. I can drive all the way to diamond bar McDonald's and back home and it will be a shorter trip than going to Wendy's around the corner. You'll get REALLY sick but hey at least you lose weight!" Located off the 57 freeway near the Shilo Rooftop Inn, this Wendy's definitely get a 5/5 for location. It's closest neighbors, besides the hotel, are Luna Club and a gas station. So take advantage to grab food while filling up gas or help minimize the hangover from your clubbing adventures. The ambiance/decor of the place is very simple. Its your typical fast food joint with a little outdoor patio with tables and chairs. Inside is the dining area with some plants to "spruce up" the look. Service is what you would expect of a fast food restaurant. Friendly and quick. I had placed my order, collected my money and received my food all withing a 3-4 minute window. Food wise can't really say anything great or bad. I mean it's fast food. I will say though I have eaten at some other Wendy's and the food throughout this chain has been on the same level. And after a long day of driving or a night of clubbing, food tastes better regardless. CONS:- - none PROS:- - location - service - hours (open until 3am i believe) I'm usually in this area on a weekly basis. The chicken wrap was a spicy chicken cut in half placed on a freaking tortilla and old lettuce thrown on it. What the heck?!
